This place was fantastic! I stayed with my 6 children and it was very comfortable, there was plenty of room

We have a family of 8.The condo was nice and big enough to let everyone have their on privacy.. we definitely come back to the location

Beautiful view of the Sound. A short distance from the Gulf side beach. Condo is very nice. One important piece of advice is there are 51 steps to get to the condo living room. There is an elevator, but it was being repaired and unusable five of the seven days we were there. In all it is a great place. Personally, I would definitely stay again but only on the first floor.

Great location on the bay side directly beside where I had stayed last year so familiar with the areaRental was beautifully decorated, clean, well-maintained and clutter freeKitchen was well equipped We had rented through Paradise Beach Homes before so we knew they were friendly and professional and easy to work withPeg Leg Pete’s is a favorite seafood restaurant for usFelix’s restaurant has a great happy hour with oysters and drinks we enjoyed Native Cafe is our go to breakfast place Cons for rental: The master mattress was horrible to sleep on because it was so soft/worn you would sink into it and have to struggle to get out We couldn’t use the master bathroom’s shower because there wasn’t a shower curtainThe upstairs loft bedroom could only be used by a person who could sleep through noise coming from the open area below and bright light shining through large windows with no coverings...outside lighting from complex at night and sunshine in the early morning

Normally a great place in previous years but this year the constant sound of construction really made it very unpleasant for the whole week. I wouldn't go again until it's over.

We were not expecting the condo to be under construction, The company was kind enough to move us to another. We loved being on the Bay and across from Ocean. We loved being able to watch the Blue Angels practice. great sunsets. Thanks to all the staff. We had lovely anniversary

Our little family has the best time! The location was great, plenty of room for 5 of us (2 adults, 3 kids - ages 12-17)! Top notch communication between the property manager!

GREAT LOCATION AND GREAT HOST.

Overall, this property is perfect for families.
Pros: End unit, great view of sunsets, last community before reaching the National Park, clean, great location, quiet, views of both the sound and gulf sides (and both within walking distance), 3 beds and 3 baths, plenty of seating for dining and living room (6), 3 different options for bathing (1 tub/shower, 1 shower, 1 jetted tub/shower), plenty of cookware, spices, plenty of towels, 3 beach towels. Mary and Jeff are very responsive and helpful. Elevator to entrance of unit. Laundry supplies provided. Coffee provided. Covered parking for 2 vehicles (front and back parking, not side by side). Pool max depth 4ft 6 inches. 2 puzzles provided (500pc and 1000pc). We did the 500 piece and was pleasantly surprised that all pieces were there! Plenty of room to put clothes. Comes with toaster, blender, coffee pot and Keurig, Variety of cookware and utensils, flatware, and place settings. Microwave, oven, full sized fridge, dishwasher, washer dryer combo. Provided plastic wrap, ziploc bags, and aluminum foil.
Cons: I believe the entire place (with exception of floors) are original to build in 1990, needs major renovation and better appliances, entrance light falling down, one light switch plate missing (I believe it was in the master closet?), master tub very hard to get in due to width of tub, jets don't work on tub, beds are very soft (my back hurt every morning from bed), you must use stairs within unit (problem for elderly or mobility challenged), top room and bathroom not completely enclosed (loft) so privacy can be an issue on that particular bedroom/bath (I let my teens have it), temperature difference from loft to bottom floor is noticeable (thankfully there are fans).
Tips: Bring your own K-cups. There's a Keurig but the provided coffee cups do not work in it. Wish there was tea for noncoffee drinkers. If you have more than 3 people, bring beach towels. Bring your own paper towels-we had partial roll
Suggestions: Needs a kitchen trash can that is hands free for cleanliness, second nightstand for CPAP users. Needs better quality trash bags that don't rip easily.
We did not watch TV, so can't comment on that. There are TVs in every bedroom and living room.
Did not attempt to open couch as a bed so I can't comment on the pull-out.
As you can see, I'm pretty picky. Overall, it is a good place. If you don't mind climbing stairs and don't have a problem with an older unit, this one is for you!

Everything from booking to checkout was a breeze. Communication from the property manager was great. The location was superb! Close location to the pool was a plus. Just a walk across the street to relax and have fun on the beach by the Gulf. Beautiful! And the beach on the bay side was a nice fall back when the gulf side was too busy or not safe to be in the water (storms mid week). The condo was great. More than enough space for a family of 5. Lots of great places to eat and shop, and fun things to do with the kids. Will be looking to stay here again the next time we make a trip to Pensacola.

Was very nice and peaceful check in was easy everyone was super nice and ft pickens is right down the road we fished everyday and caught a ton. Will be staying again.

1st off~ Mary was amazing! She was in constant communication with us and made check in seamless. We spent the holiday at the condo with our family & our son who is in the Navy, stationed in Pensacola. The location was exactly what we wanted. Away from everything but still close enough to restaurants. We hope to return!

This was the perfect get away for myself and my friends! We loved our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with all the extra amenities like the baby gates and pack and plays.
4.8
This is the second time we booked this same condo! Our family loves how kind and responsive all of the staff is here. We also enjoy the convenience of the sound being on one side and the gulf being right across the street! Our condo is always clean and has extras if we need them! The shuttle is right across the street that will take you uptown for free! We will definitely be back for many more vacations here!
4.8
It was very clean and a nice location. You can take the trolley to the main beach, walk across the street to the Gulf or relax on the sound. The condo is roomy and very nice. I definitely recommend. The only suggestion I have would be to put blinds in the bathroom.
4.8
We really enjoyed this unit . We could see the entire air show from where this Condo is located . You can see them from the bay side or walk across the street to the beach.

