The waterfront view was amazing. Home was beautiful and cozy. A short walk to the beach and park. Relaxing fire under the stars at night in a quiet neighborhood.

Would upgrade outdoor lake view space w decent furnishings and grill, assure better cleanliness between renters (spider webs w spiders about guest rooms off dining area, and assure outdoor trash pick up from prior renters).

Almost every single thing was perfect. The only thing that was in the least bothersome were the gnats! The light at the door attracts them by the thousands. We did not smash them like previous renters. It would be best if the lights were mounted at the two corners of the house, rather than the ring light lighting up the doorway. We hope do come back again. Even our grandchildren were in love with the place and its location! Thank you so much for a beautiful vacation!

This was our second year staying here. Absolutely loved it as much as the first time!

The views of Lake Ontario and Toronto were amazing. Comfortable house. Easy to relax. Our only challenge was navigating the Scenic Byway to find the house in the dark. This neighborhood is a bit isolated from town. We loved finding the secret path to the shore. We also loved picking honey crisp apples at Sanger’s Farm!

Place was nice. Great view of the lake. Not great for parking large vehicles. Place could have used a little better cleaning. Cob webs all thru the house with bugs stuck in them. Over all pleased.

We had such a great experience here. Views are amazing, especially the sunsets. Close enough to buffalo and Niagara Falls but far enough away to be out of the rush. House was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for us to spread out and relax. Highly recommend this house and this area, we’ll be back in the future!

We had three adults and two kids (13 & 8) in our party. The house is spacious and well-kept, plenty of room for us all to exist without falling all over each other. Two nicely sized bathrooms, with two serviceable bedrooms and a futon downstairs at one side of the living area. The upstairs suite is stunning! The laundry was a huge plus as well.
Gorgeous lake views and an easy 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls tourist stops, or 20 minutes along Lake Ontario for recreation. Youngtown & Lewiston are both adorable little towns also worth exploring. Owner was easy to reach and offered ideas for our visit. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. Enjoyed the Lakehouse. House was equipped with everything you needed & a lot more! It was very relaxing and enjoyed the sunsets.. Only downfall was no access to water from lakehouse. If we had access would have given it all 5 stars

Wonderful lakefront cottage
Beautiful home right on Lake Ontario. Perfectly clean, well stocked, an easy walk to Ft Niagara state park.
Communication with David was perfect, easy to reach.
Had many lovely evenings around the campfire watching the sunset.

Great view on Lake Ontario
House is recently updated, and sits on the shores of Lake Ontario with great sunsets in the back yard, with a fire pit. Owner provided games and other activities - a nice perk. Location is perfect for those that want to visit Niagara, but do not wish to stay in the tourist-flooded area of the falls (the house is about 20 min from the falls). Nearby Youngstown is small, friendly and picturesque, and Lewiston (10 min.) has plenty of shops & restaurants. The house is also right next to Fort Niagara State Park, which has a beach, pool, and the historic fort. Only negatives are that the lake isn’t really accessible at the house (although I did), and the small neighborhood is a bit rundown except for the houses directly on the shore. Overall, great place.

Fantastic and Surreal Stay
If you really want to get off the grid, this is a property for you! I cannot state more emphatically how this property surpassed our expectations in all categories. It was so serene with the beautiful Lake Ontario in the back yard and so peacefully quiet also. The weather was great, which is always a bonus. Our host David had the house impeccably clean. We look forward to another visit in the not too distant future!

Wonderful!
The property was absolutely immaculate! The owner was very helpful with check-in and local suggestions of places to eat etc. He had lots of extras on the property to make it very enjoyable like telescope for seeing Toronto. He also had plenty of supplies like paper towels, t.p., garbage bags etc. I have been to other VRBO properties where you’re lucky to get an extra one if anything. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. I will definitely be back! Loved it!
