Modern cabin, open floor plan. Huge master suite. Large deck backs up to woods and TD golf course. Close to hiking/biking trails. 10 minutes to Donner Lake. Bunks and sleep sofa. Smart TV’s. Surround sound. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to SugarBowl, Northstar, Alpine/Squaw ski resorts. Please note this cabin has no A/C.

The cabin was great! everything was working, all the rooms were very clean, and the cabin had everything you could ever need. We had some issues with Vrbo, but the host was responsive and respectful. Would book again in the future, but would not use Vrbo.

My family and I had the most amazing time at this wonderful home, everything was spectacular and the host, Scott was probably the best host that I’ve experienced. Highly, highly recommend planning a trip here, the home was exquisite and the location is unbeatable.

Three couples attending a wedding of a friend’s daughter. The home had beautiful touches in decor, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, and furnished by a owner who thought of every comfort. There were opportunities to take walks in a wonderful neighborhood and the deck was well appointed for dining Al fresco. The host was very helpful and provided clear instructions for making our stay very special.

Can’t say enough about the whole stay. The house is beautiful and cozy and even larger than anticipated. Plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved the bunk beds. Recliners were fought over—extremely comfortable.
Location is ideal, nice and quiet near the woods next to the golf course and very easy to skip into Truckee or down to Donner Lake. Didn’t take advantage of the Tahoe Donner passes but loved that they were there.
Best of all Scott was an exceptional host before, during and after the stay. He made check in a breeze and promptly answered the few questions that came up during the stay.
Couldn’t ask for anything more in a house and a host! 10/10 would recommend!

The house was in great shape, fully stocked (kitchen utensils, towels, etc.), tastefully decorated, and clean. The check-in and check-out process were easy and well documented, and communication with the host was good.
We would definitely stay there again in the future.

The house was beautiful, the location was fantastic, and Scott was extremely accommodating, warning us about the snowstorm that derailed our initial trip in March and offering us alternate available dates when we had to cancel as a result.

Wonderful comfortable cabin. Very well maintained with cozy touches and a bear theme! Super clean, everything in good working order. The owner is very responsive and I appreciated the great communication throughout our stay. Fabulous shower and water pressure in the primary bathroom. Well-stocked kitchen. We had an excellent time at this cabin and at Tahoe Donner. We hope to return!

The property was everything it was cracked up to be plus more. We happened to book the property following the largest accumulation of snow the Sierras have seen for years. The owner was super accommodating on a lot of levels and the home itself was both welcoming and perfect for adults and kids. I've stayed in dozens of rental homes over the years and this one is truly exceptional.

Our family loves this place! It accommodates our whole family and we love the location right on the golf course. Lots of great snow this year! The heater stopped working during our stay but the host is great at communicating and we made it work. Thanks!

We were very happy with our stay! The cabin was very clean and spacious for our family. We loved the space in the kitchen and the little details throughout the house. Our host Scott was so thoughtful and nice. Scott shared updates and provided suggestions for local places we could/should stop by. I highly recommend and would definitely book a stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures do not do the cabin justice. It was perfect for our 2 families. The kitchen was full of cooking/serving supplies. The kids enjoyed playing in the snow in the backyard. The owner provided extra information and travel tips. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at this vacation rental. The house is huge, clean and well stocked, It is quite possibly the most beautiful vacation rental we have ever stayed at. There kitchen was very well stocked, the bathroom had all the essentials and the garage even had all the outdoor sport equipment you could ever think of! The garage is has bikes and kayaks for summer leisure activities and skis, sleds and snow shoes for the winter!
Everything was meticulously clean and all the bathrooms and kitchen were modern and up to date.
The host was also very generous with his check in and check out time which was very much appreciated since we had to time our departure around a winter storm. He was very kind to make sure we got home safely after reading that I 80 was closed around the time of our planned departure.
It was also super easy to communicate with the host.
We had a great stay and would love to book again!

Scott's place is so well stocked and he is such a generous host. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed to make delicious meals. The garage was a super bonus and the back deck made for a fun and safe place for the kids to play in the snow.

The cabin was very comfortable, well maintained, clean, and easy to use. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating including offering tips on local activities. Plus, the host alerted us and was very understanding with our concerns on the weather and being snowed in. The cabin itself is very nice, big open kitchen, living room for relaxing, comfortable bedrooms, etc. We have rented a few Tahoe Donner cabins over the years and this was the nicest we have stayed in. thanks Scott!

This cabin was well equipped (kitchen, tv's , games, sports) and comfortable. The living room handled a brunch group of 14 adults and 3 small children very well. The location is great with the golf course rather than houses behind. The landlord was most helpful and responded very quickly to any queries.

Amazing cabin close to everything.
We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our large group. Host was amazing, easy to contact and very accommodating. The house was immaculate and had a total cabin feel. We hiked, floated down the river, rode bikes, played corn hole, sat on the deck by the fireplace every morning and evening, walked around the neighborhood and more. The home is set up very nicely and includes every amenity we could think of. There were games, puzzles, bikes, etc for us to use and host gave us ideas of local things to do also. We are already looking at summer dates for next year. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

Nice house to relax in
I agree with the previous review that said the house was nicer than the pictures. The open layout is great, plus the upstairs loft with another TV. The master bedroom is beautiful and the kids loved the bunk bed room. There's a nice deck with a view of the trees and golf course. Lots of amenities and also very well stocked. Scott was super helpful and very accessible. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Home in Tahoe Donnor
We had a fantastic time staying in Scott's house in Tahoe. The house was wonderfully furnished and in a great location and definitely big enough for our party of 9 adults. Scott was fantastic host as well making sure we had all the details needed and the house was ready for us upon arrival. We definitely will look forward to staying here again!

Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Excellent property all around! The pictures don’t do it justice. The house was spacious and clean. I love that we could just go right outside and play in the snow. Scott was great at communicating and instructions/rules were very clear. We came with small kids and they had a blast. I would highly recommend!!

When I contacted the owner he could not have been more helpful and accommodating and offered several options to rebook. I've heard from several others that were not so fortunate around the same time with other properties. The owner followed up with me several times to make sure we were all set, had everything we needed, and was just genuinely helpful all around. Normally when we rent houses the pictures are overstated and show only the good. Well, this house only has good and the pictures honestly didn't do it justice. It was clean, roomy, and had all the necessary things you expect but so rarely find in rentals. We were actually jokingly trying to find something we needed that we didn't have at our fingertips. I almost didn't write this review because I want the house to be available when we want to go up the hill again, but sometimes people deserve all the praise. Scott was awesome and his house was perfect for our family.
