Welcome to “Ocean Whispers” our luxury condo on the no drive zone of New Smyrna Beach, Florida's most friendly and quaint beach town. This end unit condo is located on one of the top floors in the Castle Reef complex. The views are private and breathtaking! We are also only 2 miles from Flagler Avenue to enjoy dining and shopping. You will enjoy direct sunrise views of the ocean from the private balcony and tastefully decorated master bedroom.
Ocean Whispers has been completely renovated for flooring, cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, tiled walk in showers, wood styled tile floors throughout, and luxury dining, living and bedroom furnishings. You will find a 70 inch 'smart' HDTV, with free WiFi internet and cable in the main room and a smaller smart TV in the 2nd bedroom. You can also stream over Airplay or many Apps and use your favorite accounts such as Netflix, Prime, AppleTV, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your enjoyment or entertainment, and your first cup of coffee or tea is stocked for you in our Keurig coffee maker.
Don’t feel like cooking? There is a mall directly across the street that features 3 restaurants, (Italian, International, and waffles, mmmmm!!), covering breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a beach store, ice cream shop, laundromat with fluff and fold service, a full grocery store, liquor store and lounge. And did we mention the spa? You can enjoy a pedicure or get your nails done or visit the fitness facility. New Smyrna Beach also has many shops and restaurants on Flagler Ave or downtown Canal Street. Our unit has helpful hints for what to do in town during your stay!
Our condo is the perfect place to stay where you can walk, ride a bike, or sit out under a beach tent. You will often watch dolphin swim along the shore, or the pelicans drifting along the ever present sea breeze. Charter a boat for marine eco tours and fishing, or fish directly from the ocean just a few steps away.
Ocean Whispers offers you the use of beach towels, shelters, umbrella, beach cooler, beach chairs, and beach cart to spend long leisurely days on the sand and then rinse off at the pool and dip in for a refreshing swim! Castle Reef has a large community pool (heated in winter) and kiddie pool, shuffleboard courts just steps away, 2 gas BBQ grills, and 1 private tennis/pickle ball court.

5. Rent a golf cart, scooter, or Ebike and cruise the beach (the driving beach extends from 27th Ave on the South to the jetty at Ponce Inlet to the North)
6. Go to Apollo Beach [this is part of Canaveral National Seashore] for pristine untouched beach views, serenity, and wildlife ($15 per vehicle for a 7-day pass). You can tan and body surf naked at parking lots 4 & 5 (Yes you read that correctly -- it’s legal! However, this is ONLY for parking lots 4 & 5 and you must be out of site of the boardwalk)
7. Have a beer at the Breakers Beach bar overlooking the Atlantic while listening to music.
8. Have dinner at The Garlic Restaurant (prepare to wait – they don’t take rezzos unless you have a group of 10+).
9. Rent a pontoon boat and spend the day at Disappearing Island (we recommend Sanddollar Charters) High chance of spotting wild dolphin on any given day.
10. Take a day trip to any of several attractions in Orlando (1 hour drive)
11. Take a stroll down Flagler during the monthly Sip & Stroll Wine Walk (the 4th Saturday of every month from 1pm – 7pm)

Lovely condo, beautiful view. Oceanfront is the way to go. Lots to do in the area, great shopping, Flagler is such a cute beach area with lots of shops and restaurants. We’ve vacationing in New Smyrna Beach for decades, by far the nicest unit we’ve stayed in.

This condo is by far the most spacious and beautiful two bedroom condo we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, has tons of storage, all you need to cook and amazing ocean views. Decor is high end and modern. The complex is amazing-large pool and newly surfaced tennis/pickleball court. Christine is attentive and helpful. Wish we could stay here every year!

Ocean Whispers is an excellent condo, superbly appointed, neat and clean. The host is terrific. We used the Clubhouse for Thanksgiving dinner for 20 family members and it worked out wonderfully. Even the cool temps wouldn't keep the kids out of the heated pool. We had a great stay.

The property was great was really nice, the condo was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable, everything was very clean!! We had a couple of questions and they got back to us immediately. The biggest problem was the elevator wasn't working and didn't realize how far the nearest one was, but they had informed us on it, just didn't know the property and we had one person in our group that had some trouble walking so that was alittle problem. Otherwise our stay was great and would stay again when we come for octtoberfest!!

This was our second time in this unit on New Smyrna Beach and we absolutely loved everything! The unit is perfect for our need, the beach in this area is gorgeous and you have a little mall across the street if you need something. We definetely highly recommend!

