Great beach cottage nestled among the twisted oaks just 1 block to the beach. Features include; 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large open kitchen, living, and dining areas, porch leads into master bedroom. I DO NOT recommend that you vacation at any property managed by Suncoast Vacation Rentals. They will not work with customers to find a reasonable middle ground in the event that a property is not up to par. They will stand on policy over customer satisfaction and overall customer service. St. George is a great place to go, but do it with a firm or individual other than Suncoast Vacation Rentals.

The house was nice for a smaller family. It is very convenient to beach access. It was clean and provided all we needed. I would’ve liked more than one roll to TP and one roll of paper towels, but overall a nice stay.

Property was clean and stocked with kitchen supplies. The bikes provided by the rental company were a nice touch. The check in process was smooth as was check out. The reason for the 3 star rating is the AC. The AC is old and more than likely needs to be replaced or needs more maintenance. It went out on the 4th of July. And the repairman was able to fix it after two visits and multiple calls, but the reading on the thermostat was never what it felt like in the house. We were hot when we slept even when the AC was working and with the fans on. We were there less than 24 hours before the temperature started to rise in the house. That is the only negative feedback, but it made for a stressful holiday.

We’ve been vacationing at St. George for over 30 years. We’ve rented houses on East, West and Plantation. Absolutely loved the privacy, location, huge open porch and shaded screened porch. Kitchen was very well equipped. We prepared all our meals and the beautiful weather allowed us to eat every meal outside. The interior was tastefully decorated and fit our needs. Location was ideal, a block and a half to the beach access and a few blocks to the bay to view the spectacular sunsets. We will be back!! The Heckman’s from Kentucky

Tucked In is great description of house. Great vegetation surrounding house which gave nice privacy. Rental clean and stocked well. Excellent for small family or couple. Would have loved a fenced area for our puppy. Stair climbing for potty breaks somewhat a challenge. Management very responsive.

My husband, daughter and dog stayed at Tucked In for spring break. House was immaculate, very comfortable - felt like home. Called maintenance because there was no hose to wash the dog and a brand new hose was delivered within thirty minutes. Excellent stay!

Had a great stay! Really loved the decorations, location and the lighting they had in the trees (made it easy to find the house in the dark). One suggestion the mattress needs replaced in the master (bedroom right when you walk in to the left). Overall great first stay in St.George!

This was our 2nd year staying at tucked in. We had a very good stay. The house was clean when we arrived. The location of the house is terrific and we have booked it again for next year. We did see two cockroaches in The kitchen, and last year we had seen one in the bedroom. I will say it was a struggle having enough cookware in Tupperware in the kitchen. The lids did not fit the Tupperware containers of what you there were only two in the whole house The kitchen supplies could use some freshening up as the pots and pans, are scratched and worn out and look a bit rusty. we do love the house very much and I’m going back again next year.

We all enjoyed our second stay at Tucked In even more than the first time several years ago. The house has been completely redecorated, and it looks fabulous. That great big deck where you can sit in the sun among the treetops is a real haven. All the rooms are comfortable and even the bookshelf is nicely curated. The hosts are doing a real good job, and our stay was a pleasure for the whole family.

Short walk to the beach or you could drive around the corner. The only down side is you could not see the water from anywhere on the property. But it was a very short walk around the corner to the beach access. Bunk beds are really jammed top to bottom for an adult. Master bedroom had no dresser, so a month stay out of a suitcase was inconvenient. Cute, clean and well appointed home. Great porch to get sun during the day. Very quiet.

Don’t be scared by the name. Yes it is tucked in. But it’s like maybe 2 blocks from the beach. It was very nice. Only issue is they requested to leave AC at 70. So definitely bring a fan if you like it cold. Shower down stairs to rinse the sand off from the beach. Beautiful balcony to relax on. And the trees are amazing in the yard. Tons of run around space for the kiddo.

Tucked In is a charming, updated and clean home. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay so very much. The kitchen is accommodated with all the utensils, dishes and glassware you will need. The kitchen is also stunning and very easy to cook in or hang at the counter barstools. The beach is just a short and easy walk away and it was truly beautiful. We saw dolphin every day, a stingray and lots of fish ! Suncoast was very responsive and accommodating. Any little question regarding restaurants or directions they happily helped us find our way.The home and experience were just lovely as is the home owner! We have booked Tucked In for our vacation next year.

