This new construction apartment boasts 10-foot ceilings throughout, a full kitchen, heating/air conditioning in each room, and washer/dryer. Kick back and enjoy the 65-inch smart TV, where you can log in to all your favorite streaming services (AppleTV, AmazonPrime, Netflix, Hulu, and HBOMax are all available for login.)

The location provides a pleasant getaway in a quiet neighborhood that is close to many walkable amenities— including beautiful Olmsted Parks (Manito, Cannon Hill, and Cliff) with the amazing Duncan, Japanese, and Lilac gardens as well as extensive playgrounds/ splash pad just down the street in Manito Park. Enjoy a stroll down the historic Manito Boulevard and stop off at Rockwood Bakery for coffee or a meal; venture out to Manito Tap House, Republic Pi, or stop off for a drink at Boundary Bay Brewing or Thomas Hammer Coffee- all within four blocks of here. You'll be a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Spokane and Kendall Yards, where you can enjoy many more restaurants, shows, and Riverfront Park. We are also only a 5 minute drive to the Perry District— with Perry Street Brewing, Lantern Tap House, Perry Street Pizza, and Grain Shed. The property is a 15-20 min drive to Spokane International Airport.

The apartment is located on our gated property above a detached garage. We have an incredibly friendly, elderly dog named Wally who may want to approach you to say "hello" when he's enjoying the backyard; please let us know if you'd rather not see Wally in the backyard and we can close his dog door. :)

Air condition was a must in June. Apartment, felt like a clean modern stay right next to Manito park. Tree lined streets with a beautiful walk about neighborhood on the South Hill. Security was really good I almost locked myself In before I realized where the code box was to the gate.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. We loved that there was an AC unit in each bedroom. We also liked the location as it was close to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was beautiful and modern. The location near the park was just perfect and I enjoyed a couple of runs in the surrounding neighborhood. Close to everything. Hosts were very welcoming in a non-intrusive way. I'll be back.

We stayed at this cute place this past weekend, and would not hesitate to stay here again. It was safe, quiet, clean, comfortable, easy to access and well stocked (great towels and linens!) The hosts were wonderful and very easy to communicate with. It was the perfect landing spot for our time in Spokane.

Comfortable Beds. Everything was sparkling clean and in working order. Except we were confused with the TV and channels. The neighborhood is beautiful with the autumn leaves decorating this fine neighborhood and this beautiful home. We loved staying there and petting their friendly dog. You won't be disappointed as it is a beautiful home and VRBO.

First time staying in a VRBO. This location was excellent! We could walk everywhere and it is an 8 minute drive to the gorgeous Spokane Riverfront. 15 minute drive to the Spokane Valley Mall. First time exploring Spokane, what a beautiful city! The owners were so helpful, friendly and respectful. If we ever come back we will definitely stay here! Thank you so much for a wonderful first experience.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful residential area on the South Hill that is walkable to Manito Park, and Manito Shopping Center, and just a short drive to downtown. Well equipped kitchen that we appreciated as we stayed five nights and made our own meals when we didn't want to eat out. A big money saver! Both bedrooms have queen beds, the bathroom is roomy, and the AC worked great. My one ask would be a lamp or two in the living area to avoid having to always use the ceiling lights. Will and Rachel are friendly, responsive hosts. Their sweet dog Wally greeted us now and then as we came and went - a lovely bonus for dog lovers!

You can’t beat the location of this rental. Close to beautiful Manito park and everything else you need. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable brand new build in safe South Hill. I will stay here again in future trips.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The rental home is beautiful and Will and Rachel were spectacular hosts. Rental was clean and featured everything we could have possibly needed. Communication with the hosts was very quick and they were responsive to any requests or accommodations we may have needed. 10/10 would recommend, and look forward to hopefully staying with them again next time we are in the area.

Spent 4 nights. Very easy location to get around Spokane by car and also explore locally by foot. Nice to have 2 bedrooms, and a quiet private space. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Stayed the weekend here with my husband, 2 year old and 10 month old and it was perfect! I appreciated how clean and well set up/stocked everything was. The property is in a good neighborhood close to town and parks, and we felt extra safe with the gated entrance! Next time I would probably bring a baby gate to block off the stairs for young kids, but we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here this weekend with our 10- and 12-year old kids while in town for a family gathering. It was a perfect setup for our needs - a comfortable place to sleep with a kitchen for cooking basic meals. It was very clean and the location was excellent. The owners checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was exactly what I had hoped for and expected from the description.
