Located in the Middle River Terrace neighborhood sits the “River House,” a modern, elegant, newly constructed two-story townhome with jungle-like views of the middle river nature preserve. It is centrally located to beaches, shopping, dining, and nightlife. A private entryway leads into a 24 ft open foyer to a light, airy living space with natural, tasteful calming decor. A Chef's kitchen is fully stocked with stainless top-of-the-line appliances, a large center island, and a dining for six with pool and river views. Up the staircase is the master king bedroom with river views, a private balcony/lounge area, a walk-in closet, an ensuite with a walk-in shower, and a standalone spa-like bathtub. Two king guest bedrooms share a Jack and Jill full bathroom with double sinks and workspace. Smart TVs throughout.

Would definitely stay again , very relaxing and close to great restaurants and stores , check in & out was easy , fully equipped kitchen which was perfect for the time we stayed in, looks just like the pictures very comfortable , quiet and spacious inside and out

Amazing property— the architecture, the views, and the pool were all wonderful and we were close to everything, yet always felt like we were in our own private world when we got back to the beautiful home. I will stay here again.

The house is amazing. It is beautiful and fully equipped. The kitchen has everything. The pool is warm. We played tennis everyday at tennis courts nearby. We would definitely recommend it to friends

We used the house for everything, meals, swimming pool and walks in the neighborhood. Everything was perfect. Nothing was missing for meal preparation and the neighborhood was very safe.

Whether basking in the sun by the pool or unwinding in the inviting open living area, I found myself immersed in relaxation. The thoughtful arrangement of furniture and decor exuded a sense of tranquility, making it the perfect spot for both rejuvenation and enjoyment. The kitchen deserves a special mention, as it was not just well-equipped, but a culinary enthusiast's dream come true. From essential appliances to the tiniest kitchen gadgets, everything was neatly organized and readily available. What surprised me most was the presence of a food thermometer, reflecting the hosts' attention to detail and commitment to providing an exceptional experience. I was truly impressed by the range of tools at my disposal to create memorable meals during my stay. I must applaud the property manager, David P., whose responsiveness and accommodation truly set this experience apart. From the moment I reached out with inquiries to the duration of my stay, David's attentiveness and willingness to ensure my comfort were remarkable. It's not every day that you encounter such a dedicated and personable people. Thank you!

We had an unbelievable stay at the River House. David and Leo were very prompt with our needs/questions. The house was amazing. I would highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay at the River House the next time we are in Ft Lauderdale. Thank you David and Leo for a wonderful stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the river house for nearly a week and it was an amazing stay and we're already looking at when we can go back again. The house is well stocked (cookware, flat wear, bar wear, towels, etc), very clean, and just as beautiful as the pictures. There were awesome little extras in the house I wouldn't have thought of either like tons of wireless chargers, monitor on the desk in the master bedroom, and some of the nicest kitchen appliances I've ever used. The outside space is amazing to have some shade in the heat of the day and the pool was perfect for our family. We had two little ones and plenty of room for them to have toys in part of the living room, there was a pack and play in the upstairs closet, and the backyard is completely fenced in. We cooked several times including using the grill and we got take out a few times from nearby restaurants which were great. We didn't end up needing to contact the managers because our trip went so smoothly but given all the upfront effort they put in I'm they would have been helpful as well.

We absolutely loved our stay. Generous champagne welcome, spotless space, beautiful design, comfortable beds, amazing heated pool by the river, all the amenities to feel at home away from home and seamless communication. Highly recommend and hoping to come back very soon.

Our family stayed at the River House and it was beautiful m/ very clean and updated. The windows and light and view were breathtaking. The pool was so warm and we had the best time hanging on the dock, kayaking, listening to music on the outdoor speaker. David was very responsive. Highly recommend!
