A truly luxurious coastal retreat located in the exclusive Villas at Beach Cove between the hearts of Dewey Beach and Bethany Beach, this is beach living at its finest. Enjoy the best of both the Bay and the Ocean in this luxury town home located in North Bethany Beach DE just south of the Indian River Inlet. A true 5 bedroom + 3.5 bath, 4 level townhome with over 2700 square feet of beautifully furnished living space. Home offers spectacular views of the bay and is just a short 5 min stroll to the beach. This home features free high-speed wi-fi, 7 decks, and 2 carports exclusively for use by guests. Relax in the large great room on the upper level as well as a second living area / kids play room on the 2nd level. Room to sleep 10-12 people. Located in the exclusive Villas of Beach Cove community which includes a private community pool, a 100 ft fishing and crabbing pier, and is only 270 yards from the beach. Walk to Matts Fish Camp, check out Big Chill Cantina on the beach and Hammerheads on the Bay for fabulous sunsets. Location, location, location - 1 mile from the Indian River Inlet for fishing and surfing that can’t be beat, 10 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach Restaurants, Boardwalk, Funland for the kids & Shopping Outlets and 5 minute drive to both Dewey Beach and the Town of Bethany.

The property was just wonderful for our extended family trip over July 4th. The owner Dan was super responsive and helpful. We had no major issues, just some minor and typical rental property issues like a missing blind or toilet paper holder. There was a very dim lightbulb installed over the kitchen table and we mentioned to Dan that it was not the correct lightbulb for the fixture and Dan offered to swap it out immediately. However his travel plans were delayed so he offered that we could buy the correct light bulb and he would reimburse us which he promptly did and also reimbursed us for our inconvenience. The house is in a great location with the community pool right next to us and a pier where the teens could go fishing, crabbing, and kayaking. The beach access is right across the street and easy to walk. The city should install a flashing light walkway but crossing the street was not bad at all. There are a lot of stairs in the house since it’s a condo but we loved the separate space for everyone to spread out. The biggest pain was unloading all the groceries on the first day since the kitchen is on the top floor! The AC worked great which I know can sometimes be a problem for these beach homes. The only area for improvement would be the WiFi. The WiFi signal was weak and sometimes non existent. We have Verizon cell service and it was just terrible throughout the area. Other than that, the house was truly wonderful and we loved our stay! Thanks Dan!!!

My whole family, including toddler grandchildren and 4 legged friends stayed here for a week. We loved it! Dan was extremely responsive. There were couple of things that.neededrepair and Dan had someone take care of it immediately Tte unit had everything we needed. I might suggest in investing a few new board games as they were tough shape- but other that it was great!

The place was great, well stocked and perfect location. The only issues we had were each deck/outdoor space was filthy with bird poo and furniture that was scattered, dirty and tipped over. We decided to only make use of 2 of the outdoor spaces since we had no interest in doing so much cleaning. The master bedroom sliding door/screen is also in need of maintenance or replacing- I realized opening it that the giant holes were letting bugs in the room. Overall the place was nice, we met some very nice neighbors and the evening views were great for watching the sunset

Celebrated our daughter’s 21st birthday. Plenty of room. Kitchen-dining room is spacious enough for fun and cooking meals. Each room has a private balcony.

September was a lovely time to stay with warm water and no crowds. The condo is fantastic and allows pets, which was a huge plus for us. There’s plenty of space and decks front and back making it easy to spread out if desired. The kitchen is by far the best equipped I’ve ever seen in a rental which was great since family vacation means mom is cooking. Beach is across the street. It is a short 5 minute walk. Dan was super and promptly answered my questions. We would definitely book again

Just enjoyed a lovely stay near Bethany Beach at this house. Plenty of room for our group to spread out and enjoyed being close to the beach for easy daily visits. Best part was enjoying sunsets from the upper porch over the sound. Would recommend!

Our two families (ten members total) stayed at this same property back in 2020, and we came back to this one because of the location. Crossing the street to go to your own private beach relieves the stress of loading a car, unpacking it, and loading it up again to go home. The proximity to the boardwalks at Dewey and Bethany Beach were short drives, and gave us a variety of locations to shop and eat. Dan is very communicative and takes hosting seriously. I appreciated his assistance with a login issue. I can’t recommend this location enough, especially if you have kids. Everyone had a blast!

Conveniently located townhouse between Dewey and Bethany. Easy walk to the beach, but lots of stairs in the townhouse. We got our daily steps in. The community pool was nice to dip in at the end of the day. The home could use some maintenance (ie-new shower liners, kitchen faucet handle, MBR screen, missing toilet paper roller). In general, the home was well stocked with many useful kitchen and beach items. We enjoyed relaxing on the front decks in the morning and the back decks at the end of the day.

There was plenty of space for our group of 10 (4 kids under 10). Having a pool steps away was key for our youngest family members and parents enjoyed the bay views from the pool. Great home with all the things we needed. Crossing the road to the beach was easier than we expected.

The house had room for 12 people comfortably, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the dining area was lovely. The living spaces were really comfortable, as were the bedrooms. We loved the decks, the views, and the swimming pool was perfect. Just a super short trip to the beach(s). The house was clean, and a lot of little things were thought of and provided. I would gladly reccommend it to anyone!

We had a fantastic time at this home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach vacation. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening drinks on the back deck while enjoying the water views. It is only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and we never had issues crossing the road. The owners have really thought of everything to make this a relaxing vacation and include so many extras that most rental homes do not. Highly recommend this property and host to anyone!

This property was spotless, well furnished and in a great location! Our kids loved crabbing off the dock, kayaking, the pool and of course the quick walk to the beach. Communication with the owners was outstanding as well.

This was a wonderful house in a fantastic location. Dan was great to work with and was very quick with communication. There was plenty of space for our adult family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook, but there were great local restaurants minutes away. Lots of stairs, but a lovely view from the top floor and the stairs help to work off the vacation goodies.

We had an amazing time staying here. There were 7 of us and the place had more than enough room for us all to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Close enough to Rehoboth that you can get to town or the beaches in 10-15 minutes but without all the traffic and noise. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait to go back.

This house was perfect for my family. 7 adults, 2 children and a dog - there was room and privacy for all. So many decks to relax on, the top one being my favorite with the great view. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need. Dan was incredible to work with (answered so many of my questions since I booked the rental I’m surprised he didn’t stop. Lol). If there was a problem it was addressed immediately, even something as simple as a light being out. While the beach is an easy walk across Coastal Highway, I would like if there was a light, at least a flashing one, to help with crossing, but that obviously is a town decision. All-in-all had a wonderful vacation at this home!!

Overall, we had an great experience. Dan was excellent at answering all my questions and he responded to everything we needed including us checking in about an hour early with our infant son and 4 year old. The location was great, only a few minutes from downtown Bethany and Dewey and all the action but secluded and quiet sitting back on the bay which provides some gorgeous sunsets from the back deck. The one thing that was hard for us, with small kids, was the bedroom set up. The kids rooms on a different floor wasn’t ideal with our littles. I think this set up would be great for older kids or teens. Lastly, the amenities at the townhouse were great. Two coffee makers, starter soaps, detergent, garbage bags, papers towels, all of the beach toys, beach cart and chairs. Really nice features.

We could not have asked for a better property for our stay. The house was perfect, essentially having two living areas that could be utilized by adults and kids (4 for us) for a fun and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The balcony views of the bay and sunset were a great end to our days. The beach was a short walk that was easy to make. The property owner was excellent with communication! We will be staying again!
