Located at the 34.5 MM, this 3,636 sq ft, 4 bedroom (plus loft), 4 bath home is the perfect place if you want to relax and create an unforgettable vacation! It has a private 2 well dock situated in a no wake cove and is very close to Captain Ron’s Lakefront Bar & Grill. Inside you will be amazed at all of the features: including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ice machine, and a wine refrigerator. The closets are extra large and even have a bunk beds in one of them for additional sleeping quarters for children. The view from every room is amazing! Inviting palm trees add that special touch as you take in the view on the wrap around porch. House includes 28' and 38' dock slips, Wi-Fi, Netflix, 5 TVs, blu-ray DVD player, Sonos sound to play music from your devices, surround sound, wet bar, wine refrigerator, ice machine, and floor to ceiling windows offering spectacular views and natural light. The patio offers relaxing seating to enjoy the view of the water. 2 Gas grills and a Blackstone Griddle for outdoor cooking. All bath towels, kitchen towels, bed linens included. Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soaps, trash bags, and laundry soap are also provided for your convenience. This property is quality from top to bottom. This is not a cheap rental house, this is a very nice home with all the amenities. Everything was just perfect. The views are amazing, the setup is great, the games and entertainment in the house kept us busy for the entire trip. In four days we only left to go to the grocery store. No one is out group wanted to leave this beautiful place.

Awesome house right on the point. Water views on 3 sides. Visited in early March, so weather wasn’t permissive to the lake, but the hot tub, patio, game room, and large open living/dining/kitchen were awesome to hang out in for a long weekend. We had 6 people and plenty of space, I’d say groups up to 10-12 would be comfortable, any more than that might get a little tight.

Wonderful house for a relaxing quiet getaway to enjoy beautiful lake views. We would love to come back with a houseful of family and friends to take advantage of the awesome entertainment options too. House is very comfortable yet elegant. We very much enjoyed the comfy bedrooms, wrap around deck with grill and hot tub, and great kitchen. We can’t imagine a better place to stay here!

Gorgeous property with endless amenities. Excellent host who graciously and immediately saved us when we locked ourselves out on the balcony!! Hope to come back with some friends and kids to fully take advantage of all this wonderful place has to offer.

The place was huge and clean when we arrived. So much room for activities! The view was like a dream and the hot tub was the cherry on top! Tons of games provided, we barely ever left. Thank you to the lovely host for making this bachelorette weekend memorable!

This is one of the best properties I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Everything was as listed. I think the only thing that was left out was how comfortable the beds are. This place looks amazing on the pics but its 100 times better in person

From cleanliness, space, organization, and the amazing view of the lake, we are so glad we stayed at this house over the weekend. All of us were FaceTiming family telling them to book this house in the future, you walk in and it’s breathtaking the views everywhere and layout of this house. All the little details in decor, labeled light switches, extensions for charging phones on the bunk beds, everything could not be more perfect! The hot tub and game room were just as amazing! Thank you Anthony for such a great place to stay at LOTO!

This house was the PERFECT place to stay for a week in the winter. There was so much to do for kids (and adults) of all ages! The game room was so nice to have since the weather was not very nice.
Our family, which included myself and my husband, 3 of our adult kids and their families all met here to celebrate Christmas since our house is not big enough for everybody.
We could not have picked a more perfect place.
The house was magnificent, very clean, with plenty of room for all of us.
This kitchen was incredible and well stocked with the essentials. We used the Blackstone to cook breakfast every morning. There were so many games no one was ever bored.
The hot tub felt great in the evenings!
Oh and the beds were so so so comfortable!!!
All in all, we had a wonderful time. The place was perfect and we just may be back next Christmas!!!

Overall 5-stars for sure! They property was extremely well cleaned and orderly. The views of the lake were incredible, especially early in the morning with the fog rolling in. The kitchen was very well stocked and had plenty of refrigerator and freezer space (the kitchen fridge is a glass-door fridge with a separate stand-up freezer in the cupboard nearby). Also there's a separate fridge/freezer in the garage for extra space if you had a larger group. The game room was so fun and our kiddo had a blast (but so did my wife and I). One of my personal favorite parts was the hot tub overlooking the lake on the deck. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious with really great showers for all the bedrooms. The owner was really quick to respond to any questions and extremely helpful. We will absolutely recommend this place to anyone and we hope to be back here ourselves soon! Book this place, you won't be sorry!

Property was perfect for visiting in the offseason. Lot of stuff to do at the house. We were celebrating Christmas with relatives who live far from us and it was midway. Would absolutely do it again.

I booked this house for my husband and I's 20th anniversary, and last minute decided our 2 grown kids should come along so all the fun stuff doesn't go to waste. We spent 1 night laughing and playing 'board games' on the electronic table in the loft, then the next night laughing in the game room. I logged enough hours in the hot tub to equal a working day, it was such a nice one and so easy to use. The view from and the positioning of this house are so unique, the pictures dont do it justice. They really have it set up so you feel 'at home'. It was impeccably clean, comfy beds, cozy blankets in the living room, and a really well stocked kitchen. It should have been too much for just the 4 of us, but it didn't feel like it because of the coziness. However, things like 2 ovens, the ice machine, and the extra fridge in the game room had me visualizing how convenient it would be there with the WHOLE fam. We did zero 'lake activities', it being December, but still had the best most relaxing time. We WILL be staying there again, universe, mark my words!!

