My husband, two children and I stayed for 6 nights. Carl and Vicki have thought of everything you need and made it available and easy to use. Very clean and the location right on the water of a cove can’t be beat.
We hope to come back in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. The Bracketts were great hosts. We rented a boat from the marina and spent alot of time cruising on the lake. It was great to be able to jump off the dock and climb back up the ladder without any weeds. We played corn hole and had fires at night. Overall it was a great vacation.

We had a great 6 day stay at the Brackett’s camp. We met Carl and Vicki in Dover-Foxcroft to receive the keys to the camp . In addition, we received a welcome package containing home made goodies. The camp is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Outdoor equipment included 4 kayaks, which we enjoyed each day . Yes, we are planning on returning again next year.

Carl was a great host. He met us in town and gave us keys, directions and instructions so we can find what we needed. He was very accommodating to our group. The camp was exactly as described and has everything you need. Its has great access to the lake and I would highly recommended staying. We had a great boys week away fishing.

We had a wonderful time on Sebec Lake, house was perfect for our family of 5. House was just as described, with a breathtaking location on the lake, the afternoon sunlight just sparkles on the the water. Carl and Vicki were amazing hosts and even greeted us with fresh homemade bread and jam. It was our first time to Maine and we enjoyed several days at the camp, even rented a boat to pull the kiddos around on a tube. Then we ventured out and took a beautiful hike on the Pleasant River up to Gulf Hagas Falls which I definitely recommend. We also took a day trip to Acadia and Bar Harbor, another one I recommend highly seeing, just amazing to see. You will not be disappointed with your stay and any adventure you pick in Maine. Thank you again Carl and Vicki for sharing the beauty of your state with us : )

Having gone to Sebec for 70 years, we were looking forward to returning for some relaxation time. What an absolute gem this camp is. We were warmly welcomed by Carl and Vicki, who not only gave us the key to their place, but a loaf of wonderful homemade bread, and a jar of homemade strawberry jam! Great start!
Our stay was relaxing, with Carl responding immediately to any concerns, which were few. The location is ideal, the camp is cozy and well-kept, and our stay was just what we were hoping for! This is a wonderful find, cared for by two wonderful people! We look firward to a possible future stay!

My family has been coming to Sebec for 70 years! Actually owned a place for 60 years on Bowerbank Shore. Returning to Bowerbank, and Seymour Cove was such a wonderful experience here at Brackett's Camp. Carl and Vicki were so welcoming, and have been so attentive during our stay. It's like we've known them for years! It has been an absolutely wonderful stay.

Outstanding! The owners Carl & Vicki showed amazing hospitality. We met them at their home and they had us follow them to the lake house. They went over everything and left us a welcome basket with apples, home made bread and home made sryup. They checked in with us to see if we needed anything. When we were leaving their was a bad storm and they offered for us to stay an extra night for free. The kindness and outgoing care was amazing and we will rent their home any time we are in the area again. Love Mainers!

Beautiful property and camp!!! The house was stocked, clean, and had a great layout!!! The property was so great! I have 5 kids and a grand baby and there was plenty of room for everyone to hangout and chill. The dock was perfect for our boat, jetski, fishing, and jumping off of for swimming!! The property had kayaks and we all used them everyday. The camp is in a perfect cove so it was protected by the wind and perfect for kids swimming and I didn’t have to worry about boats flying by!!! The owners were so kind and guided us to the boatramp and showed us to and around the property upon arrival. We had an amazing week!! Thank you Carl and Vicki for sharing your camp with me and my family!!!
