Built in an idyllic setting, surrounded by prestigious villas, a few meters from a confidential beach, protected and reserved for residents, in the magnificent bay of Punta d'arasu forbidden to boat traffic.

It is possible to access on foot to the beach (350 meters) where there is a petanque court.
