This cabin is located on a private 27 acre forested property at the foot of the West Mountain Range.  It is in an area with mature trees and is located near the No Business Road.   Five miles from Tamarack Resort and the town of Donnelly and just a bit off the beaten path. Located ½ a mile from the No Business Road, this is a snowmobiler's and ATVer’s paradise, as you can ride from the front door to miles of public trails and land.

The cabin is located 90 miles from Boise, Idaho, and a short drive to Tamarack Resort. You'll be right between McCall and Cascade, or about 15 miles in either direction. Little Ski Hill and Brundage Mountain Ski Resort are all just a little further up the road from McCall.

Snow Months:
During adverse weather months (not always, but generally December-March/April- review the forecast), it is required that all guests be prepared for the conditions. Four-wheel drive, tire chains and winter tires are required. The road leading to the cabin is private and maintained by a private contractor. If a guest's vehicle becomes stuck, it will be the guests' responsibility to find a local tow company to extract their vehicle(s). We recommend Brown's Towing.

With four private bedrooms, an office and an open bunk area, this cabin makes full use of its nearly 3,000 square feet floorplan. The main floor master bedroom has a king bed, a river rock fireplace (inoperable- decoration only) and a smart TV. The master bathroom also has an oversized tub and a walk-in shower. On the adjoining main floor hallway there is another bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. The main floor also has an office with a daybed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. In the game room, there is a twin over twin bunk bed. Note- This bunk bed is in an open room and does not offer privacy.

4- Full guest bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub

Upper Floor:
5- Bedroom with Queen Bed
6- Bedroom with Queen Bed
7- Open Game Room with a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed


Cabin Features:
Hot Tub, Smart TV, DVD player, board games, dining table, ceiling fans, propane grill on the deck, wood-burning fire place (firewood not provided) and a propane fire pit on the deck.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, spices, drip coffee maker, K-cup coffee maker, dishware & flatware, microwave, blender and toaster.

General:
Free Starlink High Speed Wi-Fi, linens & towels, complimentary toiletries, central heat, in-home laundry machines, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, keyless entry, trash bags & paper towels. 2-3 steps required for access; this area may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. There are exterior (only) security cameras. 

-Riding ATVs/UTVs on the property is not allowed (permitted on roads).

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.

Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.

Pets: Not all properties are pet friendly. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.


Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.

Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.

Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.

Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.

Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.

Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.

Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.

Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for "drain and fill."

Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.

Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.

Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. This cabin is amazing! If you're looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful, natural setting, this is the place! Amenities galore, accommodating hosts, high-end appliances, indoor and outdoor games, hot tub, plush comfy beds, and wonderful little thoughtful touches throughout. (Bless them for the Mrs. Meyers soap!) Dining on the deck surrounded by so much beauty was simply magical. We were there for our son's wedding in Donnelly and with the owner's permission held the rehearsal dinner at the cabin. Twenty people easily dined on the deck with plenty of room in the kitchen for massive quantities of food! Everyone raved about how beautiful the cabin was. We would book this again in a heartbeat!

Overall the home/cabin was a very enjoyable rental. We all loved the outdoors and views. It is a great getaway in the mountains with zero neighbors in view, except wildlife. The only thing that we all noticed was the Fabreeze that was sprayed all over the furniture, it was overwhelming and or perhaps they wanted to cover up some smells. The kitchen was appointed with everything you need for meals and gatherings.

This property is an absolute DREAM! We were super excited when we found it and definitely scored on the rate by booking about a year in advance. The cabin itself is spacious while still being cozy and the property is huge! When we booked, we were super excited about all of the amenities like the hot tub and were pleasantly surprised to find even more amenities we didn't know about. The built-in speaker system was a huge hit that put our stay over the top! There were other bits and pieces that made us comfier with our stay such as the fancy panini press or the pet first aid kit (we didn't need it, but it showed how thoughtful the hosts are!). Overall, this is an excellent place to stay to escape to the mountains!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was secluded yet not to far from town and close to Tamarack resort. The house was the perfect size and decor was lovely. We would love to visit again.

Really no words to express how great our experience was! Absolutely beautiful home and property. Everything was perfect and we all felt like it was home. We all loved it so much it was sad to leave. Cozy and beautifully decorated. Home is close to snowmobile trail so we loved that we could leave on the sleds right from the property. Plenty of space to park our massive trailer. Snowmobile rental is also right down the road so we grabbed another sled from there for our group. Everything was very convenient! Thank you so very much for sharing such a great place.
