The hotel has been completely renovated. The rooms are brand new and very well appointed. If you are goingto a game in Seattle stay here you will not be disappointed.

We arrived and i realized it was not the Interurban hotel that I meant to book, so be mindful that there are two in the area with similar names. However, Andrew was very upbeat and such a wonderful person to greet us. He was very knowledgeable about the area and willing to make adjustments to our reservation if needed. The property and room itself was very clean, with nice wood floors. The beds were soooo comfortable, and the bedroom has a ceiling fan to help keep cool. We got the family suite, and it was very comfortable for a family of 5. There is a full kithchen with dishes and utensils, full size fridge, stove, and microwave. My only disappointment was the error i made in booking the wrong hotel. But after staying, me and my husband both agree that we will definitely be back again. The area was quiet, and customer service was great. There's a gas station across the street and plenty of shopping and the Family Fun Center really close by. Very pleased with our stay.

First of all, Interurban Hotel and Interurban Suites Hotel are two completely different properties. We thought we made reservations at the Hotel and unfortunately we were not. Very disappointing when you see the pics online and it is not what you get. It looks to be an old apartment complex that they have quickly renovated and definitely did not pay any attention to detail. Cheaply done. Room was advertised as a King with a queen sofa bed. The sofa bed was a trundle and not a queen. The King size bed was hard and uncomfortable. The knob kept falling off in the shower. You could not get cold water in the shower, just hot. The toilet chain kept falling off. There are no phones in the room, so you have to use your cell to call the front desk. No extra linens for the trundle bed. Next time, I will definitely pay more attention when making reservations, very misleading.

The hotel was very nice and newly remodeled. Rooms were a decent size, I was pleasantly surprised. There isn’t anyone there from what seems to be the last check in until morning, but when I called for more towels they brought them within 15 minutes. Fun play space outside for kids. Only complaint is that at 2am the group upstairs was awake and I could hear them moving around, rolling suitcases and talking. Otherwise, no complaints and hotel exceeded our expectations!

Reserved a multiple beds in expedia but ended up with 1 bed and a sofabed that is very uncomfortable and ended up with terrible back pain. There's no trash can nor paper towel in the room. No beddings either and have to request to a single person in the property. We requested to be moved to a multiple neds but the attendant in the front lobby said that they are fully booked but there's barely people checked in that day. No AC unit in the bedroom only in the living room. Paid for multiple beds and tried disputing it to expedia but they cannot get hold of anybody in for office. I'm not sure on how this property will handle this but we are not a happy customer for the price we paid. We've been requesting for even a partial refund our stay. We could have go to other hotels that has better amenities and comfortable beds.

Think newly renovated motel. Overall a good stay. Really spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and new outdoor lounge area. Here are a few things they could have improved on:
1. Bathroom - The tub was old and the shower fixtures were wobbly. The water pressure was terrible and the shower curtain was flimsy. The soap dispensers were not labelled. There were a few tiny bottles of soaps to use too - all from different brands??
2. Kitchen - If you provide a kitchen, why is there no dish rack? The room was for 5 people - there's just 1 set of 4 dishes. Coffee station is 3 k-cups, no tea, no kettle. There was a used sponge for us to use.
3. Living room - The blanket throws were terribly poor quality. It disintegrated as we used it. We were covered in lint. I think they were brand new but awful.
4. Cleanliness. This was not bad. When we checked in, they had literally just wiped the toilet seat so it was still wet. The garbage under the sink from the previous guest was still there. There was still a k-cup in the machine.
5. I think this is the most important issue: we booked a room with 1 king bed room, 1 queen bed room, and 1 double sofa bed. We got 2 queen beds and just a sofa. We didn't realize this as we got into the beds late at night. Didn't seem worth it to bring up.
Pros:
1. Has a basic gym.
2. Very cute outdoor seating area with turf.
3. AC in the living room is surprisingly enough for the space.
4. Park right in front of room.
5. Friendly staff.

