Our comfortable 3BR/3BA house is located in the hip, historic neighborhood of East Nashville. This 1930’s bungalow has been recently remodeled, preserving many original features while providing modern day amenities. The heart pine hardwood floors throughout the majority of the house, claw foot tubs, and exposed brick reflect the home’s true character. An open floor plan with 10 foot ceilings and tasteful furnishings create an inviting place to relax and gather with friends or family. The kitchen offers modern appliances, an open bar area to the living room with leather couches and chair, and a flat screen television. Adjacent to the living room is a lovely dining room which seats six or more guests. Each of the three comfortable bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom with plenty of closet space. The spacious master bedroom has a standard queen bed, the second bedroom a standard full size bed, and the third bedroom an antique custom full size bed that's a little bit shorter. This home also has a laundry room. Why not fire up the charcoal grill while enjoying a glass of wine on the front porch or private fenced-in yard?

It was an old school vintage vibe. My friends and I loved it and the communication was easy and fast!

This place was perfect for our stop in Nashville. The beds were super comfortable and the location was close to everything.

Not exactly what I expected from the pictures but was ok. Front and back porches needed cleaned. Front door very hard to open and close. Location was ok. Lots of police presence though. For the little time we spent there it was good

We enjoyed our Nashville visit. The house had everything we needed. About 1.5 mile walk to downtown which wasn't too bad. We enjoyed the front porch in the evenings. We would stay there again.

Great for three couples. Never felt crowded.

Great Location for the Stadioum. needs a few small upgrades to be a 4 plus star location

One bed was super hard and the other had a valley you'd have to climb out of to get to the center of the bed. Got locked in the bathroom by the kitchen so the knob needs some work. Outside is rotting away and needs a ton of work. With all that, it was still a cute place close to downtown.

Overall our stay was great. Close enough to walk back and forth to downtown and several watering holes in the neighborhood. The only reason the cleanliness was lower than a five is because all your silk plants are very dusty, like its been a while since they were cleaned and baseboards had dust bunnies on them. No dish towel for wiping counters or tables and the vegetable crisper froze some stuff. Salt and pepper would have been nice to have and maybe an assortment of board games too. Otherwise house was very charming and cozy for the four of us.

House was great - love having a bathroom for each room and plenty of closet/storage space! Couches & chair in the living room were super comfy (and gorgeous). Unfortunately the beds were not super comfy. Loved the porch swing - that was great, felt very sturdy and was very nice to have!
Location was good - close to the city (everything we wanted to go to was 20 minutes or less). However, on a busy street so be prepared for street noise (lots of cars driving, occasional sirens). Also train noises. Basically city living, just be aware.

Best value for group our size to walk downtown

Too many issues.
Must use back door to unlock door.
In order to go to back door must roll luggage thru
broken concrete and dirt in the dark.
Two bathrooms with claw tubs dirty stained
cobwebs in kitchen.
Cold air coming thru windows.

Very convenient location and the house was in very good shape. An older house with separate rooms created good privacy.

Adorable property with tons of character. Management was quick to respond to our inquiries. Check in and check out was super easy. Easy walking distance to Broadway and cheap Uber rides. We quite enjoyed the front porch swing! The only thing I would change or add to the property would be hangers in the closets. Other than that we would stay again. Nashville hospitality is some of the best we've had in all our years of traveling:)

This place was exactly what we needed. Perfect sitting room and kitchen and three bedrooms with full bath. It was clean and super cute. Just like the pictures (which doesn't alwasy seem to be the case on these).
I missed or it wasn't mentioned that the lock is on the back door and that is where the Ubers tended to pick us up.
Decent communication with owner/manager - texting seemed automated at the start of a conversation which I don't like but it was fine. Very responsive.

Great location in East Nashville and close to downtown. Nice clean house with everything we needed.

Traveling with grandparents, parents & a toddler, plenty of space for everyone! Other comments have mentioned the multiple floor level changes, this is something to be aware of, but not hazardous. This is a 100-year old bungalow, but well-maintained. Our granddaughter loved the claw-foot tub, but the older adults felt safer in the walk-in shower. Property manager (Vacasa) was responsive and helpful with *minor* wi-fi issue, check-in instructions were perfect.

