Remodeled in 2022, this beautiful 5 bedroom home offers a new kitchen (wife designed!) , new appliances, fresh paint inside and out as well as 2 updated bathrooms. We have also added a custom heated pool ( fall/winter ) with a waterfall and tanning ledge. The fenced yard is perfect for entertaining and the diversity of sleeping arrangements means everyone will be comfortable. The owners have managed vacation rentals for over 15 years and they will provide the details and extras that will make your stay amazing. We have provided high end linens, new memory foam mattresses in king and queen rooms, extra TVs in the kids room, Robes for the primary bedroom and spa like amenities including high end soaps and shampoos . The home has all new furniture in 2022 staged by a professional stager. There is a 65 inch TV in the living room and full highspeed internet. The yard is landscaped with tropical plants, outdoor lighting and a firepit. ( stocked with wood when available ) Come enjoy the beach, and come home to a beautiful 5 bedroom home plus bunk room.

Please be aware that Galveston has a 10pm quiet hours ordinance that requires noise to not pass beyond the property line. The pool does have video / sound surveillance.

We enjoyed hanging out at this home with a private pool after a day at the beach. Washer and dryer were a nice touch for washing wet swimsuits and beach towels. Nice renovations.

We stayed at this property for the night before our cruise and it fit our needs well! Jason was super responsive even with some minor hiccups during check in due to the keyless entry lock having dead batteries (stuff happens). But, he let us know where a spare key was and we were in the home within 5 minutes. We I would highly recommend this property to anyone and it is in the perfect location to party stores, food, restaurants, etc. Thanks again, Jason!

My sister and I decided to make a trip to Galveston. She told her sons and they met us there. They invited some of their friends and before I knew it we had a full house. This house was more than ready for the task. There's a grill. A swimming pool and three full bathrooms are perfect for a last minute gathering. We cooked breakfast and there are all the cooking utensils and plates needed for everyone. This is definitely a great place for fun!

From booking to departure, our experience was top-notch with friendly & responsive communication & unparalleled hospitality. As a military veteran with an active-duty son, booking over the Veteran's Day weekend, our request for a military discount was graciously honored by including the heated pool at no extra fee. They even added extra smores ingredients for my grand-babies in the welcome basket! Despite chilly and rainy weather, this home, just minutes from the beach, was perfect for our party of 3 adults & 3 small children. The home is beautifully decorated and clean. The backyard heated pool, ambient lighting, and firepit created the perfect family memories, even in less-than-ideal weather. We had direct backyard access to the pool room, which streamlined our post-pool routine. The well-equipped kitchen with high-end SS appliances made home-cooked meals a breeze! One of the queen beds is lower to the ground, which was perfect for my 2 year old granddaughter. My grandsons loved the queen sized 'big boy' bunk beds. Amenities like streaming access on every TV, various games, and a tasteful neon-lit dining room that turns blue at night added to the entertainment. Memories of beach adventures, late-night swims, and family game nights will last a lifetime. A heartfelt thank-you to the owners for exceeding our expectations. We will definitely be back! It's only been a week since we left and my grandbabies are still asking,"When are we going back to the vacation house?"

House was perfect for my group of 8. We enjoyed lounging around the pool and the fire pit. House is located a few blocks from the seawall and all the bars and restaurants. I look forward to staying there again.

My family and I stayed on the property from Friday-Monday. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was very beautiful especially at night and we all enjoyed when the water got warm from the heated pool feature. They even had floaties for the pool. Everyone had a place to sleep and loved the amenities. The property had 3 bathrooms with showers and clean white towels for guests to use. All bedrooms were upstairs. There were a few critters that got in the house, but the property manager was very quick to respond and address our concerns. 10/10 highly recommend.

We can not had one day to spend in Galveston before boarding our family cruise. The kids and adults loved the pool and the cute tiki bar. Beds were amazing. We will definitely be back but for a longer stay next ti.

