We had a family wedding at Gratz Park to which the house was so conveniently located. The neighborhood is in the process of purchases and updates which will make this house even better! My kids loved the snacks the host provided and the bang for your buck on the nightly cost is of great value.

Stayed here for USEF Pony Finals. House has plenty of room. Great water pressure in master bath shower. Cute decor and not hard to get to from KY Horse Park-@15 minutes.
House is in a sketchy neighborhood though and house is starting to show signs of needing repair and a deep clean and needs lightbulb replacement in multiple kitchen light fixtures.
House was well stocked. Overall suited our needs.

Super cute home in a great location for getting around UK. Home was just as depicted in the pictures and fully stocked with everything needed for a weekend stay. Hair-dryers, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap were a bonus. Would sty here again when back in the area.

Nice, clean home. Good size bedrooms and closets, but wish there was a closet in the "Rock Bedroom"!

We had a great stay here. Plenty of room and we were very comfortable here. It was a great base point to do things in Lexington and on the bourbon trail. Owners were very responsive and communication was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Three couples had a great stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Appreciated the off-street parking. It is very quiet at the end of a dead end street. Neighborhood looks a bit rundown, but no issues at all. We walked downtown for dinner when our Uber cancelled. Kitchen was functional, beds were comfy. Everything was updated and nicely decorated. My brother-in-law loved the bird cage chair. We would definitely stay again!

The house was exactly as pictured on the listing! So many great details, and the decor was so cute! We really enjoyed our stay. You're able to walk into town in less than 20 minutes, and the house was very spacious. We were there with two adults and two small children, and it was exactly what we needed! Great place to stay with the family. Nice big backyard short walking distance into town, overall, A perfect stay!

We stayed her for a girls' trip and loved it! It was well decorated, clean, and a perfect size. It was close to food and shops. The owner thought of everything. This was one of the best stocked homes I have stayed in. We loved the horse decor and the thoughtfulness of the owners. I would stay her if ever back in the area!

Delightful!
This property was exceptional! The house was incredibly well-equipped and extremely comfortable. It felt like home for the two weeks we stayed. The updates to the home are very well done - comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, and a large open living area. The backyard space was great with a tall fence - lots of privacy. Well located - close to downtown and lots of good food options. Great communication with quick responses from the owner. Highly recommend - would stay again!

Great House!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Spot Lexington. Beds were super comfortable. Furniture was also comfortable. Kitchen had basic supplies for cooking. The provided toiletries, laundry detergent, paper towels and TP were a nice surprise. Nice private backyard was great in the evenings. My only suggestion would be to replace the hanging chair in the living room with an armchair. It was cute but not very comfortable. The next door neighbors were very kind and gave us a great restaurant/brewery recommendation. We’re already thinking about coming back in the fall!

Great House, Interesting Neighborhood
The house was wonderful and full of great extras and amenities. Location was within a short drive to lots of attractions. The neighborhood was very run down but safe. The neighbors were nice and we didn’t have any issues but it seemed a little sketchy when we first pulled up to the property.
