About this house rental

Spacious and bright second-story detached studio guesthouse with a clean rustic design. Complete with a queen bed, office area with a comfortable desk and wifi, welcoming living space with TV and Roku, washer/dryer, an open, well-equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, appliances, and a large BBQ grill), and the use of e-bikes (during the summer months and with a signed waiver). Includes a keypad entrance for a secure stay.

This guesthouse is designed and owned by a creative architect. Great use of space and light gives this guesthouse a warm and welcoming feel.

We provide a large parking pad for you to use during your stay. The covered, secured entrance is adjacent to this parking pad. Once inside, you are welcomed into the entryway, where you can store your coats, outdoor gear, and shoes. Up the stairs will take you to the living space as you make your way past the laundry facilities on the landing.

Upstairs, you enter into a beautiful open space that will be your home away from home. A fully stocked kitchen and dining space are to your right, while the living area and study/work nook are to the left. You will find a beautifully designed bathroom just off the kitchen and a bedroom with a queen bed situated on the platform just off the living room.

Additionally, there is a deck on the second story for you to enjoy. During the summer months, patio furniture is available. And there is always a propane BBQ grill for your use.

We have also purchased e-bikes for our guests to use during their stay. Helmets and bike locks are provided. The bikes are available during summer months and a signed release waiver is required for use.

Please note, the guesthouse is situated over our detached garage. We do use our garage and there is a light muffled noise when the doors open and close. Our floor is insulated to minimize disruption and we provide a fan as well in case you are a light sleeper and need white noise to rest well.

We had a fantastic time at this Bozeman studio apartment. Jeni and Ross have created perfection in their guest retreat. The decor, the space, and the attention to detail make this studio an extremely comfortable and delightful place to stay. The personal recommendations they provide, the location and the e-bikes made our first visit to Bozeman so appealing that we are looking forward to visiting time and time again. Great place to stay! Great location! Beautiful home. Well laid out and very comfortable. Would stay here again without any hesitation. One of the nicest VRBOs we have stayed at! Thanks for making it so welcoming! It was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen with the thoughtful welcome treats upon arrival. Wonderful bathroom and great shower! The neighborhood park and walking trails were nice to have! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown!!

The condo was absolutely fabulous and exactly how the pictures looked. It was spotless, and like opening the door to a brand new house. It was peaceful and beautiful at our little place. We had our grown son (23) and his girlfriend (24) with us, we all had plenty of room and things to do. We spent mornings and evenings on the front porch watching the sun rise and set, and later in the evenings enjoying time on the back patio gazing at the stars in the moonlight. We even made our way to the garage to enjoy a few games of rings before the days were over for a little competition fun. :) Overall, the place was perfect for us and was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. We would most definitely stay here again!!! Thanks for being a terrific host with a beautiful home!

I spent four nights over a long weekend for my son's wedding. The apartment has an open floor plan and is very nicely decorated. Central air made my stay comfortable, as it was hot. As others have noted, there was faint noise from the garage door opening/closing, but was not at all disruptive. I needed to add an extra night and the host was accommodating and prompt in responding to my request. This is a fantastic place and I'll certainly rebook when I am in Bozeman.

I loved this studio! Super comfortable and really nice space for having a few people over to cook together and watch a movie. Well laid out design too with close parking and space for gear just inside the door.

High end appointments throughout the unit. Great location - 10 mins from D/T Bozeman. Walking trails outside the door. Fantastic hosts who responded when needed. Complete privacy - separate entry/exit. Fully stocked kitchen & BBQ grill. We grilled steaks & made homemade lasagna and had all needed kitchen supplies. We have a son at MSU and we’ll be back.

The apartment was very nice but we were disappointed to find that the owners were in the midst of a backyard construction project. We did not feel there was privacy for the use of the deck.

We came to visit our sons in college in Bozeman and the location was minutes from them and town! This property did not miss a detail … so clean, easy parking, quiet safe neighborhood, and very nice apartment! excellent property! Host was lovely and easy to communicate with !

This place is amazing, and the hosts are phenomenal. My husband and I travel quite a bit and are very picky where we stay, loving our vaca time to be as ritzy as possible because we are DINKWAD (double income no kids with a dog) millennials. Travel time = bougie time. Bozeman has so many expensive places, we decided to stay here. TLDR: STAY HERE INSTEAD. This place is a large suit above a garage and the pictures are accurate, but the detail and love that when into remodeling makes me think the owners are architects or designers or in construction. Every piece remodeled was done WELL, like I would choose to live in anything these owners remodeled when I buy a home someday. The bed is extremely comfy and can I just say that the central AC works almost TOO WELL? As northerners, we kept it at 68 in mid summer heat and were shivering. But that’s ok! You want a cuddle soft blanket and pillows? This place has that too. Mega bonus: It’s only ten min from everything. Then there are the EXTRAS: Roku on the tv to watch home shows? Done. USB plug ins on the clocks next to the bed that also are Bluetooth speakers for music? Done. Bear spray? Done. Some welcome snacked that blow hotels out of the water? Done. This was better than a five star hotel. And the hosts felt like family letting us stay with them. Responsive, kind, and not a greedy corporate owner. They worked with us on last min changes and hiccups in travel plans and we are so GRATEFUL. Stay here instead!!

My husband and I needed a last minute place to stay for the weekend in Bozeman and Jeni was so accommodating! The studio was beautiful and incredibly well equipped. We’ve been to Bozeman many times and were happy to be able to cook in the wonderful kitchen and use the grill on the porch. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a very nice place. Everything was very clean and well kept. Perfect place for two people! Fully stocked kitchen. If you forgot something Chances are it was there! The host was very kind and helpful. There was a snow storm that came through and we couldn't leave as the roads were really bad. She let us stay two extra nights. If we come back to Bozeman and need a place to stay I will definitely be checking the availability. Thank you for be a great host!

I didn't realize this neighborhood existed, but it is in a perfect location and the space is great. They have thought of everything for their guests and then some. The snacks, coffee and wine were so nice--especially coming in late on a Friday night--we really appreciated that extra touch. Would stay again!

Everything was great. The rental has everything you need from fully stocked kitchen to extra plastic bags to zip lock bags and they had even had bear spray to borrow for hikes. Host is very nice and friendly. Bed could of been better/more comfortable. Rental is in same lot as owner main house and above their separate garage but we didn’t mind except we didn’t use the deck because it looks directly into their house and wasn’t very private. Overall great place we loved it.

It was very comfortable, bed was great, had a good a/c system since it was hot when we were there. They left out extras like caramels, wine , and great coffee - tea selections. Great location if heading to Big Sky and not far from downtown. We would rent again.

An extremely beautiful, clean, well-appointed studio (if you can call it that - - it was very roomy!). Jeni was a wonderful host and thought of everything, including instructions for just about anything you would wonder about. My only complaint: I was busy moving my college son into MSU and didn't get to enjoy the space as much as I wanted to!