We loved this little beach house - the hosts had thought of everything. Our family of 6 adults and two kids were very comfortable with extra beds we didn’t even use. It’s about a half mile from the beach which we walked once. The pool / backyard area is a big highlight of the place - we enjoyed just hanging outside with our family and the kids had a blast. Lots to do nearby, but we didn’t want to leave. We’d definitely come back!

The house was perfect for our family. Because we had young children, we did drive to the beach, but utilized free parking on 45th Street. After spending the morning at the beach, we returned to the house, had lunch, then spent most of the afternoon in the pool. Large kitchen and dining area, large couch for tv viewing, plenty of sleeping options. Outdoor, pool area very comfortable.

My family and I really enjoyed this home. We were there for my niece’s prom send off and it was perfect for pictures. The heated pool was warm for the kiddos, and the location was perfect timing from the beach and all restaurants. Give this home a 10 out of 10.!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The best part about it was the home owners. They were very easy to communicate with and made sure all amenities were available. They were amazing and able to help us out with a last minute request. We all loved the heated pool and swam every day. There was more than enough room for our group of 8. The beach is just over a half mile away so it’s definitely walkable. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly.

We stayed in Galveston for my daughter's cheer competition and we had 7 adults and 5 kids in the house. There was plenty of room for everyone. The hosts were great with communication and all our needs. We will defiantly book here again when needed.

My husband and son enjoyed a weeks stay here and loved every minute of it! It was a great amount of space…. Way more than we needed …. We didn’t touch three additional bedrooms! They were pet friendly and provided extras that made the trip fun and helped create wonderful memories! We were able to swim in December in the heated pool and made s’mores at the fire pit! Wonderful stay, great owners and memories for a lifetime! We look forward to a return visit! Great location to all of Galveston’s sights and quiet neighborhood to relax in!

We loved the heated pool, fire pit, grill, fenced-in yard, games and toys. Our family grandparents, uncle, mom, dad and 4 kids appreciated the layout of this house (all bedrooms upstairs, and open airy living, dining, kitchen areas downstairs). There were plenty of beds and space for all of our stuff. The hosts left us a welcome surprise and were helpful and responsive, even over a holiday. We walked to the beach every day.

Went for Lone Star rally. Great neighborhood and easy to access the sea wall and the strand. We had a few hiccups the first night and beyond our host control but the host was very responsive and took care of us. We had a great stay and will definitely come back to stay.

We were there for 11 nights with our family. Lovely home and pleasant hosts. The host was attentive to our requests as there were a couple of issues while we were there that were remedied. The main issue we had was with the home layout since we had our elderly mother with us and she could not climb the stairs to get to the bedroom. It was not clear that all bedrooms were upstairs on the website, so plan accordingly. We loved the pool and the fact there were plenty of dishes since we prepared several meals, particularly breakfast. There were no dish towels or measuring cups and measuring spoons; and no iron & ironing board, but we sufficed. We made suggestion to the host to consider adding the previously mentioned items as well as a blender and he was very receptive. We would like to thank the owners for opening up their lovely home to us. We greatly appreciated their hospitality and willingness to assist in making our stay comfortable.

This was a very nice place, very clean and very spacious! Pool was nice and refreshing! The kitchen was large and stocked well with plates, silverware, cups, etc., but did need a pitcher and measuring cups/spoons for a meal we prepared there one evening! And missed kitchen towels, but used paper towels! Bath towels were plentiful, but needed to be stocked in each bathroom! Overall, this was a great place to relax and have fun with friends and family!

The house was overall beautiful! You can definitely feel the love that was put into this awesome house! Decor top notch. My family felt so comfortable here we never made it out to the beach which was our original plan. It was a great way to spend the weekend with family! We definitely have it in our plans to return! Thank you for the hospitality! *Note and heads up future clients be sure to bring extra Toilet paper and paper towels. There were rolls provided but not enough for my family and the weekend stay. We were in a limbo but nothing a quick trip to the store couldn’t solve!
