Clean, great location on the canal, comfortable bedding, and easy walk to amenities.

Thanks for letting us rent your home! Location and accommodations were great! We walked to the parade and enjoyed quality time with the family!

Its a good spot. Super cute and location was good for fishing. We never walked to the beach or restaurants but they were all within a 5 mins walk. Plebty of dishes, and seasonings in kitchen.Alot of games. Though there was no ice maker just trays in the frisge and the laundry machines were not accessible due to be locked in the oqners storage room. Other then that good. Neighbor was friendly and we spoke to everydaye

First we can’t say enough about the great location! Walkable to the circle area and pier etc! Nice outdoor space but would have loved a few side tables to set a cup or a high top dining table to enjoy the water views. King bed mattress was comfy! The things that detracted from our enjoyment were minor but they added to the feeling that the property needed some cosmetic detail care. Sofas were stained and dirty, lamp shade was torn and lopsided, the ceiling fan light was just a bulb. Bedding was very utilitarian but functional. Overall we had a good stay but the consensus was that we won’t be staying here again.

Great location , house was nice a little tight needed a little more kitchenware but really good

We booked the Four Seasons for a long weekend. We have two golden doodles and the owners allowed pets. The home was very clean and comfortable and we LOVED the location; on the canal, yet very close to the beach. Will definitely book this home again.

We were so happy to find this pet-friendly house in Ocean Isle. We came down for the weekend for a wedding. We enjoyed our stay at the house. Plenty of space and had a nice back deck overlooking the canal. Small grassy yard in the back which was helpful with our 2 dogs. The neighbors are pet-lovers and really friendly people.
The washer/dryer were broken so I sent a request to Vacasa and a maintenance person was there the very next day to check it out. I was very happy with Vacasa's prompt response time on this request.

This house shouldn't be on the rental market. It needs a lot of work. No one in my family liked it. Very disappointing.
4.2
Run down, smelled moldy, blinds only no curtains.. Sun came right in at 6am so don’t plan on sleeping in.
Furniture was worn.
Fridge drawers broken.
Ceiling fan lights don’t work all the time.
Deck and dock need work.
Needs some TLC for sure.
On a positive note, the mattress in the master was nice. The rest not so good.
It did have everything you needed as far as pots, pans, grill, washer/ dryer.
Has plenty of room for 10 if you needed but only 2 very small baths.

Easy access on and off the island. We enjoyed having our boat docked in the canal for easy access

Loved it

We wanted a house on the canal and close to the beach that comfortably accommodated 5 adults. This house delivered! It's bright and airy with comfortable beds and furniture and a decently equipped kitchen. It's an older house that has been cosmetically kept up but you can tell it has older bones. Still, this house was great for us for the week. Vacasa was super responsive to all of my outreach and they were always friendly in their communications. I'd definitely rent this house again or others from Vacasa!

Overall, the house and location were great for our family. We were able to bring our boat and registered golf cart which was wonderful. The house is also a short walk to the beach and other amenities such as putt-putt, ice cream, restaurants and shops.

First of all…very grateful we were allowed to
bring our furry baby. So thanks for that! House was a great set up…absolutely loved being on the canal. Beds were comfy. We had our pontoon and kayaks tied up out back all week. Just enough yard space for corn hole games, too. Great neighbors, too! (Made some friends!). Vacasa was amazing at responding to a few needs when we arrived. Very friendly and helpful!

The house wonderful in every way. Well stocked kitchen, beds were comfortable and plenty of outdoor furniture. We will definitely stay again!

This house worked perfectly for what we wanted. We were at max capacity, so we bumped into each other a few times, but the furniture was very well thought out. Enough seats for all of us to eat dinner together, which is hard to find when traveling with larger groups. It was within walking distance to the beach (bring a wagon, there’s a handicapped accessible beach access by the community center) and we walked down to all the shops on the causeway each day. The dock was a wonderful addition. Beautiful scenery and fun to go for a swim or paddle boarding.
If I had to give any critiques, I would recommend cleaning the HVAC. I noticed quite a bit of dust built up on the air return. Besides that, everything was clean and well stocked. Plenty of linens, dishes, and space to put things away. We will very likely be returning in the future!
