Enjoy the views of Loon mountain slopes from your fireplaced living room or from either of the two decks. This town home is located directly across from the entrance to Loon Mountain. Lincoln and surrounding areas offer a number of fun winter, spring, summer and fall activities. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.
Your winter stay provides you a 3 minute shuttle to slopes (weekends and vacations only). You will have access to the Loon Mountain Club https://www.mtnclub.com for uptown eight guests (includes pool, game room, hot tubs, steam room & sauna) The townhome is beautifully decorated to make you feel at home.
In the winter loon offers skiing, boarding, tubing and awesome aspres experiences. In the summer local attractions include Clarke’s Trading Post, Whales Tale Water Park, Hobo railroad, swimming holes, whitewater rafting and much more ...

We just got back from a 3 night stay with 5 adults and 7 kids/teens. The home was spacious enough to fit all of us, clean, well-stocked with necessities, and in a good location. The host Chris was great about communicating right before our trip and we didn’t encounter any issues. We would definitely book here again!

Stayed for an extended fourth of July weekend. Beautiful home, quiet area with plenty of room for the whole family. Communication with Chris was always quick. I would highly recommend this property!

Amazing place to enjoy some quality time with family (10 total - with 4 kids, ages 2-11) and ski. We had plenty of room and the place was incredibly clean and comfortable for all. Beautiful views, looking directly at Loon, where we skied 2 days. The shuttle service couldn't be easier (quick 2 minute walk up to the top of the street) and came by roughly every 20 minutes and dropped off right next to Gondola. Great proximity to Lincoln and Woodstock (5-10 minutes), where we had dinner one night. Chris couldn't have been more accommodating and the entire experience was incredibly seamless. If you're looking for a great place for a family gathering, with ideal access to everything that the area has to offer, this is the place.

Chris’ communication was great. He proactively went out of his way to let us know about events in the area and was quick to respond when we had a question. The location was great and we had a great trip!!! We will be back!

We had spent couple of days with our family and friends and it was so memorable. The rooms and bathrooms were so clean. Everything was provided , kitchen well stocked too. We had great evenings on the balcony . Chris is a wonderful host and we will highly recommend this property to all our friends. Thanks Chris for giving us a good times at your wonderful place .

We had a fantastic time at this property. Perfect for an extended family vacation of 10 (age ranges 7-70). Centrally located to a lot of activities and you can even walk to Loon just across the street. The neighborhood is beautiful with gardens and waterfalls and we spent a lot of time walking the neighborhood too. The host was very responsive and property was clean and well-kept. We would got back.

We had a large extended family vacation with 10 people including teenagers and children. Chris quickly replied to all messages and communication was great. The house was large and very clean when we arrived.
Kitchen: There were plenty of pots and pans/flatware/cups/bowls etc for our large party, and spices/seasonings for use. There was a nice Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker, and also an air fryer and toaster.
Bathrooms: there are three full bathrooms, all were clean. We brought our own toiletries but there was plenty of soap/shampoo/body wash and face cleaning wipes if you forgot. There were lots of towels. We loved that there was a tankless water heater! We never ran out of hot water or had to stagger showers, which was amazing with four teen girls!
Bedrooms: The beds have clean sheets folded on the comforter, you make your own bed so you know the sheets are clean. I appreciated this. Each bed has a nice comforter and a throw blanket. Our party did find the mattresses too hard, but that's a matter of preference. When you leave you simply strip the sheets off the beds and leave them in a laundry bag and put the comforter back. Very easy for check out day.
Extras: There is a grill and outdoor TV on the deck. We loved the access to the Loon mountain resort across the street. There's an indoor and outdoor pool there, an outdoor hot tub, and in the women's room there is also a sauna, steam room, showers with spa toiletries, and another hot tub.

We enjoyed this lovely home for a family and friends ski weekend. Lots of space, beautiful view of the slopes, easy shuttle to the mountain, and great communication with Chris. Thank you again for a wonderful weekend!

This is the best VRBO property that I have stayed at. It was everything that was promised and more. Location was perfect for our needs with good skiing conditions.

We had a wonderful time at Coolidge Falls in Loon! The house was absolutely perfect, impeccable, and provided plenty of space (and then some) for two families of four. The separate mud room allowed plenty of space for wet ski boots, gloves, etc. The ample living space provided a large eating area and a place to gather by the fireplace. The outdoor deck was perfect to enjoy the spectacular fireworks across the way at Loon Mountain. The bedrooms were more than comfortable and if you leave your window open in the master bedroom, you can fall asleep to a babbling brook outside. So peaceful! The children loved the bunk room in the basement and the proximity to the shuttle. I can not say enough about this special place. Like a home away from home with many of the comforts of being at home. Chris was incredibly communicative and always available to answer a questions. Thank you, Chris for a wonderful weekend.

Weekend away with the family. The kids enjoyed skiing while the adults relaxed and enjoyed this beautiful home. Lots of room for all 9 of us with great views and proximity to the mountain. Highly recommended!

Wonderful it was our 60th and we had or our 2 sons grandchildren great grandchildren there to celebrate our day it was wonderful and your place is great we will be back

We were a group of 12 women who spent the day hiking a 6+ mile hike. We were able to come back and go to the Loon Pool and Spa located right across the street to enjoy the hot tub, sauna, steam room and pools. Then back to the condo which was roomy enough for us all to sit out on the deck and enjoy cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres.
Check-in was a breeze, the owner Chris was very responsive for all of my questions. The place was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. The condo was well equipped with quality linens and towels.
I would recommend this property.

House was very clean, spacious, and well stocked with anything you needed! From booking to check in Chris was excellent with communication and made everything very easy! My self and another family stayed here and def would have had room for one more family! Location was great lots of things to do! If I’m back in the Lincoln area will def be looking to rent here again!

This place was amazing! Noticeably clean, so well stocked it felt like a hotel, very comfortable beds, very spacious living space so the two families staying there felt like we had enough space for everyone. I cannot think of one negative thing to say. We got to use the pool and hot tub at Loon Mountain Resort right across the street which was a blast for the kids. I did have a few questions here and there, but Chris was very responsive and helpful both before we checked in when I was planning the weekend and while we were there. I would highly recommend this place and will be looking to stay again next year. Thank you Chris!

Chris was extremely prompt with returning emails and always so helpful with any questions I had. Chris was very friendly from the moment I booked with him all the way through our stay. His house was simply stunning and awesome for large families, this house was exactly as described online. We’re already planning our trip for next summer, we can’t wait to come back!

Great summer getaway in the White Mountains!
What a great townhouse at Loon mountain! It was spacious enough to accommodate our entire family of 6 adults and 6 kids, and we did not have a lack of activities to do in the area! Chris was a great host...very organized and thorough with the house and made sure our stay was enjoyable! Great location with plenty of food options and ice cream!! Would come back again next summer or maybe even in the winter!
