Billy is created with the perfect work life balance in mind. It features an open floor plan with 1 bath, living/dinning, full size kitchen, front yard, and an open deck in the back of the house.

Two ACTIVE & RECORDING 24/7 security doorbell/cameras are installed at the entrance and stairway to the deck for your safety and security concerns. There are NO cameras or listening devices installed inside the suite.

Kitchen

Well lit and bull-eye view of the flowering front yard. Comes well-stocked with kitchenware to fire up a quick meal, prep a gourmet dinner or bake a loaf of bread on a full sheet. You'll have access to all the common kitchen appliances at your disposal and the not so common ones like a rice cooker, blender, food processor, hotpot stove with a ying-yang pot/lid, coffee lover's chemix/filters, a Hario hand coffee grinder, soft brew coffee maker by Sowden, loose leaf tea infuser/strainer, stoneware tea cups, and a delectable selection of teas to try. Amble storage to stock up on foods you like in cabinents and lazy-susans. Pullout drawers for easy access to pots and pans. Enough utensils, dinnerware, glassware for 4 or more. Good for the environment compost bin and easy access pullout trash and recycling bins.

Bath

Natural light filled, spacious and tastefully furnished. Oversized standup shower with overhead and handheld shower heads. Stock with personal hygene supplies and a first aid kit.

Studio Bedroom

Tucked away at the back corner, fitted with a built-in floor to ceiling his/her wardrobe with double sliding doors, a seating and prep area with outlets and 2-sided mirror, full sized temperapedic mattress bed, and plenty of lighting for a night read or picking out your best attire for any occasion. Easy access to the deck via patio doors.

Deck

Grab a cup of coffee or enjoy a meal surrounded by a 180 degree view of the greater Pacific Northwest. Watch the stunning sunrise in all 4 seasons of the year. Observe the seasonal changes - misty morning fog, leaves fall and turn, hear the birds chirp, feel the soft gentle breeze brushed against your cheeks... Go right ahead, take a few breaths of fresh air and let all your troubles melt away.

Living/Dinning

Seating for 4+ in the dinning. Dedicated and well equipped office space for 2 workstations with wall-mounted monitors, power, USB cables, printer/scanner right next to the dinning area. Access to washer/dryer and linen in a closet. Available whole space air purifier/cleaner/conditioner. Enjoy all-year-round comfort of an independent ductless split heating/cooling system with remote. Relax on a sofa or a sectional to enjoy a show or two on the wall mounted entainment center featuring a pair of flatscreen TVs and 3.1 sound system by Martin Logan. Need more for the restless mind? knock yourself out on books or board games with your guest(s).

Parking

3 available off street parking spaces next to the property. 2 of which are accessible to a 40A EV level 2 charging station to juice up the ride while you rest for a good night sleep. Yup. Included. Did I hear you say thank you?

Other things to note
Billy is studio APT inside a single family home, there is completely separate unit in the basement with its own access and stairs on the deck. While you may check in anytime after 3pm using our self check-in on the date of your booking, we highly recommend you check in between 3-10pm local time so we may assist you in the unlikely event you run into any issues. Please take your shoes off when entering the home, slippers are availabe for you in the closet. A limited supply of coffee, tea, rice, and spaghetti noodle may be available to you. Help yourself to whatever condiments, sauces, unspoiled foods in the fridge/freezer and other areas in the kitchen for the treasure hunt. Water from the facet is safe for consumption, we do however have a water patcher fitted wtih a filter available for your convenience.
