The Space: The Brooke Haven is a luxurious two-story Charleston Single home that has recently been fully renovated while maintaining the quintessential charm of old historic Charleston! This home is ideal for large groups up to 12 guests. Each bedroom features a premium King Sized Bed with en-suite private bathing facilities, ceiling fans and Smart HDTVs. Located on Cannon Street, you are within walking distance of numerous restaurants, boutiques and attractions. Rear parking and private entrance ensure convenient ground-level access to the home.

Brooke Haven features an open floor plan with a first-floor Great Room that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. A fully equipped kitchen with all of the requisite cookware and serving utensils is located on the first
level as well. Banquet seating for at least 8 at the table, plus 3 more at the quartz kitchen island. The master bedroom on the second level features an en-suite bathroom with a spa-like soaking tub and a separate tiled shower.

In the front end of the house, three of the six bedrooms are located on the 2nd level, with three full bathrooms. On the back end of the house, there are an additional two bedrooms, one with a mini-bar, and both with en-suite bathrooms. Lastly, there is a bedroom on the first floor towards the front of the
house with its own en-suite bathroom. Each of these bedrooms has its own king-sized bed, ceiling fan and flat-screen Smart HDTV.

We also offer high speed Wi-Fi and deluxe washing machine and dryer.
Guest will have access to the entire home as well as (3) off street parking spaces, 2 of which are tandem.

There is currently new construction on the adjacent lot. The owner and property manager do not have control over this construction project. City of Charleston ordinance allows for construction to start at 8AM. No convenience credits will be given due to items outside of management controls.
Guest Access: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis

peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and

Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

The home was absolutely GORGEOUS. It was welcoming and warm. Gave everyone a bit of privacy but with the great room we had time to fellowship as a whole group. The colors were warm and inviting.

We had a group of 11 people who came from various places around the country to meet in Charleston to celebrate my birthday. This house was everything! So clean, beautiful, accommodating all in a great neighborhood! We loved that every room had its own bathroom; this made getting ready as a group so much easier. Loved this place and location to many area attractions and activities. Didn’t want to leave!

My family and I work in construction and we absolutely loved this property. Everything was above average! The only annoying part was that there was construction on the street all week and the house directly next door started construction work at 7am each day. The smaller downstairs bedroom facing the street and the bedroom above it heard every single thing all night long. But it comes with the territory. Walking to King St. was a breeze and the location is walkable to numerous boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants. Everything was amazing. A great vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very spacious (and the bedrooms spread out), the management company was very responsive to any inquiry and the neighborhood has a lot of great shops/restaurants. The road noise on Cannon is noticeable during the day, but it was pretty quiet at night (I have stayed in other homes closer to King in the past and it would get pretty noisy at night).

The property was really beautiful. It was thoughtfully accommodating with all the amenities of home. Although we did not need to cook any dinners we surely could have. The layout was great with our large family of 10 plus 2 16 month olds. It never felt crowded. The link for Baby Away for pack and plays and playpen were so helpful. Bag Valet was a nice service offered for our family members that were arriving before our check in time. The home is nicely appointed, conveniently located to King Street and local eateries. We recommend Bad Bunnies for coffee and pastries, Fuel Cantina for a casual dinner and delicious bagels at Holey City Bagels. We would definitely come back to this lovely property.

House was lovely, clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Only complaint we had was that two of the bedrooms didn’t have closets, dressers or even hooks on the wall. Tough to live out of a suitcase for a week.
