This house was beautiful inside and out and so very clean (you could eat off the floors!). Our family loved the house and the kids were sad when it was time to move on to our next destination. A bit of a drive from everything, which was clearly stated in the listing and the booking details, but a wonderful location! Would love to stay here again.

My 11 year old granddaughter and I took our first ever trip by ourselves. She chose the Chattanooga area because she is interested in Civil War era history. We all looked and agreed on this VRBO, so I booked it and immediately, the hostess was responsive and welcoming. On our way there, I had some car trouble that left us feeling it was unsafe to drive. I contacted our hostess and she was super in every way! Wendy gave me wonderful recommendations for mechanics and towing, and even offered to pick up a grocery order an deliver it if needed. Since she was not renting it out again immediately, she also allowed a little extra time for us to check out, not knowing what the transportation options would be. She made a potentially bad situation so much less stressful, and expressed sincere concern for us. Top notch host, for sure! Also, the house was very clean and nicely outfitted. While we knew it was more space that the two of us really needed, having that full kitchen, the wifi, and the Roku TV certainly made an unplanned day in much more pleasant. We felt very much at home and safe right away. I'm saving her contact info so if I get to go back, I can stay there again. Couldn't have asked for anyone to be any nicer or more helpful. Again, thanks so much for everything, Wendy

It was a cute little house that was perfect for our stay. It was clean and everything we needed for our stay was provided. It was not too far from the downtown area. But it is not close to stores or restaurants, which was okay for us. Checking in and out was easy. I'd recommend!

This house was great and had everything we needed for a fun girls' weekend. I was pleased to find that the house was very clean and the beds were comfy. We had to change our original reservation date and the host was very accommodating. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

The house is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Perfect size for our family of 4 adults. We loved that it was in a quiet area, up the mountain a bit, but close enough to stores and restaurants. Chattanooga was only 20 minutes away and it was a 30-minute drive to the "tourists spots" on Lookout Mountain (Ruby Falls, Rock City, Incline Railway). Wendy made the check-in process so simple, and we didn't have any issues while we were there. We would definitely stay at this house again if we were back in the area.