Listing was exactly what the property looked like in person! We have been to NSB several years and stayed in several different condo complexes. This unit and complex is by far our favorite! Already planning our next vacation! Christine was a fantastic host and was reached easily if we had questions! Also, being on the no drive section of the beach is just another plus! The condo is spacious with two large bedrooms and bathrooms and an open kitchen and living area. It is very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. And of course you can’t beat the view! Christine was super to work with and easily accessible. Can’t wait to go back!

We made an extended trip out of a visit to New Smyrna Beach for a wedding. We chose this property so we could experience being beachfront. Additionally, the location allowed for easy travel to Disney, Sea World and Daytona. My wife and I had a fantastic visit to a great, casual beach town.
The unit was truly a pleasant surprise, very modern and very clean; a truly beautiful and large unit, with plenty of amenities and things for us to use at the the beach. And the morning sunrises were breathtaking! The complex has a large pool, was quiet and friendly, the office staff were efficient and there was lots of parking.
We have no concerns giving this property the highest of ratings.

Everything in the condo was great. Had some issues with the elevator during our stay but nothing the owner could do. I believe it was still some maintenance from hurricane clean up. A lot of that up and down the beach. The grounds of the complex are sooo clean and well maintained.
The layout is perfect. I like how the balconies aren't right next to one another so you really feel like you have true privacy. We loved the little nook right inside the front door as a landing for bags and purses with hooks to hang stuff on.
The owner has definitively not skimped on the quality of everything in this condo...towels, silverware, furniture, fixtures and finishes.
I do wish the unit had a washer and dryer for a longer stay but it's not a deal breaker.
I will be back next year!

We loved this property. It is decorated beautifully and the ocean view is outstanding. It’s very comfortable and the restaurants surrounding the property are great. We would definitely recommend this Condo and we would definitely reserve again.

Beautiful remodeled condo with spectacular sunrise views from the ocean balcony! Unit is fully stocked with everything needed for a wonderful vacation. The owner Christine was great about communicating with us prior to and during our stay if questions came up. The location is great with a market and several restaurants across the street and many others within a short drive. We are already looking forward to returning to Ocean Whispers condo again next year!

A beautiful, well supplied condo! It is spacious and the views are spectacular! The neighbors below were redoing the entire condo so we experienced very loud prolonged noise for three of the days. Nothing the owners could do anything about. Christine and Jerry were very responsive to us when things came up. Delightful owners!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Ocean Whispers. Everything was exactly as advertised. We had everything we needed and then some for a fabulous oceanfront retreat. Perfect weather every day didn’t hurt either. We fell in love with the condo and New Smyrna Beach and can’t wait to return! Owner was great with communication.

Overall, we enjoyed it. We were informed after paying our final payment that there was not beach access because of the November hurricane. We had to drive to get to the beach, which was inconvenient with a toddler. Also, the sheets on each bed were paper thin, fought with them all week. Thus, the overall three stars (heard other guests at the pool complain about not getting info on the beach access also)!

Although our vacation was interrupted due to some unforeseen repairs as a result of Hurricane Nicole, Christine was very gracious and helpful in finding us alternative lodging. The five days we did stay at the condo were fantastic and we will definitely be looking to book with Christine at her Castle Reef property again in the future.

We had a fabulous 10-day vacation in Smyrna Beach, staying at Ocean Whispers condo! Our host, Christine, could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The property was exactly as described, and is in a perfect location for all the activities we enjoy. Even though the recent hurricanes changed some beach access, we had lots of opportunities to walk on the beach, search for seashells, shore fish, and just plain enjoy a pre-holiday vacation! Christine was extremely responsive during our stay when we had questions, too. I absolutely recommend this property and we plan to return in the future. Thank you!

The unit and property were very nice….amazing ocean view from the 4th floor balcony, very comfortable beds and furniture, and the open layout allowed us to easily talk and entertain with our other family members when they visited. Also, There was plenty of beach gear in the balcony closet to accommodate us whenever we went down to the beach and the complex pool was very nice.

We really enjoyed our first vacation un New Smyrna Beach! The condo unit is perfect and as advertised and the Beach is absolutely gorgeous! Christine was also easily reachable and made sure everything was ok when we arrived. There is a small market across the street and a publix really close by car. Flagler avenue and canal streets were also a really short drive if you want good choices of restaurants and shops! We highly recommand.

Perfect Vacation!
My wife and two children stayed here for a week in March. All our expectations were met and exceeded by the owner and the accommodations. This place is super comfortable with new furniture, flooring, appliances, fixtures, and more. Very spacious with an ideal layout for a family of four (4). The view is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and being an end unit, it is very quiet. The owner supplied everything you could need to stay in and cook ourselves. The fact she supplies two types of coffee makers plus condiments, etc... speaks volumes. The owner was very attentive and made sure we were satisfied upon arrival and then later in our stay. Great place, great owner! Highly recommend!
