Once you step inside this one-of-a-kind Tenerife villa, you will already feel at home. This property has been carefully designed to fit all your needs and even exceed your expectations. Since the property is on two levels, on the first floor is the main 4 bedroom villa and on the lower level is a separate fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment.
The main villa, on the same level as the private heated pool, you will find 2 bathrooms, state of the art kitchen/diner and a living area with a large U-shape sofa waiting for you. Sit back and relax while watching the TV including all UK channels. The real apple of our eye is the top-level en suite bedroom with access to a private balcony with stunning views.
Downstairs, you will find the separate 1 bedroom apartment, which boasts a modern kitchen with an adjoining spacious living room/diner with TV and a bathroom, plus patio doors leading to the patio. An excellent feature to have for some of the guests to have their own space and privacy.
Travelling to Tenerife, you will discover how sunny it is all year round. Choosing this villa for your getaway destination, you will be able to bask in the sun without heading to the beach. The exterior of the property is ready to make all your holiday dreams come true. You will find a wonderful Canary-style garden area. There are multiple doors leading to the open terrace, where comfy sun loungers are waiting for you and a cosy outdoor dining table with BBQ at hand. This property is situated in the Tenerife hillside in a peaceful town called Buzanada. It does have local amenities that are walking distance from the property only 900 meters away, including supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants including a pizzeria. It is only a 10 minute drive to the coast and to the popular areas such as Los Cristianos and Playa De Las Americas. The area also boasts beautiful mountain side walks with many different picturesque paths to choose from.