We had a party of six ladies. Three bathrooms worked well for us. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer there to wash a couple of loads of laundry. The layout of the house was good as we were not all on top of each other, plenty of space. The location was close to Broadway with a short Uber ride.

Comfortable beds and enough seating for our group size. Large table and great room for parking! Affordable Uber rides to the area. Only reason it’s a 4 is because of the broken door handle in one bathroom, doors getting stuck @ times, and not enough laundry detergent/products/etc.

Truly enjoyed our time. Everything was better than we expected. The convenience of having 3 bathrooms was a bonus. Super clean ! Old house charm with new renovations. Convenient to everything. Would recommend to anyone!

Great location and a short walk to broadway or $10 Uber ride. Convenient to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as we were 3 couples. Easy to get to with vehicle parking at the back of the property. Plumbing could use an update as when you shower your toilet bubbled/wouldn't flush. Had some additional plumbing issues but local property management was quick to address the problems.

Check in was seamless and they even txt to say that we could check in early. The house had everything we needed. Short 20 min walk to down town or a 5$ Uber ride. No complaints!

The house was a perfect get away for 3 ex college friends to get in a nice visit.

It is an older home that while it has a lot of charm and is nicely decorated, is probably not the best for some older adults. Lots of changes in floor levels and the claw bath tubs in 2 of the bedrooms are challenging to use. Otherwise functional and clean (the bathroom floor in the bath off of the kitchen was not very clean. The location was nice but unfortunately not easily walkable to the downtown area due to construction.

Probably was well maintained with exception of gate which was falling apart
House was clean and comfortable. Nice to have a bathroom in each room.
I didn’t receive email with code to get into house. Had to call when I arrived in order to get in.
Listing was up to date with exception of coffee maker. I’d actually contacted to make sure the type of coffee maker available so I could have coffee the first morning. Was told normal coffee maker not pod. Arrival proved it was pop so had to go to grocery store late at night to get coffee pods. They did bring reg coffee pot two days after checking.

The place was perfect for 3 couples all with our own bathrooms. We enjoyed our time at the house. For a 3 night stay each couple was only given 2 towels and 2 wash clothes per couple with only 2 laundry pods left. The location is great for Uber rides but I’d never walk the neighborhood. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The last night there were gun shots very close and cops everywhere.

Great property. 3 bed/3 bath is hard to find and it was well executed here. Property was clean and all necessities laid out for us when we got there. Minimal optional cleaning requests. Well stocked kitchen (blender, toaster oven, actual cooking utensils). Check in/check out was very easy. Location is amazing, it’s a very short cheap Uber to either east Nashville or Broadway activities. Great for groups. Would definitely book again.

Booked this house for a professional conference with work colleagues. It was great that we all had our own bathroom. The coffee maker was subpar.

Convenient to everything we wanted to do. Had a great time in Nashville and had a clean comfortable place to go “home” to. Was a good experience. We would stay here again 🤗

The house was clean and was perfect for the 6 of us We were able to walk to downtown and to the Nissan Stadium. We wiI’ll definitely stay at the Shelby house for our next visit to Nashville!

Great yard, not too noisy street and easy communication with the Host.

Great location. One mile walk to downtown
6.0
Very close to Nissan Stadium maybe a mile max. Close to downtown as well. House was great except it took us hours to get into the house upon arrival. I called to tell them the keypad lock wasn't working and they spoke to me like I was a child who has never unlocked a door before. They kept giving me different codes and none of them worked. Eventually they gave us a code to the key box and used it to manually get in. After driving all day the last thing I wanted to do was be on the phone for hours trying to get into a house I paid to stay at, especially when they could have just gave me the lock box code with the house key in it. Instead they wasted hours of my vacation and then sent someone to fix the problem a day later.
3.0
House was really great, but they really need to replace the back steps (very weak) and replace mattresses (aweful) in both bedrooms that have the claw foot bath tubs.
8.0
everything was clean and neat, no problems at all. Would use this location again if needed.
10.0
Comfortable little house. We especially enjoyed having separate bathrooms for each bedroom.