Our family had an amazing time at the Brownstone for Thanksgiving. Rooms were spacious, bathrooms aplenty, and amenities galore. This house was more than its spectacular view. It is obvious the host works hard to make it an outstanding rental. We had more than enough to be grateful for after staying here. Highly recommend.

Went down with some friends to relax and watch football. House exceeded expectations, great location and views. We loved the game room, there’s lot of games in there that aren’t in the listing photos. Would definitely recommend and we plan to return.

The property was location was perfect. It had all a family of 15 needed. The game room was a smashing hit, as well as the water trampoline. Then walking distance to pirates point for any of the aquatic rentals was super awespme as well.

Beatiful house with amazing view and lots of amenities.
The game room was great, as was the dock for fishing, and our jet ski's. We had a great time on the floating trampoline, and enjoyed relaxing on the deck and in the hot tub.
The house is equipped with top of the line appliances which we enjoyed as we cooked alot during our stay.
Some little things need attention and the freezer in the pantry only freezes items on the bottom shelf.
We had a wonderful time, and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Our group of 8 travels to the Ozarks every year and we were upset we missed out on a location we have used in the past. We made a change to this location and WOW! The location at the point of the main channel is awesome! There is constant boating action! The amount of boats did make it difficult to float on Saturday, but it was easy on a Sunday as traffic was down. The house is very nice...open and well.appointed. Sonos speakers througout the property were a big hit. The game room in the garage was a nice add. We spent a lot more time in the garage due to the excessive heat, so Golden Tee was a huge hit. Highly recommend!

We had a great time, house has 4 bedrooms not five, they put bunk beds in the closest and are calling this a fifth bedroom. The house was not clean and we found a dirty sock in one bed suggesting the bed linens were not changed.

What a great property! The 180 degree view of the lake was amazing anytime of day. We had 13 people and the accommodations were perfect for us! The game room offered variety and evening options for those who weren't worn out from the sun. The kitchen was well appointed with quality tools and lots of room. The deck and dock were excellent for hanging out and gathering for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We really appreciated the ice maker as well! There was adequate parking for 2 boat trailers and 4 cars. The location was central to all of our favorite hangouts. We highly recommend this property! We will stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Brownstone. We had 4 families with kids ranging in age from 17 to 5 years old and they all loved it! From the game room to the trampoline in the water it kept everyone entertained. We rented a pontoon which was super close by and on the 3rd of July all the boats anchored near our cove for a firework show that we all got to see from the deck. Overall a wonderful time and would definitely go back!

On our 2023 Summer Family Reunion we rented the Brownstone Vac. home through Vrbo at Sun Rise Beach, Mo. at the Lake of the Ozarks. Our family came from the East coast, West coast and in the middle of the U.S. All we had to do was bring our food and clothes. The home was clean and well maintained. The vac. home met ALL of our expectations and more!! The property is on the water and located on a point were you have a quite cove on one side of the point and the main lake on the other side of the point. The fishing dock has 3 boat slips. Beautiful home and Anthony Schoen the owner was VERY accommodating . Will definitely Book this Beautiful home again!

I took 18, 18 year olds here for a Senior Trip, place was amazing! The only 'bad' I'll say is.... nothing! The house was clean, everything I knew we would be getting! ONE small thing .. a couple of the pictures look like a sand/beach area in front of the house and that is no longer in existence- no problem to us tho .. Captain Rons up the road was amazing service and sand volleyball! The immediate neighbor was super awesome and friendly! Game Room 5* Hot Tub 5* Stay 5* - and I'll add I had to contact owner once due to tripping a breaker .. he responded immediately and fixed it through text message .. the contact is def a 10* Cute lake house! The decor is amazing .. and the surround sound and speakers outside .. 110% for our stay!

Overall, nice property located on the very top of a peninsula. Great views out front. Lots of bugs, which created a sense of the outside not being very clean, but that’s the nature of springtime there, I guess. Many of the games in the game room didn’t work or were missing key parts so that was disappointing especially on the day it rained. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the support from the property manager.

Great view of the lake. We had tons of fun with the game room as well as the game tables upstairs, having that available made a big difference on the rainy days. Beds were very comfortable, and the house was very clean. We would stay here again for sure!

The place was one of a kind gem with clean and amenities were great. We stayed for 6 days, and the equipment were very well maintained. the communication with the property owner was at ease. the gaming equipment were fun for kids. my kids called it gaming house. I would complement the house that my kids never wanted to go out and see anything. They were off screen and they built memories in this stay.

You can’t beat the view and our kids loved the game room! We had an issue with the hot tub constantly popping the circuit, the owner did send a repair man our first night, but still had the issue. Was our only problem, but the house itself is gorgeous and kids will not be bored if looking to disconnect from the internet!!!!!

We decided to rent a VRBO to have a little family Super Bowl party. The Brownstone Dr lake house was the perfect place! The beds are VERY comfortable, the entertainment centers are perfect for a getaway and family bonding time, and the view was outstanding! We will definitely book this one again in the future!!

We rented this home for a weekend in January as a Christmas gift to my parents, aunt and cousin. There were 8 of us in total. The house was better in person that in pictures!!!
We played air hockey, darts, pool, ping pong. It was a blast. Everyone had plenty of room, and the house was nicely appointed. We had an issue with the hot water and the owner was easy to contact and quick to respond! Can't ask for more than that. We would love to stay in the summer time to take advantage of the lake!
