The location was close the Lucas Stadium and the house was updated .
The Coffee Pot was broken and while they sent a repair person - it was never fixed or replaced. The upstairs bathroom was also missing a tub/ shower lever to turn it on/ off so that bathroom was unusable.
Other than those irritating items - the house worked out well for our visit.

While the pics looked very good, the house's condition and location were surprisingly poor. The neighboring house one side likely should be condemned. The master bath had wholes in the ceiling and all the paint on the vanity was flaking off from a poor paint job. The upstairs bath was not useable - no way to take a shower unless you are 4 feet tall. House smelled moldy. Would not recommend this property, particularly for the price. Thankfully we were not there very much during our trip.

The house is large and well laid out. Nicely decorated. The floors were filthy. The doors and walls all had dirty, black handprints/scuff marks. Every pot/pan had dried on food. The propane tanks for outdoor fire pit were both empty when we checked in. Primary shower had clusters of hair on the bench and walls. The primary bed squeaks loudly with every movement. We've never had any complaints about a VRBO home. I corresponded with the owner privately about the lack of cleanliness, with photos. They apologized, but they should have offered a refund for the cleaning fee since it was sub-par. It's the first time we have ever had to clean the pots/pans and shower before we could use them. Disappointed with the unclean condition of the home and the owner's response.

We really enjoyed our stay here as we had 12 adults that went to the colts game. Very short drive to stadium or could even walk if you wanted! Thanks again! Highly recommend!

Naptown Nouveau was a hit!
We really enjoyed our brief stay at Naptown Nouveau. Adorable finishes, near backyard, comfortable beds, and downtown so close!

Have you fooled!
When my husband and I pulled up we thought there’s no way this house looks like the pictures because the neighborhood is not the greatest but the inside of the house is stunning! Very clean, nice layout! We didn’t have any problems, I would definitely recommend staying in a house that the owners have!
