We stayed here for my mother-in-laws 89th birthday with family. The house had everything we needed and more! All of the bedrooms are more like a suite than just a room. Absolutely beautiful!
Thanks so much for sharing the beautiful home!

This was a wonderful house that hosted our family reunion , and we hope to visit again! We have stayed in many large houses for family trips, and this was definitely the nicest. The bedrooms are all quite large and there are SO many bathrooms! Unlike many houses, this one has a giant main room and a great kitchen. It even has 2 washer/dryers. The house has plenty of parking. It also comes with a pack and play and highchair. It is clean and all appliances we used were in good condition. It is about a 30 minute drive to Asheville. Definitely would visit again.

My family takes a trip every year. This is the first time we are planning to return to the same place for two years in a row. We enjoyed the house so much that we barely left to explore the area. We’re all excited to return next year.

My church rented the property for our men's retreat. Communication with the rental agency was always top notch. They were always courteous and responded so quickly to my various questions. The property is very well kept and had more than enough room for our group.

We had our staff planning retreat here and it was perfect. There were plenty of spacious rooms to sleep in. And the downstairs living room and kitchen were great for our gatherings and meetings.

Bonnie Haven was the perfect spot for a family reunion. We comfortably hosted 24 people. Having 10 bedrooms, all but 2 with dedicated full baths, made this possible. The large kitchen is extremely well provisioned, enabling us to enjoy meals together. The house provided plenty of common area room and the front porch was splendid for morning coffee. The Yonder team was responsive and the house was immaculate. We highly recommend Bonnie Haven and can't wait to visit again!

This was a PERFECT location for a short family reunion. House is huge, with lots of space for hanging out together as well as plenty of privacy. Easy drive to town and great hikes. We loved it!

Our group of 16 (8 couples) loved this property! It was spacious enough to accommodate all of us together, or to allow people to find a quiet spot to chat in smaller groups. All bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is very well appointed with new appliances and two dishwashers, a nice bonus for a large group. Plenty of off-street parking, a grand front porch and a great location in a quiet Hendersonville neighborhood make this a must-return location. The fact we could walk into town, visit a few breweries and walk back safely was appreciated by all. Being close to Dupont, Pisgah, Brevard and Asheville allows for a wide variety of activities in addition to enjoying Hendersonville. No hesitation in recommending this great home.

I have never left a negative review for a house I have rented before so I encourage you to take a beat before renting this space. The kitchen is beautiful and renovated, the rest of the house is musty and smells of old people. The air is thick when you first walk in, you can feel that there's a lot of weird energy there. We looked it up the house used to be a nursing home and hospice care. You can feel the dead people there. Even with saging and clearing, the guests who stayed in the second floor bedrooms had a really difficult time sleeping due to feeling like there was someone in their rooms. Super weird vibe. Super weird neighborhood.

We are a huge extended family of nearly 20 people. The house had plenty of room for everyone, lots of space to chill or get together. Lots of seating, nearly every room (most were large and spacious) had an attached bathroom which was really nice. Wonderful up to date kitchen, nice amenities, very clean. Laundry machines downstairs and upstairs.large screen tv in the living room was easy to set up for movies and games. The house is well maintained, One of the best we have ever rented! Good location in a nice quiet neighborhood and 20 minutes walk to downton Hendersonville, half hour drive to Asheville. Rooms and living spaces were well appointed, and the manager and owner of the property were very responsive. Lots of parking space for multiple cars. Check in was a breeze with the Dack app. We would definitely consider renting this house again. I would highly recommend Bonnie Haven!

This property was amazing for our large family! Amazing location! It was the perfect distance away from the “city” but just a short drive there! We visited Lake Lure and Asheville which were both an easy drive!
The kitchen was amazing for cooking and was perfect for a large group! Plenty of cups, plates, silverware etc. the “basic necessities” seemed to be just enough for a one week stay!
The host recommendations were great to have as a tool on the good spots!
Enough room for us to split off in the house to play different games or watch different tv shows!
The minor issue the house had the host was MORE then accommodating and it was something as homeowners we all completely understood! The owner went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable!
100/5 we would stay here again if in the area! Between the charming house and the outstanding host it was definitely a great find!
Thank you !!!!
My family enjoyed this family gathering!

