This is an amazing Charlestonian-style home built in 2017 in one of Hilton Head Island's newest gated seaside communities. In addition to the beach, which is just a 10-minute walk or a quick bike ride away, you can also enjoy the Chaplin Oceanside Park next door. You will find tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, a huge kids' playground, beach parking, and restrooms within walking distance of the house.
If you are unfamiliar with the Singleton Beach area, it is located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surf Watch Resort. Being mid-island puts you in the center of all that Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and even Savannah (just 45 min away) have to offer. The recent addition of the new Shelter Cove Town Center is an excellent amenity for guests of the Singleton Beach area as well. It features some of the island's best restaurants, shopping, and recreational amenities, all within a mile of the house. Hilton Head holds many of its festivals, events, and concerts at Shelter Cove. That is where they have a fireworks display every Tuesday night during the summer (weather permitting), and you can enjoy live music nearly every night of the year. If you’re a golfer, you won't have to look very far to find one of the 30-plus courses on the island, some of which are PGA courses, just a 2 Iron away from the house. You can also go crabbing, fishing, and shell collecting in the salt marsh and along the surf at Singleton Beach.
Here is a brief description of the beach house itself.
It was newly furnished in 2022! There are five bedrooms, each with a large smart TV, and six bathrooms encompassing over 3000 square feet. There are two living levels with all hard surface (wood or Tile) floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a covered poolside lanai with a large smart TV, ambient lighting, and gas BBQ.
The first-floor layout has one bedroom with a king bed, a full-size bathroom, a family room, a large kitchen with a huge island that seats six, and a large dining table that seats eight.
The second floor has four bedrooms, including two king beds with custom double bunks, a third king bedroom, and a fourth bedroom with two double beds. There are also four full baths and a laundry room on the second level.
A golf cart beach shuttle service runs Sunday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. It is free of charge for our guests and is included in the rental price.

The house was very nice and our family ( 6 adults/2 teens/4kids) had plenty of space. The pool was very refreshing after a hot day on the beach. It was nice to have a first floor bedroom so we didn’t have to do the stairs. Having the shuttle available to get to and from the beach was a huge plus!

The property was perfect for our family vacation. It fit everyone comfortable. We had a total of 14 adults. The furniture was comfortable and so were the beds. Terrific location we were near everything we wanted, beach, grocery store, bike path, tennis, mini golf, golf. The house was clean. Maybe ,I should have done more homework before arriving at the house. They had no cleaning supplies
. Only 1 miniture bottle of dish soap and 1 envelope for the dishwasher. Barely enough towels for all of us. No pool towels or beach towels. Beach chairs but no umbrella. FYI: You can rent an umbrella where you rent your bikes. Definitely, need to do it ahead when you rent your bikes. They were all rented out. The refrigerator was leaking when we used the ice machine and water dispenser. Nothing a towel couldn't absorb. It was just inconvenient. One dish towel in the kitchen. I think for a house that size it should have at least three. Nothing to clean the countertops. I would have sent myself an Amazon order with all the necessities. In the future I will make sure to plan ahead. Other than that ,it was a lovely house in a great location. We enjoyed ourselves and have many family memories.

There are locks preventing you from accessing the balconies as other guests have mentioned, but it didn't really bother our group. There was really no reason to go out there and with small children, it would have been a nightmare if they weren't locked!

We stayed in this property for a family reunion, with half the family in this home and half in another property on the same street. This house was perfect for our needs! It was clean, the pool was perfect for the young kids in our group, we were walkable to the beach, and there was a closet full of beach chairs, pool toys etc. The best part was how responsive the property manager was when we had a few minor questions (couldn't find the wifi, for example). He also took care of raising and then lowering the temp on the pool for us--it was fantastic. I would absolutely rent this property again!

This was our 3rd girl's trip to Hilton Head - 6 of us this year, 7 last year, 8 the 1st year. The houses on Crabline Court are beautiful and there is plenty of room for all of us, most with our own room and bath. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to shopping, dining, the airport, etc. We will definitely be back and hope to stay on Crabline again!

