This home is perfect for families. Beautiful surroundings and a very short drive to the heart of Santa Fe. The house was very clean and spacious. Had all the amenities you would need. Would love to come back!

The house is nice. Check in was super easy. The sheets were old, worn and synthetic so I went out and bought my own as well as a cotton blanket and better pillow. The towels are worn as well but I didn’t care about that. Bedding is another matter. Recommend bringing your own bedding if you are at all particular.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The space was large and accommodating for our family of 6, and the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook our meals. The backyard was a highlight, with a cozy fireplace and plenty of blankets to keep us warm. The hot tub was a perfect touch for some relaxing star-gazing after a long day of hiking/biking on the extensive trail system nearby. The house is located far enough away from Santa Fe to be quiet, but close enough for easy exploration of the city. The only thing to be aware of is that there were goatheads (Puncturevine) in the backyard, so make sure to watch your step, and be careful if you have a dog. Overall, we would highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

Our stay could not have been more perfect. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you might need. Our family travels frequently and most often uses VRBO. This is by far the best property we've stayed at in all of our travels. It was clean, meticulously furnished, and the service was excellent. My husband and I especially loved the welcome gift and beautiful flowers upon arrival.

Hotel was in a gorgeous location. The entire process from reservation to check-out was easy & smooth. Loved the option to bring our pups and having a fenced in backyard made our trip easy. Thank you for the comfy beds, clean home, and nicely appointed amenities.

A beautiful home filled with every amenity you could need. Hiking and biking trails are right out your front door, gorgeous area of Santa Fe. We like to cook and the kitchen was very well stocked with quality cookware and accessories. Not your everyday rental home, highly recommended!

One of, if not the nicest, place we have rented from VRBO. Once the AC got properly fixed, we absolutely loved the place. Pros: Extremely clean! Kudos to the cleaning team and their promptness allowed me to check in one hour early and drop our bags off before heading to the airport to pick up the family. The trails right outside the front door were very enjoyable for our doggies. The kitchen was very functional and very well equipped. We ate out on the patio almost every morning and evening. This was a working vacay and, at time, all four of us were on computers and Zooms. The wifi handled it all seamlessly. Thank goodness since normal cellular was near non-existent (just use Wifi calling and you are good). The only "con" would be that the door to the back yard doesn't have a screen door. This is a common complaint of mine at other locations as well. The AC being out wouldn't have been as big of an issue if we could have left the door open for air flow but leaving it open offered an opportunity for flies to come in so we couldn't. On days when the AC would not be needed, it would be so great to have the opportunity to leave the doors open for fresh mountain air if only bugs could be kept out! Thanks for having us.

We were looking for a beautiful place to stay with our 2 dogs near trails, great views and close to town. This was perfect! Kelly and Laura thought of everything and we’re super responsive! Thank you for a great vacation. This is a new fav!

The pictures do not capture the beauty and serenity of this wonderful house. This was our first visit to Santa Fe and the house truly made the vacation. Our son & daughter-in-law enjoyed exploring the hiking trails in the area while I walked along Upper Canyon Road, taking pictures of the gorgeous houses and landscaping. The kitchen was the best stocked I have ever seen and lacked absolutely nothing. The beds were comfortable, the house was spacious, the patio (which does not really show up in the pictures) was a terrific place to enjoy the view with a glass of wine in the evening. There was lots of hot water in the bathrooms, loads of towels and the laundry room was even well stocked with detergent, etc. We all loved it and would definitely rent it again if we visit Santa Fe again in the future. Last but not least, Kelly was amazingly available for our few questions. I give this property 10 stars!

We really enjoyed our lovely getaway to serene, beautiful Santa Fe & the property was a restorative component to that success. Nature trails were easily accessible and the Historic Old Town was close to enjoy dining, shopping, exploring. We hope to return next season & would choose the same property again.

My husband, fur babies and I had a lovely two-week stay. The home is lovely and well equipped. We enjoyed the view, the hot tub and the location of the home being close to trails. It is also a quick 3-4 minute drive to Canyon galleries or the Plaza. We come to Santa Fe every year, and this is the best home we have stayed in so far. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Everything was wonderful… only three suggestions 1. Online pic shows well stocked firewood. I think we found two logs. 2. We felt the dining table (for us the game table) needed a downlight for more table light coverage. 3. Out of your control however FYI, construction sawing across the street in AMs. Otherwise, you have this house covered for an absolutely wonderful visit while in SF. Can’t wait to return. THANK YOU for sharing!

Beautiful
This home exceeded our expectations. Not only was it in pristine condition, the location is stellar. It was perfect for family of 5. The attention to detail (supremely comfortable beds and bedding, well stocked, very clean, plenty of space), the outdoor space and proximity to trails is unmatched. We are extremely picky when it comes to our vacation rentals and I expect we will return to this home over and over again. The property managers were absolutely wonderful!

The pictures don't do this place justice. We had 5 adults and 3 kids stay and not once did it ever feel crowded. There was so much space to spread out and everything is well thought out by the owners. Right down to labeling all the light switches so you don't have to stand there guessing. We'll stay here again as it's hands down the nicest place I've ever booked on VRBO. Laura and Kelly responded to my text with questions right away and were very helpful. Thanks to both of you for making this a great stay.