This house was just “ok.” It was no home away from home. The house is in a great location, AC worked great and the house was clean. Plenty of seating on the deck and the screened in porch is great minus the busted screen on the door. Master bedroom does not have a queen bed as stated, so be ready for a hard full size bed there, with no dresser and a tiny closet for clothes with a couple of hangers.. bathroom is fine. Second bedroom has a softer bed, think it may have been a queen but may have been a full size as well. The fan in that room sounds like an airplane taking off when it is running intermittently. Bathroom is fine. Bunk room
Is fine but has no fan or clothes storage besides a small closet. Laundry is in that room and is a tiny stackable unit. Pain to wash clothes in there and with 8 people it ran constantly during our stay. Kitchen looks nice but has hardly anything you need to cook for more than a person or two. Blender was broken so we threw it out after it sprayed all over the place on day one. Sink faucet when working well was good but kept slowing to a drizzle from time to time.
Driveway is oyster shells so the dog was not fan. The trees are likely the reason why they named this place “tucked in” because the entrances to the driveway are impossible to get a tall truck or a boat through without taking out some limbs.
Watch out for the exposed grounding rod sticking up in the left garage bay. Def a hazard. No outlets under the carport, had to run a 100 foot extension cord from the screened in porch down to the driveway to charge the boat. No hose pipe so we bought one to clean the beach stuff and our boat daily.
The place was good enough to get us through the week but we will pick another place next trip.

We were highly satisfied. There are some things that should be corrected. The description said there were two queen size beds, however the master suite had a regular size bed. Wish my wife and I could have stayed in the master suite, but the bed was too small. There was a problem with the main room carpet and rolling edges which was a tripping hazard. We reported this to Suncoast. We rotated the carpet to lessen the hazard and then borrowed carpet tape to temporarily alleviate the problem. This should be addressed.

Lovely house with just the right size for families. Great open layout with master bedroom and bath to one side and kids' rooms and bath on the other side. Master bath is very cozy, but beautifully finished. Lovely deck out back and screened porch was perfect for chilling out during the brief rainshowers that move through. Super quick (4 minutes) walk to the beach and a nice 2 mile walk/bike to Lighthouse area of SGI. Tucked Inn had most everything we needed for our stay and gear rental was easy to manage. We will gladly book here again.

The house isn’t huge, but has a good layout. It was just renovated so everything is new and immaculately clean. It’s super close to a quiet section of the beach, about a four minute walk. The only downside is the kitchen is barely stocked. You can’t cook a big meal with the pots and pans provided, they are are all small and there aren’t many. We tried to just make spaghetti and couldn’t. I would stay here again, just bring my own pots and pans. Also, be sure to bring beach chairs. The house only has two tiny ones and its hard to find good ones on the island.

This was a perfect rental for our family. It was a perfect location to the beach and bay along with the bike trail. We loved it. The screened in porch was a great place to read a book. The kids loved running around the yard looking for lizards. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking in each night. The house was very well kept and clean. We definitely enjoyed our 3-day stay at Tucked In. The unit was very clean and the location was very quiet. Everything is newly replaced and redecorated, which makes it like a brand new house. The kitchen had all you’d need in the way of utensils, dishes, small appliances. You will need to bring coffee, coffee filters, Kleenex, extra toilet paper, soaps & shampoo; suggest grabbing these things before you head to the island since limited shopping options once on SGI. The deck is very spacious and brand new, plus there’s a screen all options are available for outside living. The walk to the beach is an easy, short stroll. You’ll definitely want to jump up early for amazing beach sunrises!

The home was very clean, and the decor was very nice. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults. We loved both the deck, and screened in porch. Not a fan of the oyster shells in the driveway. Even with shoes, uncomfortable to walk across, and slippery when wet. I’m sure over time they will be better settled into the ground, and less aggravating. The only other down side was no broom, or any type of cleaning supplies. Not a big issue, but would have been nice to keep things a little neater during our stay. They also, only provide 1 bath towel, wash cloth, and hand towel per person. You can get more by going back to the rental office. A bit inconvenient. All in all, I would rent this home again, and certainly recommend this rental as it was in a nice location, and we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
