Such a great place to stay for a summer concert or a quick trip. Could be updated a little but overall great time!

Pros: spacious and very clean. Well supplied in kitchen, good number of linens and appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/lotion/soap
Cons: master bedroom bed is so uncomfortable, way too worn out and saggy. Pillows are rock hard and we all woke up with sore necks and backs.
The living room couch and chair are way past their life, so worn out, and you sink almost to the floor.

The property was clean and perfect for our group of 8 (two families). Comfortable walking distance to town and local attractions. We were happy with the property and would rent it again.

Excellent for our family of 7. The place could use some updating but overall a great place and location.

Property suited our adult family of 7 just fine. Great location to Jackson town. A little outdated with worn furnishings, but property clean, well stocked and location good. The “welcome “ local coffee and donut holes were a nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations, location, and size of the condo are great! We had a family of 8 in the condo for 5 nights and had more than enough room. So close to Jackson Hole's downtown area and at the base of Snow King Mountain.

Lovely place in a nice location that is easily walkable to town.
Large condo that gives you plenty of privacy.

We loved the location but the property itself was fairly dated (and carpets desperately needed to be cleaned/replaced). Hosts were very communicative and flexible with booking, and the location of the house was only a 10 minute walk to town. Easy family vacation!

Place was clean, and could use updating, but then again this was one of the few places in this price range. It’s good to have some places that remain affordable in Jackson. Great location close to Snow King, which I recommend for food, cocktail or a lower key day at the slopes than JHMR.
Wish there was a fire stick/Roku or just a smart TV, but then again we weren’t there to watch TV.

Consider having aluminum foil and other kitchen items. Ziplock bags etc.

The property management outpost team was congenial and readily agreed to take care of several issues we had upon arrival. Property is good sized for 6 people but a refurbishing of the townhouse is needed. Carpets need a deep cleaning (or replacement) and floor fans needed in the summer) need the same as they were very dirty. Some of the blinds need to be replaced in several areas, especially in the King bedroom and window screens in all rooms need to be checked as a number of screens have open spaces at the bottom thus, windows could not be opened for cool air. Additionally the unit should have periodic pest control to reduce crawling insects. It is the mountains so flying insects, in the warmer months, when our visit occurred, should be prepared for and expected.

Property was conveniently located in Jackson, close to everything.
Property needs updating and modernizing, carpet needs replaced, and furniture is old and worn out. We called about a problem with the bathroom, they said someone would come by and look at it the next day, No one ever showed up. Extra linens and towels were never delivered as promised prior to the arrival.

Good location, common area and private bedrooms
Great place for a family with older children and multiple generations.

Great Location, Lots of Space
This rental is in an excellent location, very close to downtown Jackson and Grand Teton National Park. We really enjoyed the proximity to everything Jackson has to offer. The unit itself is large and easily accommodated 8 adults with everyone having their own space. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Our biggest challenge was the cleanliness of the unit. It's dated, which is fine, but the unit did not appear to be well-maintained or regularly deep cleaned. The carpet is very stained and dirty, we found dust and cobwebs throughout and there was mold in the showers and washing machine. With that said, the property management company (Outpost) was very responsive to addressing our concerns and helping rectify the situation. They were also working with the owner to work on solutions moving forward. If these issues are addressed, we would stay here again in the future as it's really in an excellent location, a good sized unit and was well-stocked with kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, etc.
