I stayed with my lab for several days and we were super comfortable here. I used this has a home base while visiting family in the area. Super clean, easy access, close parking, comfortable accommodations! Beds are up a ladder staircase into loft, so if you are visiting w/ pets and they usually stay in the room with you that is something to note! My dog slept in the living area on his bed no problem! One night I had my family come to see the property and we had five adults sitting comfortably in the living space. Loved this stay! Thanks for having us!

The tiny house was clean and more than enough space for our one night trip to Bristol RI for a wedding. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful as well. Perfect place for a short or long stay.
The property manager was extremely responsive and even mailed some personal property to us that we had left behind.
Absolutely no complaints about our stay.

Our stay was comfortable. The house is very cute, the neighborhood is quiet, the bed was comfortable and the AC cooled the space down quickly. If you're looking for a place to rest up at the end of the day, this is a nice little spot. We prepared our meals at the house which was ok but there isn't really a place to sit and eat. We pulled our cooler inside to act as a coffee table. As stated in the description, there is no outdoor space so you are inside the house at all times. For us that was a challenge, mainly because of our limited ways of eating our meals. The house is conveniently located to Providence and New Bedford which is where we spent our days. Warren offers some good restaurants and decent grocery shopping as well as arts and crafts shops and galleries to explore and make purchases.

We decided to stay at the tiny house because of the proximity to Providence and Newport. We had a great stay. Check-in was easy and it was very clean. It had everything we needed for two adults. It was in a great location, nice quiet neighborhood, and a short walk to a little beach area.

The house is truly tiny. It is more like staying on a boat. But it was clean and had all the basic necessities. I was able to stay with my small dog. There wasn't a lot of grass area to walk her but we made do. The one drawback was the ladder up to the beds in the loft. I am 67 and get up multiple times a night and would not be able to navigate up and down so I slept on the couch which wasn't all that comfortable. But it worked for me for an overnight. No actual cooking facilities but again fine for an overnight.

This truly is a tiny house but had everything we needed for the night. Everything was clean. Very quiet neighborhood! Thanks!

We spent a lot of time away visiting family so we mostly slept and showered. The shower is very unreliable for a steady warm shower. But the beds were cozy and comfortable. Plenty of extras are provided, we just didn’t use most and we never visited the water nearby. Overall it was a cozy stay.

This house was perfect for what we were looking for - a nice, easy place to sleep for the night on our way through Rhode Island. Property was clean and cozy and in a cute little neighborhood. That morning we walked down to a little inlet and watched some ducks swimming.
The only note I would have is that it's a little tricky to find the spot at night - it's a little further down the street than its mailbox, which is a little confusing - but once you get there it's a great place to stay!
