About this house rental
Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, each space in the house was renovated in the Spring of 2022 with particular detail to ensure guests have a wonderful experience.
The main floor offers two bedrooms (one king and one queen bed), one full bathroom, living room, dining space, along with a kitchen that has all of the essentials you may need during your stay.
The finished basement has a third bedroom (two twin beds), game room, and laundry. The game room has a table, perfect for board games or poker, as well as a combo game table that includes mini pool, ping pong, foosball, & slide hockey.
The home also has a back deck perfect for entertaining with a grill and fire pit table.

This is not a house for gatherings or events as it is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Please include all overnight guests in your reservation, failure to do so may result in a mid-stay cancellation.
NO SMOKING OR DRUGS
Any guests who smoke in the property will be a charged an extra $600 odor removal cleaning fee.
The stairs leading to the basement are a little steep so please use with caution.
