About this house rental

Newly renovated home in established, quiet Peoria neighborhood. Large indoor and outdoor gathering areas. Updated pool and patio, with patio furniture, pool towels, and grill. Comfortable, elegant, and simply relaxing.
*** Pool is Heated ***
We have an electric heat pump for the pool, with the temp set at 85 degrees. In the winter months, it does take time to warm up during the day and does not always hit 85 if the nights have been really cold.
Four full bedrooms (King, Queen, Double) - the fourth is a daybed that offers two twin beds.
Two full baths, linens, and full laundry room.
Modern kitchen with large island and dining area. Great for gathering and relaxing with family or friends. New Keurig double coffee maker with option for single cups or brewing a pot. Kids dishes, high chair, and playpen.
10 minutes to Peoria Sports Complex - Home Mariners and Padres Spring Training. 15 minutes to State Farm Stadium - Home of the Arizona Cardinals, and the popular surrounding Westgate Entertainment District. Plenty of shopping, and amenities nearby.

Supper nice little place. Floors were a little dirty, but they are floors. I would definitely book here again. Lots of things to do within 15 minutes from the house.

Amazing home, responsive host and quiet neighborhood. Made us feel like we were back at home. If you are looking for a family friendly vacation home in the Phoenix area, you won’t go wrong at this house!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The pool was great, neighborhood was quiet, and was SUPER easy to get to State Farm Stadium and back. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This rental was so nice and the pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean, had everything we could need and was very comfortable! The beds and pillows were so comfy after a day of exploring! The backyard was so nice and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay here!

My husband and son stayed here for a music concert. They stated is was nice. Very convenient to be able to walk around the block to get to the store. Only 2 things, the floor needed to be mopped. And after the first night a sand storm came through and they were unable to use the pool. Since is was all guys they didn’t really mind but I specifically looked for a space with a pool so they would have the option to swim. Very nice complementary liquor cart. Over was a good stay.

Property was amazing! Perfect amount of space for my brother in law who is in a wheel chair to come in and move around. We cooked dinners for us all and found the kitchen well equipped ( just missing a cheese grater and spaghetti spoon). We had a great stay and will think about booking this house again!

This house is as beautiful as the pictures show. Very spacious and well maintained. Any problems that we had were quickly dealt with. My only issue was that the listing said it was a heated pool and it really wasn’t so we couldn’t use it during our stay.

We were in town for the week for our son to attend football workouts for Arizona Christian University. Location was perfect! My wife and I worked remotely for the week with no issues or interruption. My mom and 5 year old daughter came as well and they were able to take advantage of the pool while we worked. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. House equiped with all the comforts of home. Host was very timely in responding to questions. Could not have asked for more. Will be back in the area often this fall and winter and would love to stay here again when possible!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Beds were so comfortable and the house layout was warm and inviting. We loved having dinner at the table and relaxing in the pool. April was a wonderful hostess, she was always available for questions and responded immediately. Thanks again April for letting us stay a week in your beautiful home, can't wait to book again :)

We loved our stay at Foxfire. We were there for my grandson's graduation from GCU. It was so nice to be able to sit by the pool and watch my granddaughters, son-in-law and husband goofing off in the pool not to mention just enjoying the weather and being able to enjoy family. Plus, the BBQ came in very handy (it could use a wire brush for the grills, however) for the steaks my son and son-in-law BBQed. There were a couple of small glitches like no bar soap in the two showers or hand soap in in the master bathroom (empty container) or laundry detergent but those were easily remedied after a stop at Fry's. The house is really clean and nice (just remember to watch your step when you first walk in because of the step down into the living area (we put a box of Kleenex at the edge of the step to remind us the first few days. Overall it was the perfect choice for us. I'm so glad we discovered this home.

The home was beautiful, so clean and pleasant. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, extra bed pillows, etc. The backyard is very private for enjoying the pool and lounging in the sun. Full sun is on the pool all day but with lots of shade in the seating areas to relax if desired. The location is very close to shopping and restaurants but is located in a quiet neighborhood, was the perfect spot. We’ll be back when we can for sure. Wifi was strong, no issues for working online and streaming tv, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!