This wonderful space was perfect for our family gathering. My brothers and their families came to Hendersonville for the funeral of our father. It was so nice that we could all be together at Bonnie Haven. The kitchen was large and well-appointed. The living space was very comfortable. We gathered around the big dining table and played cards and told stories into the night. This would have been such a missed opportunity if we had all stayed in a hotel. The bedrooms were awesome -large with sitting areas in most, comfortable beds, and beautifully decorated. We are already planning to come back in the Fall. Highly recommend!

Our group of 11 lovely women gathered at Bonnie Haven for a weekend gathering. The home was absolutely perfect for us! It was immaculate and every thoughtful detail imaginable was so appreciated!
The kitchen was so well equipped, we were amazed at how easy it was to prepare meals, and having two refrigerators and two dishwashers was awesome! There was an abundance of dishes, glassware, appliances, pot and pans, bowls, and serving dishes.
Everyone loved their rooms and we all slept soundly on comfortable beds. There were several living areas and plenty of room for us to spread out and have privacy.
Some of us tried out the hot tub and we all enjoyed the fire pit.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. A quick walk brings you right to the heart of downtown Hendersonville.
The management was responsive and made the whole check-in and check-out process easy for us.
Everyone agreed that we would love to return to Bonnie Haven for future retreats! Don't hesitate to book this property - it's perfect.

We LOVED this property. Beautiful, historic home with subtle upgrades. There were 13 of us and we loved that we all had our own bedrooms/bathrooms. Plenty of space to spread out. We will likely be back in the future!

Upon entering the home, all you could hear were the "wows, this is great and look at this kitchen!" The first impression is so important and Bonnie Haven delivered. We were a group of 3 couples and 3 singles. We all had our own good size bedroom with a private bath and sitting area. And unlike a typical hotel, you could not hear toilets flushing, showers running or hallway noise. Well insulated. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Plus two dishwashers! The open concept for kitchen, dining and living room worked well for our group. But there were additional rooms for reading or computer work if needed.
Don't just stay inside when there is a hot tub and fire pit to enjoy. All the makings for traditional S'mores were waiting for us upon arrival. Nice thought by owners. (One piece of advice would be to have a water bucket close to the fire pit.) The front porch, with plenty of rocking chairs, provided a "talking circle" where the friends exchanged memories and created new ones.
Our group came to NC to visit Asheville. Hendersonville is about a 30-minute drive. When we were searching where to stay, Bonnie Haven matched the criteria we wanted, just not the location. But Hendersonville has its own main street with quintessential shops and restaurants and a Publix one mile away.
We highly recommend Bonnie Haven.

This home was perfect for our family gathering of 10 adults and plenty of room for more! The recently updated kitchen was a dream and well appointed with standard Coffee maker,Keriug style, 2 Griddles(a lot of rentals do not have these),plenty of Dishes/pot and pans and amazing counter space for food prep. Owner provided basic essentials such as trash bags, plastic wrap and soap. All rooms are nicely set up with private baths and there is also a separate wing with 6 bunk beds and game room! Favorite for the family was the deep front porch-We were able to get a nice photo of all on the steps! Quiet neighborhood, great location!

Our extended family group rented this and another Yonder property and had a great time. This house provides an excellent kitchen, comfortable XL room for large gatherings/meals/PowerPoint presentations, etc. Ramp access provided welcome access for one with limited mobility. BR's were comfortable and private. Front porch was a very popular infromal gathering spot. Plenty of off-street parking.. Highly recommended!

Great Stay but. ..
We enjoyed our stay but several rooms in the home are still under construction. Also it lacks a regular working coffee maker. In several rooms the heat did not work but the house in general stayed warm. For a large group this is a great house. It has huge common areas for everyone to meet.
My biggest complaint though is the property management and communicating with them. They were unprofessional and caused a lot of unneeded stress with the reservation and questions we had. But all in all we enjoyed our actual stay.

Space
This is a beautiful old house. It was currently being updated when we stayed. I would love to see it when it is fully finished. We had 17 people with us and there was plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Wifi worked great for the kids. Close to restaurants and grocery store is like 5 minutes away. The house was clean. Only con was there was not enough pots to cook for a large crowd. Once they update the kitchen I am sure they would fix that problem. We had snow while we were there and it was just gorgeous. We enjoyed the fire pit in the snow. Every part of the house was used and we enjoyed ourselves.
