This property worked very well for us with three generations in the group and a small selection of dogs. Traffic noise from 85th is easily abated with fans provided, AC unit took care of the living area. Host Cliff is very prompt and helpful for any issues. Easy access to Green Lake and plenty of wonderful food all around. Great stay!

Wife, Mom, Son, and myself. The location was in the middle of our Seattle family so short trips to different houses for festive gatherings. It was nice to be close to our Seattle family for the holiday. Being close to a busy road made for noisy vehicle sounds. The townhouse was comfortable and everything worked. The parking was tight, but we fit two cars.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in the 3 story townhouse that is conveniently located to the Green Lake area. It is a modern clean home with comfortable beds, spacious living room with an adjoining kitchen that included the essential amenities. Excellent for young families with young children and/or pets. Host was very nice and helpful, and was easy to communicate with. There are stairs that could be difficult for older adults or disabled individuals. Near busy street but was very quiet and relaxing.

This is an nice, clean townhouse in a quiet part of Seattle. There are a lot of excellent restaurants nearby, and its not too far from downtown. The listing is accurate.

We met my sister and her husband in Seattle for a summer getaway. The townhouse we stayed at was in a great location and close to all the activities we visited around the city. Everywhere we visited was typically within 30 miles and was a short drive minus the usual I5 traffic. It was nice finding a spot that was dog-friendly as well for my sister's pups! When we stayed the weather was unusually warm which made the third floor quite hot. My only critique would be that while the listing says the house has air-conditioning, it's not central air and only cools the main living area not the bottom and top level.
But layout was nice and location was great!

Our stay was great, the place is close to everything and there is space for everyone. The only thing that should be mentioned in the listing is that it is a bit tricky to get in and out through the alley where they property is located (especially for us that are used to more spacious areas) and to be careful to part because there is just enough space. Other than that, the place is all we needed and more.

My kids loved the accessibility to Green Lake via the bikes in the garage. They loved swimming in the lake and diving off the high dive.

Great place very clean and great location in Seattle suburbs!

This place was perfect for our family get-together. The listing is accurate and we were happy to find plenty of things like coffee, shampoo/conditioner, and TP already in the house upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable. It's near a busy street, so there was some traffic noise, but nothing too severe. The outside area was also a bonus. We were so happy to find a dog-friendly place so near to where our son lives. And only 20-30 minutes from the airport. Great trip! Thanks Cliff!

We were thrilled with the house we rented for my daughter's college graduation... so much space in this bright and cheery home. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms sparkly clean, comfy large couch for hanging out, fully stocked kitchen, and a garage for an extra parking space! We would recommend this house to any upcoming guests! Hosts were fantastic and helped with our forgotten items too.

Wonderful and spacious home! Good sized yard. The host was very helpful and very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay here very much! We stayed here over Christmas and the host was so nice and really added special details to make our Christmas special, including hot cocoa, Christmas tree and decorations! It was a great trip the space was nice and clean and very cozy!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 5! We came for a weekend getaway and it had great space for us all to spread out!

Spacious, spotlessly clean townhouse in a terrific location. We stayed here as it was just a few blocks from family we were visiting. Also, great access to stores and highway. Although located on a busy street, traffic noise was not a problem since windows were closed and each room had a white noise machine. Bedrooms upstairs share a jack-and-jill bathroom that worked out fine for adult family members. Kitchen was very spacious and nicely stocked. Parking in front for one car worked out nicely.

This was my first time traveling outside the country with my kids, so the need for a suitable place was a big factor in the location. Not only was this Vrbo suitable but also very luxurious. There was enough space for all my kids to sleep comfortably. Out of the three two of bedrooms had a desk which was perfect for my daughter. The room in the basement was perfect for my game obsessed son which included a tv and a replica nintendo nes (that was playable). The Vrbo even had some free board games that were perfect for our family game nights on this trip. For anyone looking for a wonderful stay I would recommend this Vrbo.

Nice pet-friendly townhome
The townhome was very clean and welcoming with easy contactless check-in, comfortable bedrooms and a well-appointed kitchen with fully loaded Keurig supplies. Very dog friendly with food bowls, bed and poop bags. Townhome is near Green Lake, restaurants and only 25 minutes from SeaTac. Three levels, with beautiful hardwood floors/stairs. We’re not used to road noise and 85th street is very loud but with windows closed, was not too bad. Fans provided in upstairs bedrooms made it comfortable to sleep. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.

The place was super clean. Great set up. Plenty of room for our group. It was warm upstairs but they had fans. When we opened the windows there is alot of road noise. Everything is great except that but that can't be helped.

Our Summer Stay
Stayed 7 days for my daughters soccer playoffs. Place is clean amenities are great. Everything you need in a home. Property Owner was always available for questions, very helpful and nice. Loved they had Netflix login & other options for watching movies or shows and games in home. Happen to stay during what Seattle would call a heatwave (mid 80's) and most homes in WA don't have AC since it is usually cooler. 3rd floor was a bit warm, but cooled down in the evening. They also have fans for the upper floor. Worked out perfect for our stay.
