About this house rental

Inviting property only a 4 minute drive to Main St., Highlands. A screened-in porch offers a comfortable atmosphere right off of an open-concept den and dining room. Features two spacious king bedrooms and one queen bedroom perfect for a couple or those with children. Features three porches (one screened) and a fire pit close to the house, perfect for s’mores! Parking area is flat with room for two large vehicles in carport and two to three others in the gravel area in front.

All new appliances, paint, furniture, and renovated bathrooms in early 2022, and new deck in Dec 2022!

Beautifully decorated, updated, super clean, and the perfect location! The bedding was so nice, bathrooms updated and done so well, huge open great room for gathering too. The screen porch, fire pit, and decks were wonderful to breathe in the clean air and feel the privacy of the woods surrounding it. The kitchen had everything you needed and it was super clean and updated too. Can’t say enough good things about this home. We will be back!!! Thank you!!!

We loved out stay here and the location was perfect! Everything was a 2-5 minutes drive. The house layout was perfect for what we needed and THE BEDS ARE SO COMFORTABLE! We were also very impressed with the supplies that were offered in the kitchen as far as pots, pans, strainers, etc.

This is my third summer staying in Highlands but my first at this property. Hands down my favorite place to stay. 😀 The home was decorated beautifully and very comfortable. It had everything we needed . It’s really just a gem a place! And Susie is an exceptional host and quick to answer any questions I had when needed . Highly recommend! Oh and the neighbors very friendly.

The location is perfect to be near trails, waterfalls, downtown and restaurants. Beautiful house, everything is clean and very well equipped. The host was always available to answer questions. It was the perfect place to stay for us. Thank you Suzie!

The property was just as pictured. Each room has comfortable bedding and plenty of space. We came for a long weekend with twin 20-year old sons who needed a little R&R. Kitchen had every thing you could need to prepare meals, new appliances and a good disposal! The living area was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the screened porch and the fire pit area at night. The house is very close to town on a quiet street and an easy drive to great hikes in the area. The host was easy to communicate with and very clear in instructions on check-in and check out. Highly recommend!

The pictures do not do it justice. This house is so spacious and the perfect open space for small children! My kids are 18 months and 5 years old and they were able to run around inside the house without feeling trapped. The house was equipped with everything! We are beyond satisfied with the accommodations and the responsiveness of the host. Very happy!

We loved our stay. This home was clean and so well appointed. Of all the rentals we have stayed at, this was such a cozy home with so many appliances that it was the easiest getaway we have had with kids and no one wanted to leave. The proximity to town is also great. Just overall a wonderful experience and we would rent again!

The house was perfect. Convenient to downtown Highlands. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. It is a beautiful, comfortable house. Definitely recommend this home. It was too cold to sit on the porch but it looked very inviting.

A premium quality rental. Beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained, and nicely stocked close-in rental in Highlands. Quiet spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, quality linens and towels, plenty of comfortable seating, the house is light and well lit, screened in porch is spacious and comfortably furnished. The house is newly renovated and it was perfect for our vacation. Each of the bedrooms had either a king or queen bed which is great for our family with adult children. The back porch was our favorite place. It was surrounded by woods and so peaceful. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to town and hiking trails. Host was very accessible with all details being communicated and the house being set up perfectly. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home has been beautifully updated from the pictures online. It’s located on a cup-de-sac so there is very little traffic. The screened in porch and fire pit were perfect. There were extras the owner provided that I normally bring with me when renting a property. The kitchen seemed to be very well stocked. It was a very enjoyable weekend in the Highlands celebrating my niece’s wedding!
