About this apartment rental

Beautifully renovated 3rd floor ocean view condo at 1800 Atlantic. There is a king in the master suite, upgraded bathroom with tub and shower, The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed.
There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Full size fully equipped Kitchen. Washer & Dryer in the unit too.
Both bedrooms and the living room open onto a 40 ft private balcony. The complex has an Olympic size heated pool, a 20 person jacuzzi, a fitness center. 3 lighted Tennis courts one of which is clay.
Best prices in the building for an ocean view unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the property. However the fully furnished kitchen lacked many necessary items for cooking. We made do with what we had. By furnished I'm speaking of utensils, dishes, bake wares etc. The property was in great shape. Easy to locate. Located right on the Atlantic shoreline. Kids loved the pool. Lots of towels, extra linens, pillows and blankets.

The issue I have is that we had no water for two days. They turned water off on Wednesday for six and half hours and again on Thursday morning. Very inconvenient

It was a great location—close to the beach and many restaurants, but away from the busy, louder nightlife. Furnishings were comfortable. Easy check in and check out.

The property is everything that was promised and more. The view from the balcony was wonderful !! The garden on the property is gorgeous !! We enjoyed our stay there very much. There was a gym and game room and the pool was wonderful !!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is bigger than it appears in the pictures and has everything you could need. We used the hot tub one evening and the pool one day and that alone was worth it! About ten minutes by Uber to town, and very close to an awesome beach. The check-in process was a little clunky, but admittedly my own fault. They sent the code to get into the lockbox for the keys to the building and garage door opener, but it came about two days before we left and I missed it. If you look for that email, you should be all set.

We loved out stay here! The condo was much bigger then we expected, same with the balcony, so much space! This condo is very comfortable and quiet. After dealing with the hustle and bustle of Key West it was nice to have this condo to retreat to! Highly recommended staying here!!!

Highly recommend staying. Hosts were quick to respond to all questions we had!

Overall great property. Only issue is dryer didn't work, & oven & stove had some issues. They eventually fixed the dryer toward the end. Unit lacked a lot of cookware. Check-in process was a little tricky. Multi step process to get into unit. Once we had garage opener, it wasn't clear which garage we were supposed to go in, as there were many along that side.

Property amenities were excellent. Great view of ocean while poolside. Grills and picnic tables if you want to eat at the condo and not go out to restaurants every meal. Security measures were appreciated, as I felt safe on the property. Location was approximately 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to visit. Smather's beach was a walkable distance.

We didn't spend a ton of time at the condo, but when we did, we really enjoyed it. Very clean and quiet. Security made sure of that. We really enjoyed it and would recommend it highly.

Reviewer Comments: It was nice but the dresser drawers fell on my feet as they wouldn't stay open, the 2nd bathroom cabinet drawer had no base and has water in ceiling or wall where it is bubbled up. Also I've stayed in Airbnb in us and abroad, I was never asked to strip the beds and wash the sheets.The comforter in master bedroom was stained and kitchen cabinet handles were sticky

Far enough from the major tourist spots to relax but close enough to quickly get anywhere for the day or evening. Great to have all the space / amenities vs. a hotel.

the condo was located in a great neighborhood and is family friendly. It was a good experience overall. The only negative i would say is that the hallways smelled like cigaratte smoke so it gave it a feeling of living in a cheap motel. The interior of the condo and the room sizes were perfect and clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A comfortable condo within easy biking distance to downtown. Decoration is a bit dated but everything was clean and comfortable. Initial check-in is a bit confusing but just took a moment to figure out. Parking was limited (one guaranteed space for the unit) but was enough for our stay. Appliances were in good condition and worked well. Managers answered my question while I was there promptly. The pool is quite nice and the view from the spacious balcony was great.
