We really enjoyed our stay at the Ashmont Suite.
The interior decor is very pleasing. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the back yard space as well. The location is 30-35 minutes to the core of Boston by car. The metro is close but we were warned by locals about the area. We opted to Uber and never had a problem. The hosts were super helpful and very quick to reply to any messages. Highly recommend this property.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Ashmont suite, the house was clean and beautiful just as shown in the pictures.
Eddie was really helpful and answered all our questions. I really recommend this host for anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Boston.

There are no surprises here. What you see is absolutely what you get! The unit is really gorgeous. Everyone in our party was so impressed with it and as I was the planner, it made me look good!
The ongoing joke was we liked it so much we were just going to stay and live there.
The property manager answered questions within minutes it seemed. Very attentive!
Thank you for all your attention to detail and allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

I cannot recommend this place enough. It was wonderful inside and out. Comfortable in both the bedrooms and the common areas. The kitchen (and entire unit) was very well equipped. It was a nice quick walk to the train station. The beds were comfortable. And the hosts were just lovely. We arrived in the middle of the "heat dome" and they were very understanding and helpful. especially setting the thermostat to a lovely low level so we didn't melt when we got back from city exploring. The only seemingly negative thing I have to say is I missed out on their mezcal cocktail tasting as they weren't in town. I can definitely say we will be back and I'm so there for the mezcal too. Thank you again for such a comfortable and perfect end to our trip! Oh! And they recommended we go to the Isabella Gardner Stewart Museum. Definitely worth the visit and we would never have gone if they didn't tell us.

The property is wonderful and it was close to the Redline. This was very important to us as it was our means of transportation throughout Boston. Eddie communicated our check in time with us very well.
Our overall experience at this location was top notch. The next time we are in Boston, I would seek this location again.

We loved this space. It was exactly as described and what we needed. The bedrooms were adorable. The host was quick to respond to our questions. If’s right by the T and easy to get into other parts of the city. We wished there had been a few other things in walking distance (good Italian restaurant and coffee shop by T) but it was easy to get where we wanted to go.

I decided to use the Ashmont suite as our home base for a few days of Boston area college visits with my high school daughter. I was thrilled with our choice. The suite is so beautiful and well appointed. It’s comfortable and had everything we needed. We went out to dinner one night and cooked one night. We enjoyed time together in the common areas watching movies and each had space in our beautiful bedrooms to unwind. I think this is a gem of a find and I plan to come again and again. If she chooses to go to college in the area, this will be my home away from home.

I can not say enough about this home, it was absolutely perfect. Clean, comfortable, well stocked, beautiful yard, parking is no issue and the attention to detail of the decor is none like I have seen in all the rentals I have stayed in over the years. I can not say enough, beds were so comfortable, linens and blankets so cozy. I would stay here again and again. My only recommendation would be coffee pods and creamers and also a couple extra towels for ladies who like to use 2 when they shower. Other than that I would live here lol. Thank you again for sharing your property, its so nice to see a home that only lists well but is even better in person.

Christmas to New Years trip with my family of four with two daughters who wanted to explore Boston. Location provided great access to public transportation. Home decor is stylish, in good condition, and comfortable. House is thoughtfully stocked with all the niceties including cookware/stemware, extra towels/blankets, coasters, and plenty of books to read through. I would definitely stay here again!

It was awesome. We had everything we needed except a curade coffee pot. You might think about adding one.
It was a great place to stay. Spotless house and beautifully decorated. Outside as well, we didn’t get to enjoy it because it was cold but warmer weather it would be awesome. The owners went over the top to make sure we had what we needed.
I would recommend this place to anyone.

My daughters and I stayed in the Ashmont Suite for five weeks when my daughters attended Boston Ballet. We couldn’t have chosen a better place.
Eddie and Nayeli’s home is beautiful, even more beautiful than the pictures. The decor is lovely and the living spaces are comfortable and provide everything you could wish for. It was wonderful to have laundry facilities in our living space and a small desk from which I could work. Really, the home is beauty and function.
My teenage girls loved their separate rooms and I enjoyed my spacious room as well. We were spoiled with two bathrooms for three women, and the bathrooms were clean, beautiful, and well stocked with supplies. The kitchen is modern and has very nice appliances. I cooked almost every day and had everything I needed to do so including storage containers.
There is a grocery store that is a short drive away and I took the T into the city quite a few times. The T is only about a 10 minute walk away and I felt safe walking there. Parking right in front of the home was a luxury that doesn’t exist very much in Boston. Really, it’s is easy to get to anything you need from the house via car, bus, or T.
The air conditioning worked very well for the hot and humid days. The outdoor space in the backyard was so perfect for enjoying each others’ company and reading good book.
Eddie was gracious and kind. He responded quickly to all our questions and cared about our comfort. This was the perfect experience!

My husband booked this place as I am normally the one booking VRBO. This place has exceeded our expectations in regards to bedrooms, cleanliness, and parking space. We have to teenage boys and was wanting a space big enough they both can retreat to their after a long day of excursions. We ‘d definitely book this place again next time we are in Boston.