Awesome condo with two large balconies (and big windows) overlooking the pool and bay. Great value, considering 5 adults + 1 kid stayed there very comfortably, and it was very clean. Perfect if you want something quiet away from the craziness of town, but not too far away. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, slow cooker, etc. Mary is excellent with communication.
If you have a toddler or crawler, you might like to know that on the stair landing going up to the loft, there’s a gap where the landing doesn’t completely meet the wall. (I took a picture to include in the review, but I guess pictures can’t be added). It’s a long drop to the floor below. There were baby gates in the loft closet, but the stairs have a floorboard, so the wall is not flush. We were able to put up the gate at a diagonal angle, above/parallel to the floorboard, but there was space under the gate where a kid could possibly crawl under it.
Anyway, we put up the gate like I described, and our toddler stayed away from it, no issue. My husband and I and our toddler stayed in one of the rooms on the lower level and other family stayed in the loft. I know this is long, and we did love our stay there, just thought other parents of small kids might like to know.
We had an excellent time!

This condo was in a beautiful location right on the bay and across from the ocean. It was clean and comfortable- perfect for a week at the beach!

I like where the property was located I like that every room had its own restroom the only thing I would change is maybe updating the furniture
4.8
Great property! Great guest!

The room was conveniently located. The beach and the bay were both great. We had a great time. Only thing I will say is if someone in your group has trouble with stairs I would not recommend as all of the rooms in the unit required you to walk up stairs. Other than that, was a great experience.

A Caribbean feel of this property was very inviting. My traveling group was pleased that the property was close to a complimentary beach trolley line for ease of transportation. The Suite was spacious and exceptionally clean. The pleasure of our stay was the hospitable Ownership Staff that really made us feel welcome and comfortable. From the ease of booking with Mary B. to Jeff, the Property Manager, who made us feel like we were the Condo Owners. And I'm telling you, someone really cared enough to make that place clean! All of their courtesy and consideration is what made Pensacola Beach an optimal stay. Many Thanks -

Had a wonderful time! Clean, comfy, close to everything we wanted to do. Quiet, at the end so not much traffic. Pristine pool. Well kept grounds. Saw Blue Angels practicing and dolphins in the bay. Nice, clean beaches. Great time had by all. Thank you for a wonderful time!

The unit we stayed in had a great location, but the owner clearly was not interested in maintaing the condo. Bathroom doors did not close, blinds were missing, we had to have a mattress replaced after our first night there, mildew was all over, and the condo smelled of cigarettes and marijuana, though it was a non-smoking condo. The carpet was old, and badly stained everywhere. The shower head did not work properly, either. The reservation manager and the property manager were very accessible and helpful, but the condo badly needs renovations before we would ever consider staying there again.

I have lived in Pensacola for over a decade and chose this condo for the price and location. It is the last condo with a huge neighboring parking lot. The pool is amazing with plenty of showers and hoses to rinse the sand from the calm soundside, great for smaller kids. The gulf side is gorgeous and just a short walk across the street. Explore historical Ft. Pickens with your family. More family camped at Ft. Pickens during our stay and we grilled burgers at Langdon beach and had smores by moonlight. Great place to stay with friendly staff.

This rental is great! It was clean and had lots of room. The pool was clean and nice. Within walking distance of everything. While we were there we are at a handful of local places and the food was great! All in all a great rental and I would defiantly suggest this rental to anyone with kids or a group looking for a weekend or week getaway!

Palm Beach Club is the best location in Pensacola Beach. If you are looking for a private, spacious place for your family and friends, this is the place. If you are looking to pay more and be around a crowd of people, then you need to stay on Via De Luna. Mary & Jeff are wonderful people to work with. They went above and beyond to help me out during my stay. I prefer a condo facing the sound side (which this does). You still have the view & sound of the water. In reading the past reviews, I can say that the condo is equipped with new pots & pans. However, the mattresses in the downstairs bedrooms have not changed. They are hard & you can feel the springs in them. Even though it is said it was non-smoking, someone before us had smoked in the condo. I tried to air it out as much as possible. I don't know how long that lingers.
4.8
Palm beach club had wonderful views & convenient location. Loved the screen doors so we could listen to the waves. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out & relax. The loft was wonderful for teens to stay up late without disturbing us on the lower floor bedrooms. Mary & Jeff were great to work with. We will definitely be making a return visit.

New orleans, la.
Great property. Very very clean. We spend 3 excellents days. Wonderful and clean beach. I love it.
4.8
The condo was nice, clean and roomy. We had 5 adults in our group and hosted several in town family members and had plenty of room. The location was very convenient to the gulf and the sound. Having the elevator was definitely helpful for getting our things to the 3rd floor, as well as getting older family members up. The biggest complainant is we found all the beds to be very uncomfortable. The bed my 19 year old son was "sleeping" on had a plastic sheet to protect the mattress, which then made it very noisy as well as the the mattress was already hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen was well out fitted. Although the skillets were in very bad shape, we bought us one to use while we were there. So my advise would be to bring your own! The overall property was in good shape and clean. The pool was nice and adequate.
4.8
This property had everything! Super clean, nicely furnished, great location. Multi-level bedrooms worked perfectly for 2 couples with children.
