It was very clean and just big enough for 2 adults and 3 kids. The rec center with pool and hot tub were really nice also.

Excellent location, right in the middle of town! Walking distance to excellent shops and great places to eat! We'll stay here again for sure! Would highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location was fantastic, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a charming little creek right outside our apartment. The accommodation was very well-equipped, especially for those who enjoy cooking. Having a washer and dryer available was incredibly convenient, making our stay even more comfortable. Plus, the added bonus of having a couple of games to play provided endless entertainment and definitely added to the fun of our stay. Overall, we would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Plus, being super close to Winter Park Resort was the icing on the cake. It made accessing the slopes a breeze and enhanced our overall experience. Can't wait to come back!

Cozy mountain condo with everything we needed. Loved sleeping to the sound of the stream, sitting on the private ground floor patio, and walking distance to excellent restaurants, shops, and trails.

I’ve communicated all this to Vacasa. I checked out a day early because of a couple things. Had the bed been more comfortable and we could secure the unit I’d have given a much higher rating. The location is fantastic and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Communicating with Vacasa is painful, long waits on phone or to communicate by text. Plenty of linens. This room sleeps five but I think it would be very cramped, either a couple or a couple with one or two small children.
What was sent to Vacasa, on-site manager. We love staying at HCH but….
The bed in this unit is literally like sleeping on concrete and needs a mattress topper.
The sliding door doesn't lock consequently other than the screen lock, which would be easily bypassed, our stuff was not really protected.
Half of the kitchen lights are burned out.
All of the closet sliders need work, very difficult to open and close.
We cleaned everything except for washing linens and the floor and tub/toilet. Dishwasher is running.
Carpet on deck needs to be replaced. Electric grill needs cleaning, we did not use because we didn't want to clean.
Kitchen well stocked. Couch and chair comfy. Great location. Had all of above been in repair we would have loved staying here.
Oh and you changed the key code mid-stay and it took 20 minutes to get someone to fix.
We left early because of bed. Just couldn't do another night. Should consider a refund partial refund.

Warm and efficient studio. Well stocked kitchen. Located in close proximity to parks, trails, fishing and more. Recreation center with indoor pool is nice. Exercise gym has the basics to break a sweat.

Overall, we were satisfied with what we got for the price.
Happy with ease of check-in, the cleanliness, and the location. The fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking breakfast. The pictures are accurate. It was very quiet and the river right outside the sliding door by the bed was gorgeous!
There are a few things that could have been better:
The queen mattress was a very firm foam that was not at all comfortable for me- I woke with a sore back each morning.
When we arrived, there was an old, musty smell and when we turned on the heater there was a hot, metallic fume for the first 12 hours. Thankfully both smells were gone after getting some fresh air in there and running the heater for 24hrs. I was disappointed, but my husband enjoyed the nostalgia of smells that reminded him of his grandmother's basement.
The parking permit for our vehicle that was suppose to be in the condo was missing. As a result we ended up with a rude note on our windshield from someone in the HOA threatening to have a us towed. We called Vacasa and were told someone local would get in touch with us to resolve the issue. That did not happen. Luckily, we were able to resolve the issue on our own by locating the condo management on the property. They were very kind and happy to print out a new parking permit for us.

Very well stocked and spacious with a full kitchen and more than sufficient dining space. Ski locker right outside so very convenient. Were a bit nervous about the Murphy bed but it worked out ok. I found mattress was good (v hard) but hubby found it was too hard and eventually slept on the pull out single chair/bed. All in all a good choice. Would stay again.

The place was cozy, comfortable and well stocked with kitchenware, towels, and bedding. My 2 tween aged kids loved the wood burning fireplace after a long ski day.

4 STARS!
It was a great location, right in the middle of everything! Everyone at the property were so friendly!! The rec center was awesome! The house was smaller than I expected but it was still nice and had everything you need. The kitchen was stocked with essentials and all the kitchen equipment you need! It took awhile for someone to get back to us with the few questions we had (you have to email) but overall, it was cozy and a great place to stay!!
