New Build 2021. High Design Finishes, Furniture, and Decor! Open kitchen to living room & backyard. Dazzling Master Bedroom and Bathroom. Spirited Backyard w/ ping pong & foosball, 82° heated pool (optional at $75 per night), deck jets and pool light controlled by guest, outdoor dinning for 10, gas grill. Upstairs and downstairs living rooms and laundry rooms. Each Bedroom has its own Bathroom, 3 are ensuite. Great House for 4 couples to walk to dine/shop/nightlife in Old Town Scottsdale.

Open concept for the 2 living rooms and backyard, while each bedroom has its own bathroom and is very private. The ideal layout for a short term rental. The home is enough fun with flat screen TVs in every room, and lots of games/lights by the heated pool; so you never have to leave. But, if you do decide to venture out - Old Town Scottsdale is a short walk right next door!

Door code on the left side of the house that enters into the garage. Do not use the front door because there is no electronic door lock for entry.

This is a new built home in an established neighborhood. The best of both worlds. So you have the comfort of new home amenities like plumbing/electrical/appliances while also enjoying the mature landscaping and grandfathered watering rights of an older neighborhood. No HOA. There is no closer neighborhood to Old Town Scottsdale, which is the center of Scottsdale's best shopping, dinning, and night life!

Walk, Rent a Scooter or Bike off the street, Uber, or park in the driveway/garage. We have every option to get around Scottsdale from our property.

We had 8 people in our group and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of room to cook or just hang out. The kitchen is well equipped and the overall cleanliness of this property was very good. I would definitely rent this house again if I were to return to Scottsdale.

There were 8 of us who stayed here for a spring training/golf couples trip and it was the perfect house! Everyone had their own bedroom with a king bed and separate bathrooms. Lots of space for everyone. Beautiful kitchen! Communication with the host was excellent, we would book here again without hesitating!

This house was large, bright, clean and easily accommodated our group. It had some design quirks (such as no door between master bedroom and master bathroom) but overall the house is terrific. And it is well located. Central to many dining, shopping and hiking options.

This property is exactly as shown online. It is beautiful. Every single bed was comfortable and the sectional upstairs was a great space for all 8 of us to hang out. even though it is located in a neighborhood it was quiet, especially in the fenced in backyard with the pool. The hosts were very responsive to any questions.

Our group fell in love with this house. It delivered on exactly what the listing shows: spacious, clean, well-stocked, and in a great location. There was more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 7 and everyone felt like they had their own space. We also loved having the heated pool on a surprisingly cool February weekend. Would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for our family. There were eight of us, therefore, each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. We all watched a movie upstairs on the large sectional and had plenty of room. We cooked a few meals at the house and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, pans, silverware, etc. We enjoyed the pool and laying out in the sun (although only in the 70s). We played games at the indoor dining table. This would be our only complaint...the table was a little small for our group and only had six chairs, so we had to bring in 2 additional chairs. The location was a quick walk to restaurants and shopping. A great place to stay.

12 of us stayed in this house for a bachelorette weekend. It was great! The house is gorgeous and just as pictured online. The kitchen was great and had all of the appliances we needed. Location is only about a 5-10Min drive to old town and to many different restaurants. The only downside is that there are only 4 king beds and a double bed, so it doesn’t actually sleep 12. We had to put people on air mattresses, but it worked out!

My husband and I booked this house for our wedding trip. We had 8 people and the house was perfect for us. Couple fire alarm issues but they came out and addressed very promptly. Pictures are very accurate and the house is beautifully appointed. Pool was great as well! We had a great time and will for sure stay again.

The property's location and the home/pool were amazing. Anywhere you want to go around town is a quick and cheap Uber/Lyft. The home was gorgeous and everything was cleaned and worked well. An issue we had was the next-door property is undergoing construction. This meant we were all woken up at 7 am each morning to loud noises of hammers and nail guns. Another issue that this caused was that there were men on ladders who could watch all of us young women while we used the pool. Unfortunately, there are not any curtains in the master bedroom window so these same men could watch us laying in bed starting at 7am. This was extremely uncomfortable and put a major damper on the weekend as we planned an entire day to just hang around the pool. I hope the guests that stay in the next few weeks are made aware of this as we would not have booked knowing there was active construction that would take place. I'm sure once this construction is done in a month or two the home will be a perfect stay again. In the meantime if a privacy wall and curtains can be put up, I think that would be helpful. As for the loud noises, I'm not sure what can be done but be aware they start at 7am everyday including weekends. When I contacted the property manager about this they said "We are not aware of construction or what neighbors are doing with their homes. We manage over 40 homes across Scottsdale" I found it very concerning they do not walk their properties periodically to check for safety concerns.

My wife and I host an annual gathering of our two children, their spouses and our grandson (now 3) in connection with my March birthday. Our family is split between Omaha and Seattle, so we look for sun, warm temps, and a pool. This property checked all the boxes with three en-suite king bedrooms, a pool and lots of outdoor living space. A large kitchen with premium appliances made “eating in” an enjoyable family activity. Two living areas and two extra bedrooms gave everyone plenty of space to unwind and relax. The close proximity to “Old Town “ provided easy access to a broad variety of restaurants, bars and shopping. The neighborhood was delightful and full of friendly folks out enjoying the weather. We have several years of experience hosting these vacations in Nevada, Florida, and Arizona and this house, neighborhood and location combined to provide the best property we’ve ever had.

Stayed here for a guys golf trip. Plenty of room and close to old town, freeway, restaurants and golf courses. Property manager was easy to communicate with and responded promptly with any questions or request. Would definitely stay again, very nice house.
