This spacious, dog-friendly beach house is a great place for large families and groups to gather. It comfortably sleeps everyone with six bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Three floors of living space offer three separate living areas, four decks, high-speed internet, six TVs, and a motorized dumb-waiter to ease your unpacking/packing. We love bringing our dog to the beach, and we extend this courtesy to our guests (limit of 2 dogs, 50 lbs each).

The second floor boasts another living area with a TV and wet bar/mini-fridge, full bathroom, and large wraparound screened porch with an outdoor dining table for 12 (plus a comfy sitting area). Second-floor sleeping options include a bunk room as well as a guest bedroom and suite that both walk out to a shared deck.
The third floor presents an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a living room with a linear fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with a pantry and breakfast bar, a breakfast nook, a dining room, and a half bath. There's also a quaint deck with a gas grill and sunshine to enjoy your morning coffee. The well-appointed primary suite with abundant closet space, a TV, and a full bath is situated just off the main living area. Walk up the spiral staircase to the secluded and private crow's nest, offering an abundance of natural light and coveted home office conveniences (desk, printer, and TV) - perfect for when business needs arise during your beach trip.
In addition to the numerous decks with views of mature trees and the sounds of chirping birds, outside you'll find a storage area with beach chairs and supplies to enjoy during your stay, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The private-fenced and professionally landscaped backyard offers an expansive patio with plenty of seating, a propane fire table, and an oversized hot tub for year-round enjoyment. For EV owners, our carport conveniently offers a 4-prong 50-Amp/250-Volt (NEMA 14-50R) receptacle for fast charging.

House is set up to for the whole family to be together but spacious enough to have your own space too. Our family loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It’s designed to be very comfortable and accommodating for the renters. The location is convenient, relatively close to the beach, and shopping.

What a great house for a family gathering. We felt very much at home in this lovely rental that is only a short 10min walk to the beach. The provided wagon made it a simple task to take items to the beach. We were also able to enjoy home cooked meaks with all the available kitchenware. Thanks Cathy and Mike for sharing your home. 🥰

We had a lovely stay. Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. We had plenary of room and lots of things for the kiddos to do. Near to the beach and plenty of parking at the house. Will use again.

First and foremost, the dumbwaiter elevator was amazing. The house was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen literally has everything you will need and the labels were much appreciated. The hot tub was huge and just what we needed for our winter trip. This house was perfect and I will definitely be back.

This home is the perfect place to stay. The furnishings and decorations are beautiful. The location is superb - only 3 blocks from the beach. The kitchen was stocked with an amazing amount of cookware, glassware and dishes. The bedrooms were large and not crowded with furniture. The decks on every level of the home were perfect for sitting out with coffee or a glass of wine. Hot tub was perfect for an afternoon after a half marathon!
Comments from others in our group:
1) Great location, very quiet yet close to Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. Lounge areas on all floors give plenty of room to spread out if desired. Lovely and plentiful outdoor spaces. Perfect rental for large groups.
2) Loved the fact we had plenty of places to connect and charge devices - phone, Ipad, watch. Loved there were plenty of towels we had access to.
3) Well stocked kitchen, loved the nest area which kept computers out of sight! Ample free parking for multiple vehicles.
4) 500 stars all around!
5) Ditto!!

This was great for a group of friends to get together and have Friendsgiving. The proximity to the beach was good for our group including a 5 year old & 2 1/2 year old.
Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking large meals. The weather was so great the November we went we got to enjoy the screened in dining table option on the 2nd floor

This house was beautiful and well-equipped for making elaborate dinners! Close access to everything.

Our family really enjoyed the multi-levels with each level having bedrooms and common space where groups could gather and visit. The hot tub and fire pit were used during the days and evenings. The walk to the beach along Carolina Ave was easy and crossing Rt. 1 a breeze with the button to press for walkers.

We have stayed n Rehoobth for decades but usually in another neighborhood. This house is very spacious and well designed and comfortable. The caveat is that there is a lot of stair climbing. It is very vertical. Some dogs will find the stairs too slippery and obviously some people would have issues. The beach is about a 12 minute walk. Crossing Route 1 was not an issue due to the on demand warning lights. It is a very nice, uncrowded stretch of beach off Carolina Street. The Vacasa agent was helpful. The house has plenty of chairs, one umbrella and some bikes. Everything worked and was very clean. If the dates work out we may try to stay there again.

This house was perfect for my family. We had 5 adults, two kids under 4, and two dogs. The home has three levels, each with its own private space to relax and unwind. The multiple balconies provided perfect dining or reading options. The kitchen is well stocked with quality serving/cooking/bakeware. The large hot tub did need to be cleaned but Vacasa addressed that issue after contacting them. The walk to the beach through the “secret garden” area was so fun for everyone and the outdoor shower and covered rinse off area made the end of beach days way more enjoyable and seamless. Also, the owners provided use to beach chairs which was so generous. Vacasa rental agency also allowed us to have a noon checkout which was so appreciated because roadwork that was happening on Ann Ave during the week complicated some of our travel And packing plans. That made for a nice calm and enjoyable exit to the week. Also the furniture is wildly comfortable and in excellent shape (unexpectedly) in a pet friendly home. Thank you for the generous linen order. We never went without clean towels. The cleaning company did an excellent job as well. The house is we spotless We will miss spending timeHere and be delighted to rent this home again in the future.

