About this apartment rental

Modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment which can accommodate up to 4 people.

This flat in Plan da Tieja in S. Cristina has been recently built and stands out for its modern and stylish furnishings.

The property consists of a double bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and washing machine and a spacious and bright living room with open kitchen and double sofa bed.

There is a private garden and a wonderful furnished terrace offering a magnificent view towards Col Raiser.

The state-of-the-art kitchenette has everything you need for your holiday, such as a dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.

Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Apartment Lulu offers a modern flat with private garden, on the ski slopes in Selva di Val Gardena!

In winter the location is perfect, as you can reach the Plan da Tieja ski slope on your skis directly from the house. The ski bus stops just a few steps from the house and takes you for free (using the free tickets provided at check-in) to the Dolomiti Superski lifts, such as the Col raiser and Saslong cable cars. The return trip is on skis, directly to the front of the house. There is a ski rental less than 100 m from the house. Ski enthusiasts will love it!

In summer, however, the Col Raiser gondola lift is particularly advantageous, just 400 m from the house. Just a few steps away from the house there is the train promenade which will allow you to discover Val Gardena on foot or by bike. The centre of S. Cristina is approx. 500 m away, the centre of Selva is approx. 1.8 km away. The bus stop is only 500 m away and allows you to reach Selva and Ortisei free of charge.

There is a pizzeria, restaurant and bar right next to the house. Grocery shops and other shops are approx. 500 m away in the centre of S. Cristina.

The jewel in the crown is the lovely little private garden of the house.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked.
