Perfect for two people, great location! It had all we needed for the time we were there(3 nights). It was right by the stream, beautiful. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time on our visit to Breckenridge, the condo is in a perfect location in town. We could walk to anywhere. The pool deck area is perfect for relaxing. Garage parking is very convenient. Loved it.

Great location right on the river but be prepared to wake up early. The trash and delivery trucks across the riverwalk begin about 5:30 and the unit faces east so you get bright sun early. The unit was the perfect size for us but they still need to address non hanging clothes storage. Two small drawers in the nightstand are only big enough for socks and underwear. We stacked our shorts and tops on the table. Not sure about winter clothes. We didn't cook during our 4 night stay but it appears it has everything necessary. We liked the décor and it was very comfortable. We hope the window screens are replaced so the windows can be opened for the cool mountain air because it did get hot in the unit although the temperatures were only in the 70's. We would stay there again especially if our 2 concerns were addressed.

We recently stayed at this fantastic property and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect for us, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The unit was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. As someone who is sensitive to scents, I was pleasantly surprised that the unit was cleaned without any lingering fragrances.
The morning sunshine and the sound of the river just outside was a pleasant way to wake up each day. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I loved it all was just what i needed for my trip

The place was clean and in a perfect location: walking distance to Main St. and one bus stop away from the gondola. Would definitely rebook in the future!

This was a great central location. Took us 10 minutes to walk to the gondola. We were a little warm sleeping at night so we cracked the window. It was quiet all night and we never had issues with noise. Very large fridge with all the amenities to cook your own meals. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was as advertised. Just needs a small dresser or shelves to put clothes on. Also this unit is above Castaway Cove. If you are a light sleeper could be an issue.

This condo is gorgeous. It is right in the middle of everything and has a beautiful view of some of the mountains surrounding Breckenridge and the riverwalk immediately outside. There are a few hiking trails you can walk to in about 5-15 minutes. There is a restaurant immediately below the condo, so you’re able to hear their music pretty well. But it usually stopped between 9-10 pm. Like the description says, there is no AC so if you are visiting during the warmer months the room will be a bit hot without the balcony door open. Because this condo is in a different lodge than Vacasa itself, you will need to call Vacasa if you need any issues/need more supplies rather than go to the front desk of the building the condo is in. The building has a steam room, sauna, and multiple hot tubs. The steam room will take a few minutes to heat up before the steam starts. Overall, we loved it and wished we could have stayed longer!

This unit was great, everything you could need in a stay. Queen bed with enough pillows! Full kitchen with cooking equipment- we got fresh bagels every morning and cooked up hot breakfast before the mountains.
We stayed for 5 nights and went up the mountain everyday. Location wise the town is on your doorstep, Walking distance to lots of restaurants. You technically could walk to the gondola ( maybe 10-15 mins) but with gear on we opted to catch the free bus which picks right up outside the apartment. Was very easy and different buses take you to different lifts- closest is 5 mins on the bus.
The unit is in the blue river apartments, there are 3 hot tubs to use and a sitting area with gas fire ( your not allowed to bring alcohol to the seating room which was a little disappointing).
Only downside of the place is the noise in the early afternoon until 9-10pm every night. It’s music that is being played at the restaurant downstairs- it can be quite loud but saving grace is that it finishes by 10ish most nights.
Compared to the other places we were looking at, this was good value. Nice view of the town ( note this isn’t facing the ski mountain). Big sized room and perfect for snow holiday.

Horrible bed
The condo was nice but the mattress and pillows are due to be replaced. Paid for a 2 night stay but ended up leaving early... we couldn't sleep on that bed one more night..

Great location and cozy
This was the perfect location to everything and it was the perfect size for my family of 3. Only issue is it’s above a restaurant so a little loud at night but not a big deal over all.

Perfect for me!
My stay was perfect! Loved sitting on my balcony overlooking the river :)

Cute place - Great location!
Loved the location and the coziness of the space! The bed was a little firm for me to sleep well. My travel companion enjoyed the couch though. The check in process was a little clunky because the girl told me (wrote and gave directions to) the wrong room so my key didn’t work and I had to go back and get that all straightened out. Proximity to shops and restaurants was fantastic. Kitchen had everything you need and always a plus for me the bathroom had a wand shower head! If you plan to stay in the downtown area I recommend. Parking can be tight but good to know you have a space.

Space and Location
This was a great little studio. The location was perfect. We loved being able to walk around downtown and come back to the room for a quick rest. Loved having the garage for our vehicle and not having to worry about paid parking out and about. The studio actually had a lot more amenities in the kitchen than normal. The only thing really missing was a drink pitcher to make our own tea for the week. The size was nice for a few days but we stayed for a week with 2 adults and a 4 yr old. There are no dressers to unpack your clothes. With toys, suitcases, and any other baggage we had it was a little tight for a whole week. The dining room table could be a little smaller to make some more room. All in all it was a great place if staying for a few days at a time.

Highly Recommended.
Cute and comfortable. Specious for a studio. Clean. Well stocked kitchen with a Keurig. Great location. Walking distance to shopping, dining, coffee shops and the gondola. Relaxing Blue River is right outside the balcony - love the soothing sound of the flowing water. Comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back.
