Enjoyed our stay very much! The house was super cute and clean. Very cozy

This was an adorable little house. It was nice and clean upon entering. The kitchen is so spacious. After the first nights sleep I woke up extremely congested. I noticed black mold growing on the bathroom wall in the main bathroom. I assume the congestion is from that. Aside from the mold it’s a cute little place.

Property was very well kept. 2 Bedrooms and 2 baths made it very livable for my family. Close to a walking trail. Owners responded in a timely manner when needed.

Great job of renovating

The house was beautiful and clean.
A lot of people mentioned the neighborhoods proximity to the park, but for us the location was less than desirable. The neighborhood seems to be gentrifying but was less than ideal. As two females traveling solo we were not comfortable. We made sure the doors were locked and blinds were closed at all times.
The neighbor had a very loud exhaust on their vehicle and we were both woken up at 5:30AM. There was a strong smell of an illegal substance in the air when outside.
Others did not seem to mind the location but I was not expecting what we got upon arrival.

House was just as described. The location is amazing - went to the park/trail everyday. Also, very convient to the city.

Overall, it was a nice house, less than ten minutes from downtown. However, I wouldn’t feel comfortable with my gf staying in that area alone. The property was recently renovated and the interior is new, but the area is still on the far outer edge of town.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, the host was communicative and everything was as listed. It's a very close walk to Unity Park, which our daughter absolutely loved. Close to the park there are also restaurants, a brewery, the Swamp Rabbit Trail and some amenities like bicycle rentals. Very close drive to downtown and everything Greenville has to offer.

This house has all the amenities. Located about 15 minutes from everywhere in Greenville in what looks to be an up and coming community. Host responds quickly to messages.

My sister and I stayed here for our annual sister trip. Beautifully decorated and supplied bungalow with very comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you need. Richard responded quickly when we had something come up with the property. The neighborhood is “ up and coming”. We chose to drive to the Swamp Rabbit Trail even though it was very close by as the street is really not pedestrian friendly. Neighborhood was very quiet.

We stayed for the full month of February. The blue bungalow did not disappoint! We came to the area in search for a home to purchase. The location of this historic district became centrally located for that purpose along with neighboring to the swamp rabbit trail; 2 miles on the trail was a quaint coffee/ sandwich shop and a grocery store. The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare any meal on the menu. The neighborhood is older and historic with many homes in the area getting a facelift. The nights were quiet ensuring a good nights sleep.
We didn’t find our home this time, however we plan to come back in a few months. We know where we will be staying again if it’s available. Richard was very receptive, courteous and quick to respond-all for the making of a five star review.

The Blue Bungalow was exactly as pictured and a very nice home. The home had everything we needed for our stay, right down to an extra blanket on the bed for the cooler December nights. The home was close to downtown, Haywood mall, numerous museums, Prisma swamp rabbit trail and only a short drive to several must see 'tourist' spots like Pretty Place, Paris Mountain State Park and Cowpens National Battlefield. There are a couple grocery stores within just a few miles so picking up snacks and supplies for your stay is very easy.
The Prisma trail access near the house always seemed to have a lot of people on it during the morning and evenings when we passed by. It would be very easy to pick up the trail near the house for biking/walking/running adventures.
The home is in a residential area where new homes are being built and older homes are being remodeled and updated so you will see a mix of old and new. We were out and about exploring during the day, but the area was very quiet in the mornings and evenings.
We didn't need to contact the hosts during our stay but booking and check in communications were clear and easy to follow. I have no doubt that if we would have reached out with any concerns or issues, they would have been addressed right away. We had a fantastic time staying at the Blue Bungalow while we explored the sights around Greenville.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to learn about Greenville’s history and also enjoy all it offers today. The area is quiet and safe. You can see how it is evolving to the benefit of residents and visitors. The hosts are awesome and the comfort level of the house is 2nd to none. Thank you so much for offering this property as well as contributing to historic preservation.

Loved this little bungalow! Perfect size for my husband and I to enjoy a weekend trip. Close enough to downtown to be extremely convenient and a few min away from everything but also just far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle.
Reading some reviews before coming there was a mention around noise being an issue so figured i would add my 2 cents. Staying in a house in a neighborhood; road/neighbor noise is expected. That being said at no point were we awoken at night or disturbed in any way.
The quality and extra touches/amenities of the home show just how much this place is cared for and that feeling makes it that much more enjoyable for us as well.
TLDR: 10/10 would stay again

House was very nice with every convenience being provided, and it was very clean. The location was close to downtown Greenville, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and restaurants.
The only negative aspect we found was the appearance of the neighborhood and the traffic noise.

This was one of the best vrbo we have stayed at. The beds were very comfortable. We loved all the kitchen accessories as we love to cook all our meals. The washer and dryer worked well for our needs as we were new to town and waiting for our home to be complete. Wifi was exceptional and the big screen TV was loaded with all the apps to have a restful relaxing evening.
Thank you, Richard and Kristen.

The Bungalow is a very nice oasis to rest your head in. The pictures in the listing are exact and we had no surprises. Keyless entry was wonderful and the interior is smartly styled and decorated. Kitchen was well-stocked and the entire house was clean throughout. Driveway was close to either door making loading in/out very simple. Hot water/pressure was excellent.

This house is so cute! It’s well appointed and extremely clean! Has everything you’d need. Looks brand new. So convenient to Swamp Rabbit Trail and also to downtown Greenville.
Host is super quick to respond to messages, too.
Yes the area is being revitalized and some of the homes are in poor condition. But it’s extremely quiet and all the people we passed on bikes waved and were very nice. We will be back!

The location for cycling and exploring the beautiful Greenville area was perfect. We felt completely safe and comfortable cycling the 2-3 minutes to/from the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the lovely new Unity Park and Commons area.
The house was perfect! Clean, comfortably furnished, and very well set up to accommodate meal prep, watching a movie, relaxing with a good book after a full day of adventuring and enjoying a local brew on the covered front porch or back deck.
Checkin was easy. Communication with our hosts was excellent.
We hope to be able to return to the area and this lovely house again!
