THIS IS A MUST!!!! 10 across the board!

Antonis is an incredible host! we had a flight issue and when we finally arrived he made everything easy and treated us so well, high praise for him and his staff. location is fabulous, unit is spacious, beautifully decorated and the balcony overlooking the harbour was amazing. also has a common interior patio that is delightful

Incredible apartment in the perfect location

Amazing location with a beautiful seaside view. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. Antonis was a wonderful host who gave us many suggestions for local eateries and transportation advice.

A great place to stay in Chanda and absorb the ambience.

Excellent location in an old, very reasonably renovated building. Spacious, with an amazing view.

Plumbing a bit flimsy and not up to the rigours of short term stays. Security a bit iffy.

amazing locations and such friendly amd helpful staff. we arrived late in the night but this was no problem for them..

Will choose this apartment again if we travel to Chania in the middle of summer.

Very nice location in the heart of the very charming old town, extremely helpful and friendly staff, very clean, comfortable beds, fantastic view from balcony.

We stayed there in relatively chilly October so would have liked more sun on the balcony (we only had a bit of morning sun). During the hottest spells in summer the shady balcony probably works well, though. The extractor fan in the kitchen was very noisy and there was no salt.

I would book again.

Host was outstanding. Property was in an excellent central location. Room itself was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed that is was a mini apartment. Balcony overlooking water was fantastic. I would book again.

The property was a bit noisy as it is located over commercial restaurant space. Music at night was a tad bothersome. Windows and doors are noise resistant and helped but not 100 percent quiet.

Superb

Very nice apartment hotel! We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back to this hotel for sure - there is the option for a very nice breakfast in the hotel next door for 8 Euros. Antonis (the Hotel staff) went out of his way to accommodate us and was helpful in so many ways. Thank you so much

Fantastic location with a great Host!

Antonis our host was so helpful and made us feel like we had our own personal adviser. The views were spectacular. We loved it so much that we plan to book again next year. I don’t normally leave reviews but felt compelled to tell everyone about our wonderful experience here. It was a fantastic place!

Good location and lack of compassion.

They location was right in the harbor and has a pretty neat entrance to the hotel. The room was very large and the maid did a good job cleaning. The host provided restaurant recommendations and helped us with our laundry.

There is a sitting area next to the bedroom window and any guest is allowed to access it. They also used see through curtains. Let that sink in. We raised this concern on the first day and was told they were going to take care of it. The following evening hotel guests were out on the patio past midnight and were forced to sleep on the couch. When I brought up my frustrations again I was told "I'm sorry you feel that way." As if it was reasonable to have people be able to see into our bedroom was a personal problem.

Very good

Beautiful apartment just off the harbour. Lovely comfortable bed, well equipped kitchenette and modern bathroom. There was a nice communal courtyard. Very friendly staff. Everything was easy. A quality cot was provided as requested

There was a smell at times of cooking fish, probably from a nearby (below?) restaurant. It wasn't unpleasant but perhaps not ideal in a bedroom. Not ideal for people who struggle with stairs. We were fine but know people who would not have been!

Lovely stay in the heart of Chania

Fantastic location. The suite we had with the city view was spacious, very clean, comfortable and peaceful, yet right in the heart of the venetian harbour. We appreciated the comfortable bed, good large shower, well equipped small kitchen, but best of all was Antonis the manager, who was so helpful and friendly, with great recommendations. He really made our stay. Also you can have a really good breakfast at the next door Porto Columbo for a reasonable additional charge. The staff there are also very nice. Yes, there are very steep stairs to get to the apartments, but Antonio was very helpful with carrying our luggage and it was good exercise, but could be a problem for those with mobility issues.