We came to HHI to spend time with family for spring break. The House and plenty of room for us all and the bedrooms were quite spacious. The kitchen has mostly everything you need to cook meals and eat with a large group. There was plenty of towels but no extra linens/blankets for those who are always cold.
We were a little let down because there is no hot tub, even though its specifically listed in the homes amenities. The floors, bathrooms, and kitchen also weren't up to our standards in terms of cleanliness. We were also disappointed that the doors to the balconies were all closed off and inaccessible. Any other issues we had were remedied in great timing as the property manager lives within the small community.
Our favorite feature by far was proximity to the park. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, soccer fields, and a baseball diamond as well as pathways throughout. You will also have to go through the park to get to the public beach access.
In terms of location, don't expect to be able to walk to the beach with kids. This neighborhood does not have a direct beach access which we didn't realize either. It worked out, just wasn't what we were expecting. its about a 20 minute walk to the public beach access.
There is a somewhat closer private beach access but you cannot drive to it and park.
Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Myself, aunts and cousins had a great stay! We were a little nervous after some of the recent reviews, but had absolutely no issues. There was plenty of toiletries (trash bags, toilet paper, towels, etc). The pool was clean and no issues with safety or WiFi. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet at night with no disturbances. Beds were very comfortable as well. Would absolutely stay again!

We have stayed at numerous VRBO in the past and this time we were very disappointed when we arrived at 6:30 pm. there was literally nothing there, we had to go to the supermarket and buy napkins, paper towels, even salt and pepper, tissues, and the best was they had no trash bags just the one in the can which we had to buy.
They did have 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom to say the least. We did not use the pool as there was algae in it. The pool man came only with a net. The home is beautiful but seems to be a bit neglected. The entrance definitely need to be power-washed for sure.
On our next return we will stay at another property.
VRBO. Oh they did leave a small bag with 3 toiletries

Overall the house was great. There were a number of downsides though.
1st instance: We originally booked the house at a much lower price than what we ended up having to pay. Management then reached out and let us know the price had doubled due to a management pricing error and we would have to pay the doubled price or not rent the house…
2nd troublesome instance, we were asking to download the espn app so we could watch a college football game, the Roku had a PIN number that we needed to download it. When we asked the owner for the pin we were told to stream it on our phones. Absolutely preposterous answer. We told him that wouldn’t work. The property manager then proceeds to show up at the house unannounced the next day and let themselves in without letting anyone know until he was gone. Huge red flag to not let anyone know you are coming and let yourself in with all of our valuables in the house.
3rd instance- every single door that opens to the outside, whether it was a balcony or ledge was locked with a zip tie. We could not even utilize the top level porch in the master that we paid for.
Overall the house is great, but the lack of service and sketchiness provided by the owner and property manager would make us never book this house again.

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely home! The bedroom distribution is perfect for multiple family and/or friend groups. Given the number of people who can stay there, more indoor or outdoor gathering space would be helpful. We had a really nice stay in Hilton Head for our kids Spring Break. The house was well designed, each room was clean, large in size and worked well for our family. We were able to check in easily with the code and information that was sent to us ahead of time. The only issues we had were with the 1.) TV-the previous renters reset the TV so we were unable to use the main TV. The property manager quickly responded and came over and fixed the TV after our trouble shooting did not diagnose the problem and reset the main TV in the house. All TVs in all rooms were ROKU and easy to use. 2.) The only other issue we had was that the heat was set as a max 71 degrees and the house was really cold. We had to call the property manager multiple times over two days to get it fixed. All in all the all it was a good stay.

When we arrived we realized the beach wasn’t as close as we thought which was a disappointment but we managed. The floors in the house were not clean and leaving our feet black if shoes weren’t worn. There was hair in the main floor shower and hair in a pot we were going to use to cook. The house itself is Beautiful and a very quiet community. Definitely not safe for infants or toddlers. The property manager was very prompt when we experienced issues with the Wi-Fi and very friendly.

House was located in a nice community with lots of families. Close to the beach, food and shopping. House was updated with nice furniture, plenty of little extras like beach chairs, boogie boards, pool toys. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances you could need. Host was super nice and friendly. Community has quiet hours after 10 which was fine for us but worth noting.

Great house and location. We had a group of all adults and the bedroom layouts were perfect for our group. Having the pool shaded was perfect after a hot morning of golf or day at the beach. Having the shuttle to the beach was great! We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

This property is first rate. Totally accurate photos. Sufficient numbers of rooms. Enjoyed the sturdy, well built bunk type beds over the king beds. Prompt service, when dishwasher did not work. Only negative: we got a flat tire from workers nail, from new home under construction. In the neighborhood.
