Didn’t like the uncleanliness of the room. Hair and garbage on the floor. The beds were not comfortable. The upstairs was very loud and the toilet barely flushed

it’s cute and the location is perfect. everything we were there for was walkable.
it’s cute. a little old but remodeled nicely.

Closeness to Knitting Factory and restaurants.
The beds were very small for two people.

I liked the location of hotel within the entertainment district.
The queen bed was comfy.
Room was spacious.
The room was quiet; it's downtown but area seems to quiet down after entertainment venues shut down.
Bathroom was clean, but on the smaller side. I do appreciate the long countertop provided for your bathroom supplies.
Free parking.
I would not recommend this hotel for anyone that has mobility restraints.
Only one elevator and it is tiny. Due to function design, you and the luggage cart just barely fits.
To get to second floor, you have to go up 4 steps, no other options.
The hallways are narrow.
Presence of lots of displaced/houseless folks around neighborhood during the day, but they seem to disappear after dark (shelter in place), so felt safe walking around after dark as I was a single traveler.

Nice and quiet. Location downtown.
Would like a little more variety for breakfast.

Location. Value. Pretty quiet given the location. Kitchy bathroom fixtures. Good mix of old school and post-modern. New appliances, good sized fridge. History. Staff was very nice. Haunting nighttime visitors ;)
Parking is TIGHT! Heater didn’t work, we got some extra blankets so it was fine, but nonetheless. Not traditional hotel furniture, so we stubbed our toes a ton on the bed frame, also not level so our heads were lower than our feet, we slept backwards to accommodate the head rush. :)

I liked the room and all that it came with. The refrigerator, the shampoo/conditiner/body wash dispensers, things that are becoming harder to find at hotels. And the cleanliness of the rooms are about as good as it gets in Spokane. And when I arrived early they let me checkin almost 2hrs early which was nice because the weather was miserable. Certainly my favorite hotel in its price range, possibly my favorite in Spokane.

Clean but nothing special.
The coffee maker filter kept falling out. Super cheap coffee maker. Checkin and parking were awful. Parking was not convenient. Limited and tight.

rooms have been refreshed with hardwood-simulated floors and the bath was very nice.
The areas on the outside entrance to the rooms had significant debris and bits of paper on them. Parking is ridiculously limited in a tight area between a few buildings, so most parking is around the block on a remote surface lot. All parking is $5 per night.
The internet did not work and the desk attendant said they ‘had no way to fix it’. seemed unconcerned about the issue. The volume on the room phone was inaudible, and I had to go back to the lobby to have a conversation about the internet. Then I tried the tv and it would not come on. Desk attendant was terse but did offer to fix it. It was nearly 10 pm and i didn’t want him coming into the room so I declined. i canceled the second night of my stay and stayed at a different property.

cute boutique hotel in downtown Spokane, walking distance to several restaurants
near railroad tracks but guests are supplied with earplugs, so not a problem. room was a little small

I think that the hotel was a block away from the Fox Theatre. So I was able to walk to the concert and get order food from the local restaurants. I also liked that the floors were not carpet.
The only thing I didn't like was that the people staying next to me were loud when walking by my room and any time someone went down the stairs I could hear the gate slam.

Good location. We saw a show at the First I Ter state Arts Center, and it wasn’t too far from there. It’s located right downtown near restaurants and other entertainment. The hotel was very basic, nothing fancy, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. The lounge in the lower level looked nice. Didn’t get a chance to check it out however.
The parking lot is small and fills up quickly at night. That evening after our show, the lot was full and we had to park in the lot across the street. It was difficult carrying our things that far with my bad knees.

I liked the art and the bed were comfy and it was clean…
Didn’t realize the train and u can hear every move the neighbors made… when they used bathroom or shower… the toilet was making a weird noise and not flushing right… shower started to make a weird noise and less pressure… there was no shampoo in dispenser…

Literally in the heart of downtown Spokane. Very walkable with lots of locally owned shops and restaurants near by.
Easy check in process, and a very comfortable bed.
If you plan on parking here, the lot is VERY small, large vehicles will have a tough time.
The cleaning products they use don’t smell very good, the room smelled like a public restroom.

no green space they allow and charge for dogs but. it at all convenient had to drive down street for green space