This place is a sketchy. Whoever owns this apartelle is like running a 2nd hand car shop who repainted damaged or broken cars but failed to fix the broken engine. At first glance, you will think its new and fine but when you enter the room, everything is falling apart and poorly repaired. This place doesn’t care about their guest’s safety and privacy. There are open construction pot holes, missin fire extinguishers, and felthywater. The water is not safe!!! You can get tetanus, because it’s full of rust. No hot water. Their internet is as slow as snail. You cant even open the TV channels with it. The room smells like molds and dog poop. The construction crew can easily see through the glass door and our window. Cheap curtains No safe in the room. No front desk to assist you for 24 hours. We spoke with the manager, she was very nice and apologetic, we think she knows what we’re complaining about. she offered to give us a free night to make up but we decided to leave after few hours. We were not at peace in sleeping on those rough and dirty linens. You can tell that this place are full of exhausted, overworked and unhappy employees. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel. no adequate lights in the evening. There was a clear drug and prostitution dealing happening in the parking lot. This place is not safe and friendly for a family with kids. I overheard hotel staff scolding one of the kids in the kids playground while playing. This is an apartment not a hotel.

Advertised amenities are either non-existent or unavailable for use. Also there are ANTS trailing inside the room, meaning the living area is not sealed properly. I notified a manager repeatedly and all they do is keep quiet. Staff service indicates that perhaps they have not received the basic training needed to do their jobs. Housekeeping staff is unprofessional (walked in while wife was in shower) and most cannot speak English so we are unable to communicate basic ideas to them.
-The dining table is held up by a wide column so to sit at the table, your legs get jammed up against your chair. Easy to strike your knee against the column.
We are only staying here because our home flooded. If we had a choice, we'd stay somewhere else.
This place has potential, but I don't know if these people know what the heck they are doing.

This is not a hotel. It is an apartment complex on the side of the road that has been converted into a motel. When i arrived to my room, its a 1 bedroom apartment and it was obvious that the door had been kicked in before. The bathtub looked like someone has taken a knife to it and the refrigerator made a really loud "alarm clock" noise every 45-90 minutes. Really hard to sleep there. The staff is nice but work limited hours so you're on own your own.

Pictures provided prior to booking are not representative of the overall room conditions, torn carpet, damaged doors, 1/4 inch plywood in kitchenettes. The site does not make it clear it is a MOTEL that predominantly provides shorter-term housing, there room prices and quality are based upon the likelihood of damage by the occupant, as relayed to me by the office staff when we asked to see the rooms before going to get a real hotel room and losing the entire cost of the room. They keep the entire cost of your stay, despite it having the appearance of a crack den that was recently partially remodeled. The Grounds between the units looks nice and has obviously been recently remodeled. However, appliances, construction materials, gutters, etc. randomly lying around between units (over a year after the remodel was "complete") show the true lack of quality or cleanliness of this motel.
Save your money, book somewhere else.

There was no staff working. We waiting an excessively long time to get checked in. Our key got demagnetized and no one was available to help us fix it. We couldn’t get in our room until 2 am.

These are units that are rented out to people with low income and need a place to rent by the week or month! Some of the units are being upgraded but the upgrades are very amateurish. The kitchen was missing a lot of things that one would normally associate with a "suite." Why provide you with a coffee maker and coffee but not provide cups? The unit smelled like old stale smoke covered by fresh paint. The picture posted on the Garden Suites website showed a pool and a beautiful patio. I didn't see this on my stay. When they brought us fresh towels for our second day, they placed the entire pile on to of the toilet tank! There were no restaurants or grocery stores nearby. Terrible place to stay.

We got a room that wasn’t cleaned at all and the next one was done but you can tell the floor was dirty from a lot before, walls and the water from the shower came out with rust. We came to stay for the night with our little kids and it was gross. The front desk lady was really nice and helpful but it was late and we only wanted to sleep and rest.