This beautiful, spacious beachouse with plenty of gathering areas was well-equipped for our multi-family party. Nice outdoor spaces, walking distance or a short drive to the beautiful Dewey beach, restaurants, and other activities. Would definitely return!

This was our fourth year at this house. We love that it can fit our large family comfortably and how close it is to the beach. We may outgrow it soon, but until that happens we will keep returning for our annual family reunion!

Beautiful home with many private spaces to relax away from a crowd. Lovely and inviting decor and many amenities--especially the hot tub and gas-powered fire pit. Short walk to the beach. Only drawback--the little street is surprisingly busy with lots of trucks throughout the day and late into the evening.

An absolutely beautiful home. I’d happily stay here again!
I had the pleasure of renting the Ann Avenue house for a December weekend getaway. Our group consisted of 13 members of the Twin Cities Running Club. We were in town to run the Rehoboth Beach Marathon and Half Marathon. This house proved a perfect base of operations for our weekend. The abundant bedrooms and beds worked out great. The modern kitchen had everything we needed to stage breakfasts and dinners for our crew. A few of our members needed to work on the trip. The high speed internet was flawless for that purpose. We had one mechanical issue arise, as the hot tub gave us an error code and failed to fire up. A simple phone call initiated a prompt repair. Several of our members appreciated the working hot tub after the marathon. I’m not sure if this house was brand new, but the interior seemed flawless. Not a scratch in the paint or ding on the woodwork. An absolutely beautiful home. I’d happily stay here again

This Place did not Disappoint!
My husband and I, who live in the DC metro area, rented this property for a week. We were looking for a place to travel that wasn`t too far away, that would be generally safe during the pandemic, and would be different enough from our current location that we could feel like we were on vacation. This place did not disappoint! At first, I felt a little guilty renting such a huge house... but it turned out to be an excellent choice for these challenging COVID times. During the first part of the week, the two of us worked remotely from this location. The house is designed to offer abundant sunshine at all times of the day, even in the winter, which lifted our spirits; in particular, the crows nest was a great place to work, offering expansive views of the surrounding area. There were plenty of grocery stores nearby to get food. Later, another couple and friend (our `vacation pod`) joined us for the long weekend. Each couple/guest had their own level of the house, which made social distancing much easier and provided a level of privacy we wouldn`t be able to get at other properties. Each floor has its own temperature control, which was a great fit for our group`s needs. The third floor (main level, with kitchen, living room, and dining room) was large enough to allow us to cook, eat, and hang out together while maintaining some distance from each other. The outdoor area with firepit and hot tub was SO good! Even in the dead of winter, we utilized that area quite a bit. The hot tub is gigantic and easily could accommodate six people, so there was plenty of room for our group. I love being near the ocean in the winter. One can reach the beach via a 10-minute walk. As much as I love the Rehoboth boardwalk, I loved the easy access to Dewey Beach, where there were fewer people; I felt safe enough to walk around without a mask and enjoy the sunshine. Overall, this house is a fantastic choice. Although my group was small, I can imagine this place working very well for multiple families vacationing together. The house is conducive to social gatherings while allowing each family a separate level for down time and privacy. Highly recommend!

A group of roughly 12 of us met down in Rehoboth for a week for a college reunion. This house was perfect. We all had comfortable sleeping arrangements and there was enough communal space that we could use to hang out. We were walking distance from both Dewey Beach and Rehoboth, so the house was in the perfect location. Seachange was very communicative and answered all our questions before and during the stay. We would definitely consider staying here in the future!

The property was exactly as advertised! Clean and stocked with amenities. Just bring your clothes and food and you are all set for a wonderful experience. The only issue was with check-in. Even though we did not get the linen package, we still had to go to Jack Lingo's Rehoboth Beach office to check-in. All we got there was a slip of paper that could have been sent as an email attachment, and the code to enter the house. But that was a small distraction to the overall experience. Everything else about this home was top notch! I highly recommend and a big thank you to the homeowners!

We loved this house - so well furnished and equipped. New high bar for comfortable beds, extra touches that make a house memorable. The kids thought the crows nest was a super cool spot for virtual school. I usually bring some kitchen basics with us but it was totally unnecessary here - these owners have thought of everything. Sharp knives, adorable coffee mugs and coasters. Minor maintenance issue taken care of quickly. So grateful for this getaway in such a comfortable, bright, lovely house.

With three levels of bedrooms, living rooms and decks, this home was perfect for our four generation family gathering. There was plenty of space for 16 to eat, inside or out! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was loaded with extra appliances and there was plenty of storage for food! The wet bar on another level was awesome! It was a short walk to the beautiful beach. We plan to return!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved the double bunk beds and enjoyed sleeping all together. Close to everything, beaches, outlets, restaurants, etc.
