Great stay for the price.

The king bed was comfy and the shower had good pressure. The staff was friendly and breakfast tasty.

A bit outdated but didn’t really bother me!

Great view and family friendly ❤

This was our 1st family trip out in Ruidoso and the hotel was excellent along with the friendly staff. THey all had great customer service AND breakfast was excellent. We will be going back for sure with Mr. Harry - thank you for your services

Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem.

Das Frühstück war entsprechend amerikanischen Verhätlnissen.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Preis Leistung stimmte. Auch die Lage war ruhig.

Nothing

Everything, The experience was horrific. The toilet moved a lot when sitting on it. Felt like we were going to fall through the floor. The smells were nasty coming from deep within the structure of the building. We had to stay out in the town to tire ourselves out just so we can pass out when we got to the hotel. Moreover, we paid way too much for a terrible experience.

It was close to where we needed to go

The mattress was soo hard it felt like sleeping on the floor. The lights above the bed didn't work... Odor in the hallway some ares had holes in it. Window unit wasn't cooling the whole room

We didn't eat breakfast it was late when we got there ..

Better microwave it was broken and refrigerator was frozen and it wasn't cooling

Never again stay here!!

Nothing really!

Outside key did not work!! Had to carry luggage up flights of stairs! We found used food containers around one bed!! Our interior door locking device was broken!

Will be back

This hotel smells delightful from the moment you walk in. The hotel owners are very polite and kind always accessible no matter the time.

Under the bed could have been cleaner and the heating unit needed a bit of cleaning. The breakfast was more of snacks but for the price you pay a night it's worth it.
