Exactly as advertised and very responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage comfortably fit our family (2 adults, 2 kids) and was super clean and comfortable. It was a 2 minute walk to Midtown restaurants and breweries and less than a 15 minute walk to downtown and the lake. The large backyard was also a plus. I highly recommend and would stay here again!

My wife and I had a great week in CDA. This is a fantastic rental property walking distance to everything in mid-town and downtown. The recent renovation was very well done. I don't think the interior pictures due it justice. Natalie was also a great host.

Everything about this cottage style home was absolutely perfect. It was clean, comfortable, had everything you could ever need, beautifully decorated, and is located in the BEST location. There is a Safeway right across the street that was so convenient for all of our grocery needs, great restaurants, brew pubs, coffee shops and an ice cream shops within a short walk and also a short walk to downtown. The house was equipped with everything you would need for your stay. We arw a family of 4 and had more than enough space for all of us and all of our things. We really enjoyed playing croquet in the spacious private back yard.
We spent time downtown CDA but also visited Silverwoods and it was a very easy drive straight out to the highway to Silverwoods.
The owners communicated perfectly and were so friendly and extremely accomodating.
We would 100% recommend this beautiful cottage to anyone visiting the CDA, Hayden or Silverwoods areas.
Thank you Natalie and Chad!

This was the perfect home base for my husband, pup and I to explore CDA and Silver Mountain bike park. The home is adorable and very clean! Great back yard for our pup to “squirrel watch”. Super close to a great brewery and ice cream parlor and less than 15 minute walk to the lake front and downtown. We will definitely stay here again. ❤️

Myself and a friend stayed here for 3 nights. For being an older home, it is very clean and decorated adorable. So close to everything we wanted to do downtown. You won’t be sorry if you stay here.

The location was a short walk to Sherman Ave, where there is shopping, eating, drinks, etc. The only negative (totally a personal preference) was the size of the bathroom. The shower/claw foot tub is small and you have to fight the round shower curtain from closing in on you. Other than that it was very nice. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, BBQ grill was great for steaks/fish, and a nice porch to relax on.

This was our 1st time renting a house for a vacation. We rented the cottage from June 15th thru July 5th and the outcome far exceeded our expectations. The cottage was spotless, cozy, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Natalie the owner lives next door and is an absolute doll. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. The convenience of the Safeway store across the street made everything easy. The downtown area is active and fun and there are tons of things to do. I highly recommend the cottage and the owners. We will rent there again.

When I first pulled up to the house I was a little hesitant because it is on/facing a busy main road and the back of Safeway, but in the end it was quite convenient to go straight up to the Hayden area or straight to downtown. Also, as soon as I walked through the front door, the busy road didn’t matter so much because the inside is ADORABLE, it is decorated straight out of a Pottery Barn catalog and has all the amenities you would ever need. The owners live right next door and were nice enough to help my older parents when they had issues with the lock box at check in. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to another great long weekend in Coeur d’alene!

Thank you so much for thinking of the little ones, the plastic ware was a really a nice touch. The slim shower and the bathroom door took some getting used to. The little quirks of old houses. The overall environment was super comfortable, we didn't want to leave. All the more "modern" updates were really nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We were looking for a place close to downtown, when I found this gem. It is in midtown which is a quaint neighborhood. We were able to walk to one of our favorite restaurants, Capones and discovered few more close by. We did not stay long enough to try them all. The house is nicely remodeled with modern conveniences and a large yard which our dog loved. The furnishings were comfortable as well as the bed. We hope to come stay again!

We enjoyed the location which was very walkable and the convenience of Safeway and restaurants nearby. So many things to do nearby in a beautiful setting! The home was cozy and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you Natalie for being so accommodating!

Don’t be put off by the modest exterior- the interior has been totally redone and is quite nice. Kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is nice , beds are comfy. And the decor is prime pottery barn. Location is an easy 2- blocks from great ice cream and two really nice restaurants (try the bluebird- get reservations). And about a mile walk from the lakefront business area.

We loved our stay. Natalie was the greatest. She kept her cool when we mistakenly unplugged the wifi connection and helped when we couldn't find the bottle opener. Very clean and cozy. I like to cook and the kitchen was well appointed. Many fine details were in place; new appliances were appreciated. Old fashioned tub with shower was charming. A great place to unwind. Many nice restaurants close by. Friendly people in the neighborhood. Slept really well every night. Loved spending time relaxing on the porch in the rocking chairs!!! Natalie was lovely and attended to our needs.

Love this House!
Super cute house in Coeur d'Alene! Perfect for our family of four and two dogs. The dogs loved running in the back yard. Safeway is super convenient across the street where we grabbed a few things while we were there. A short walk into town. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in town!

Perfect location, perfect stay!
We loved staying here. The location couldn't have been better. Walkable to the beach and several shops and restaurants. My daughter and I would walk to the big city Park several times a day and the property was perfect. Super clean, wonderful backyard (with a croquet set!) and the host was very welcoming. Wouldn't definitely stay again!

Natalie was responsive to our questions and needs. She took care of us like family from booking to checkout.
This charming cottage was exactly as pictured. I echo Carey H's review of 2/17/22. Every item was top of the line plus thoughtful, unexpected additions, such as, a variety of lotions (we tried each), stool in the bathroom, dimming lights, and tray at the entrance for shoes, wet boots and soccer cheats :).
We are already hoping our team returns to the local tournament yearly so we can enjoy another stay. So much better than a hotel room.
Thanks Natalie for providing such cozy comfort!
