Luxurious mountain retreat with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 3 family rooms! Beautiful views to enjoy our mountain setting and spectacular sunsets!

High Speed Internet with Wi-Fi connections
The main level includes a gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room, gas fireplace, king suite w/ ensuite, and wrap-around deck - perfect for family gatherings!
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each room. Shared full bathroom. There is also a loft area family room with a sleeper sofa.
The basement level offers a large family with pool table, sleeper sofa, TV, fireplace, king suite w/ ensuite, second full bathroom, pool table and HOT TUB!
Please note we do use Noiseaware sound monitoring to ensure HOA quiet time hours are being respected.
All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels.
House Rules:
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 4 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.

Our family had a great vacation in Fraser. The house was just beautiful with a great view and wonderful accommodations. We’ll be back

Had a snafu upon check in. The door lock wasn’t working (low on battery). Thankfully, the door was open when we arrived. Communicated to management and they got it fixed immediately. Not a big deal.
We’re ping pong lovers. So we were super excited to play. Sadly, there wasn’t a ping pong table. It got damaged from the previous tenants. So, that was a real bummer. Other than those two things, the place was great. Management was quick to respond. The size was perfect. The hot tub was awesome. We would definitely be back!

Location was great! House was spacious and fit our needs. The view was amazing! Our only complaints are the sofa was poor quality. Very uncomfortable, with wood boards holding up the cushions I'm guessing because springs were broken. The dishwasher wasn't bolted to the cabinets, the refrigerator door rubbed on the freezer drawer below. The drawer inside the freezer fell off its tracks EVERY TIME we used the freezer. The bracket for the curtain rod was hanging from the rod on one end so we just left one side of the curtains open the entire time as to not make anything worse. Several of the windows either didn't open or were extremely hard to open. Not trying to make it all sound bad because it wasn't. We own several properties ourselves and knowing how renters can be, we can't imagine not fixing these things. We enjoyed the hottub, the washer and dryer, the games, the pool table, having nice tv viewing options and just having the right amount of space for everyone to hang out. One recommendation we would make would be to have a keypad installed outside the garage door. Having to walk through the front door to lock the up after backing the car out of the garage is not the best option when having to leave children in the car to do so. All in all we would definitely stay at this house or one in the same development in the future. We had a great time!

Staying in the snowboard/ski areas or hotels is overwhelming sometimes especially during this time. It was nice to take a breath away from all the chaos while still being very close to the area! :)

Our family had a wonderful time in Fraser and Winter Park in this beautiful home. It was perfect for our family and met our needs very well. The hosts were very attentive. The location is very convenient to the ski resort.

This was a well planned family vacation that started to build up since July 2023. First time visiting Colorado and also first time traveling with such a large group of people (15 to be exact). After doing research of different areas and properties on where to stay, we found this one. Immediately we fell in love with it just by looking at the listing’s pictures. Accommodations were perfect to fit our group; large spacious bedrooms and open common spaces. Enough bathrooms, laundry room and carport garage.
There is a large chain grocery store 6 minutes away from the property, so we did a large shopping trip and prepared all our meals (on the fully equipped kitchen) everyday!
Hosts are very attentive and responsive making sure their guests have everything they need.
We even met some neighbors that were very friendly and helpful too.
If you are looking for a real mountain vacation experience and you are traveling with a large group, book this one with confidence, you won’t be disappointed.

3 couples stayed in this property for a local wedding. Outstanding views and accommodations with on suite bathrooms, comfortable beds, and many kitchen amenities for cooking

Owls Retreat has plenty of space as advertised. The dining area is a bit tight if there is a fully compliment of guests.
While the lodge is a bit dated, there are no significant complaints regarding cleanliness. The prior renter probably put away some dishes which weren't clean was the only exception. The oven/stove was not in full working order but was replaced with a new unit within 36 hours or so. The responsiveness by the property managers was excellent in that regard.
Email communications prior to arrival were hit and miss with the management company. It used multiple email addresses..the address used to send notifications to guests is not the one to check for guest inquiries.

The home was clean, beautiful and well stocked but there was not enough parking for our group. We had to move one car every night as well as find off sight parking for it. This was not posted when we rented the property. The welcome book stated parking for 5 vehicles but the on call manager told us we could only park 4 vehicles over night. Very confusing, frustrating and inconvenient For this reason we wouldn’t rent this property again.

Just as advertised, had everything we needed for the trip and then some. Short drive to Everything in town as well as the Winter Park Resort

Stayed with two other families. Enough beds for everyone. Two living areas so didn’t have to be on top of each other. Fully furnished kitchen so we pretty much ate at the house. A little out of the way for downhill skiing but reasonable drive and enough parking. Easy access to grocery and cross country skiing.

The space looked even better in person! Everything was as advertised and the communication was top tier. I would definitely stay again! The only thing I would say is if your staying during the winter months plz make sure your vehicle is top tier because getting up the mountain to the property was no joke.

Enjoyed every moment of our stay with a large extended family gathering. Great views and plenty of opportunities for group conversations and activities indoors and on the deck. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at this property. The views from the living room were spectacular and the home is beautifully built in a stunning modern log cabin style. We had everything we needed in terms of amenities to make our stay wonderful. Very close to Fraser and Winter Park for all your planned activities. The hosts were great and even coordinated with us day-of to allow early check in. The only thing that I felt isn’t represented in the photos/listing is that it is connected to another home and is part of a compound style arrangement. It is not a standalone home on its own property. They do a good job of everything feeling private though and it didn’t affect the quality of our stay. Overall, great experience and would rent here again!!

Hello,
We recently stayed at this house for a family reunion. "Perfect" would probably be the word I would use to describe it. It was roomy, elegant, and had all of the accommodations one would ask for in a house large enough to fit 15 family members. The games, pool table, cozy living area, and hot tub make it so you don't have to leave if you don't want to. Would absolutely pick this house again for another reunion.
