House has a new kitchen, new appliances with a granite countertop bar that has seating for 5. All bathrooms have been completely renovated. There are three king beds with private bath and a bunk room in the basement that opens to the 70" TV/playroom for kids. Outside porch has brand new grill with fire pit and seating for hanging out and dinner. There are new 50" TVs in each room and living area. Ideal location if you want to be close to town and have easy access to beaches. See 45B also.

A group of 9 stayed at the house from Thursday-Sunday. Errol was very responsive at any point leading up to the reservation. The ownership group also left us a charcuterie board from Lemon Press and many other generous gifts from businesses around the island. The house was clean and well cared for when we arrived. The only items of note are the location -- it is a busy intersection that the house is at. We didn't have any issues, but something to be aware of. It's also a 15 minute walk into town, which isn't a big deal for younger people, but again just something to be aware of. Otherwise, the experience was great and would definitely rent this home from Errol again.

Perfect house for our girl's weekend! Arrived to find an awesome welcome gift from the owner. House was clean, beds very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Errol responded quickly to any and all questions/issues. Bonus downstairs living space and outdoor patio. Location was excellent-quick 10 minute walk to town. Hoping to come back next year!

We stayed at this house for a girls weekend and it was perfect! The house was very clean, the communication with the host was excellent, and the location was great- only a 12-15 minute walk to downtown! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a lovely spot for a getaway on Nantucket!

We had a wonderful visit at the Nantucket home. It is a lovely home with any amenity you can think of. We especially appreciated all of the welcome gifts, food and drinks they left us. We were a day and a half late getting to Nantucket because of weather so that was extra special. The location was great and the parking was a bonus. Would definitely love to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. If you enjoy walking into town this is a perfect property. Teens enjoyed the freedom of going into town, and adults enjoyed walking to and from the restaurants. The bike path is also right around the corner. The house was great, especially for two families, with two masters on the top floor. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Great location but a few things need to be improved

We stayed at John's lovely home for a week for my birthday. When I spoke with John a few days before we were set to arrive, he mentioned that there was a possibility that there would no wine glasses and that the cleaning people would be there when we were set to check in and he was correct. We arrived at the house around 4:15 pm and the cleaning crew was still there -apparently the people before us left a huge mess and despite there being 4 cleaning people, we still had to wait to check in (despite a long day of travel). Once we checked in, we noticed that there was only 1 wine glass. I called the property manager Andre and he said he would bring some over. 3 hours later I contacted him again and he came to the house to help us work the BBQ and fire pit. We were finally able to get wine glasses 4 days later. I also contacted both John and Andre to ask about the bikes that were situated in between the 2 properties John owns and never heard back from either of them. Also just to note, the house is on a busy corner and there was noise all night from the street (we live in the city so that didn't bother us) and also it is very hard to back out of the driveway if you will be brining a car. For the price of this house, I was hoping for better communication/attentiveness then we received. Another thing to note that check out was at 10am and the cleaning people arrived at 9:40.

Beautiful house near town

We rented this house for a 4-day getaway with our family. The home was spotless and we were impressed by the number of bedrooms. The bathrooms look brand new and every bedroom as well as the living room has a large television. We enjoyed the outdoor sectional couch as well as the dining table complete with firepit in the middle. This house in near town so unlike our rentals by the beach, it was noisier. But the flip side is the easy 15 minute walk into town and not having to worry about parking a car. We also appreciated the beach amenities such as towels, cooler and beach chairs.

I planned a girls weekend at this house (10 girls total) and we had a wonderful stay - it's adorable, very well maintained and decorated, and in a fantastic location (just a quick walk to town!). The outdoor patio area was also really great for the group. The owner, John, was very helpful leading up to our stay - very responsive with all of the questions that I had. I highly recommend this property!

Our stay at 45 pleasant was amazing! We were able to easily enter the home, had more than enough room for all of us, and easily access the island. The house was very clean, comfortable beds, and all the amenities we need. We had a lobster Bake on the back patio, loved the availability of outdoor space. The landlord was extremely friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this stay!

The house is exactly how it is pictured and was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of room and the outdoor space was great for eating dinner and hanging out. The house is in a great location about 0.5 miles from the edge of town and approximately a mile from the grocery store. The property management (Adre) was quick to respond to our needs; though there were not many. Overall, a wonderful place that my family and I would definitely rent again.

Very clean, comfortable, and easy walk to center of town. Very minor but there was not have any soap or shampoo in the house but it was easy enough to walk to the store and grab some. We could not have had a better experience! Thank you a hundred times over!

We loved our stay at this property! The new renovations are gorgeous, and the house is in immaculate condition. John was great to work with, and the house is very convenient to downtown (about a 1/2 mile or so). We had plenty of room for our two families of 4, and the towels and other amenities provided made our stay feel like home. Great kitchen with an open floor plan that allowed us all to be on the first floor -- eating or not -- and still able to hang out together. The only reason I gave this property 4/5 stars was that the traffic on the cross-streets by the house was heavy, making it a little loud and kept our kids inside when we were at the house. If I could give it 4.5/5 stars, I would. Great place. Great owner. Really made our vacation one to remember.

A group of 12 girls stayed in this house for a weekend in early May! We had a blast! The house is beautiful and in a convenient location, just a quick walk to Main Street. John and his property manager were more than helpful and so great to talk to anytime we had questions or were looking for recommendations.
