Conveniently located near the airport (<5 minutes walking) with a nearby natural swimming hole in the neighborhood, plus a grocery store and restaurants nearby. Our family of 7 rented the entire deluxe villa, which was comfortable - a good balance of shared and private living spaces. The villa had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine, drying racks, espresso machine, and AC in every room, including the living room. The 2 bathrooms were perfect for our large group. The host was helpful in connecting us with a local tour company for a guided tour around Flores and a day trip to Corvo. We will stay here again on future trips to Flores.

The host was very helpful and met us right when we arrived. The location is great, three minutes from some gorgeous natural pools and small cafe, and everything in Santa Cruz is within about a ten minute walk. We were also able to book a tour at a place right around the corner which was so convenient! All the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Couldn't ask for more- and a great price!

Place is well equipped. They have large living room with wifi, washing machine, complimentary coffee capsules and two toilets.
Loud boiler in the hall. You can't hear it in your room but it's too disturbing while staying in the living room or kitchen.

This place is by far the best option in Flores. The house is clean, beds are comfortable and everything is quitte modern. The kitchen has all the equipment you need and the bathroom even has a rain shower. In the living room there is a big table, two sofa’s, a smart tv with Netflix and Prime etc., and there are also small sofa’s. Outside there is plenty of space to sit and look up to the hills of Flores. Also the WiFi works really well (i don’t know what it’s like if the whole appartment is fully booked. Santa Cruz is a small village with two or three restaurants, a super market and a fuel station. Cars you can easily rent at the airport which is just a minute walk. The host Pedro is really nice and helpful to. You can ask him anything and he knows a lot about the island and the people. So i would really recommend this place. Big thanks to Pedro!

Really comfortable house with great rooms. Well equipped, clean and very close to the airport. I definitely recommend it!

The place was well decorated
I do not leave negative reviews but this is an excptional case... Pedro directly lied to me about having mold. It affected my trip as I have a mold allergy and made it a terrible stay. The customer service to resolve the issue was non-existent. Can not recommend the place.

Well decorated house with all kind of facilities, tv with internet, washing machine, fridge...
Rooms with windows, wardrobes and comfortable beds.
Pedro (the host) is vert gentle and helpful, he recommended us some places to go, like visiting Corvoin boat.
The water thermo is very noisy, from our room this is not a problem, but I think that placing a door in front of it will reduce the noise considerably.

proximity to the airport, 2min by foot, really easy to access and close to the ocean too. the place is nice, new furnitures.
I was surprised to see no desk or else, I haven’t seen the host at all, so you need to contact him to know which room is yours but everything is ready. it was fgenerally clean but lit of humidity and mild in the bathroom. I found it still quite expensive for an hostel without breakfast… knowing it’s difficult to buy something in Flores even more on a Sunday in my case :(
