My family just loved this place. It close to everything, and they it make it easy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home and property was perfect for my family with plenty of room to spread out. We really enjoyed the back deck, hot tub, grill, and outdoor table. The air conditioners made the home comfortable in the upper 90's and 100 degree temperatures. The kitchen was large enough to support our cooking needs. We highly recommend this home and we hope to return one day.

This vintage home was perfect for two grandmothers and their two teenage granddaughters. The girls loved the decor and the shared bunk room.
The large kitchen, dining room, comfy front porch and beautiful backyard were well used by us. We cooked dinners and breakfasts, explored the city, swam in the lake, and enjoyed the hot tub. We had a delightful 10th Grandma/Granddaughter time. Thank you!

This house is gorgeous inside and out and has gone through a recent remodel from what I understand! Tons and tons of design elements! The backyard is really special seating areas bikes, huge counter with a new barbecue and the biggest best hot tub ever! Great place to stay And the owners are very helpful and easy to get a hold of!

This house had such character and really beautiful upgrades like the kitchen and backyard. It was a great space for our sister weekend getaway. The location was perfect and walking distance to the downtown area. Carol communicated quickly and efficiently with check in details and little tips about the place. The beds were comfortable and we all slept really well. I highly recommend this cute home called Molly’s Place!

We had a phenomenal time at Molly's Place! Easy walk to downtown, the lake and hiking trails. The house was so comfy and the hot tub was so relaxing. We played games and hung out and had a terrific time! Thank you again, we hope to be back sometime next year!

Perfect location right downtown in CDL. The house had everything we needed and more, including bikes and a great patio for working and hanging out. James and Carol were so easy to work with!

Absolutely loved our stay at Molly’s Place. From the minute you walk up the stone walkway to the most incredible, inviting front porch, you know you have arrived at someplace special!
The house is decorated in what I would call shabby chic & Victorian combined. So relaxing and a comfortable environment.
The back yard deck area is just as inviting and a great place to catch a nap under the trees. Our 8 year old grandson enjoyed beating us all at cornhole while dinner was grilling nearby.
Wether we biked or walked to town/lake, we were only 4 blocks or .25 mile. Be sure to check out the Wednesday’s Farm Market!
If we have the opportunity to visit CDA again, I will most definitely book Molly’s Place (the whole family agreed!)

We really liked our two-night stay at this property and thought there were a lot of nice touches. Great communication with owner. Only considerations are that the only parking is on the street (we had no issue getting a space) and that when it's quite hot, as it was during our stay, the home only has 2 small window A/Cs. If we had a larger group, I think some would have been too hot to sleep.

House is an early 20th century build that is very charming and well-maintained. Lots of updates and plenty of space for the whole family to relax. Really enjoyed the outdoor space including the outdoor kitchen, corn hole, hot-tub, and lounging area. Appreciated having bikes available, although downtown was within walking distance.

This is an older home but important items have been updated. Owner communication was really top notch. The house was clean, spacious, great set up for families moreso than couples. One bath upstairs for three bedrooms which is typical of that time this was built. AC was one window unit upstairs and one down. Unusually hot weather made it tough in 2 BR and the bath upstairs and in kitchen. Probably not an issue most of the time but it was 95 plus outside. Located with reasonable proximity to lake. We walked twice. Close to restaurants and stores. We would definitely return in all other seasons. Recommend this rental over all.

We really enjoyed our stay and will look to book in future trips to the area. The backyard is amazing with a hot tub, built in bbq, huge sitting area under a shady maple and large out door eating area. Nicely done!

Three generations of ladies hanging out in CdA for a couple of nights. Nice house. Clean and conveniently located adjacent to shops, restaurants, etc.

Carol was a great hostess and made us feel very welcomed. The trip was for my husband and I’s anniversary, Carol made it special and left us a bottle of wine on the dining room table. The location was perfect for walking downtown or to the lake. The outdoor areas are absolutely beautiful. The front porch swing was a favorite of mine. There is also a hot tub out back that is perfect for star gazing at night. I highly recommend!

We have stayed in many VRBO's and this was the best as far as communication with the owner and everything that we could possibly need or want being provided at the property. We especially enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and beautifully kept outdoor seating areas in front and back of the home. Property is as described, and more!

This property was not only beautiful but in a great location as well! The hosts have thought of everything and we lacked for nothing. Not only that, they reached out midway during our stay to check and see if we needed anything and provide us with wonderful suggestions for more things to do. One of the best stays I have experienced. Thank you!

Our stay was short but we really enjoyed ourselves. The location is fantastic - we were able to walk everywhere and the neighborhood is so cute! We enjoyed the front porch almost more than the great backyard space.

This house was the perfect location! We walked downtown everyday to shops and restaurants! Carol was very helpful at check in and gave us recommendations for restaurants. Izzy’s was our favorite! The hot tub and cozy fireplace were a nice treat in the evening after walking during the day. I don’t have a bad thing to say and we would definitely come back again!

As someone that likes to establish a central hub while on vacation, Molly’s Place was perfect. 3 blocks to the North is a grocery store, restaurants in walking distance, ability to walk downtown and be able to return to “homebase” to relax. The kitchen was lovely, giving my family the opportunity to make breakfast before heading out for our daily adventures. We really enjoyed the book with handwritten notes on the best time of day to visit. Thank you for a relaxing thanksgiving vacation!

We love visiting CDA often. We’ve stayed at the CDA Resort and love it. Recently we switched it up and are alternating the Resort with VRBO’s. This home was not disappointing. The outdoor porch living is therapeutic, the kids loved it just as much as we did. A beautiful home.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family with kids to stay in. Close to downtown and easy to walk to places. We highly recommend staying in this home!

Carol and James have a lovely house in a quiet, safe neighborhood, and just walking distance from shopping, dining and fun! The house is exactly as described in the listing, and Carol had great communication with us! It was 90+ degrees when we were there so we really appreciated the air conditioning unit in the living room that kept the whole first floor cool. The beds were comfortable and our family of 5 all slept well. Thanks you for such a lovely stay!

Beautiful antique house with plenty of recent upgrades
There were five of us for the Ironman race weekend, and this house didn't disappoint. Very clean, organized, and plenty of small touches that made our stay very comfortable. Everyone had plenty of room in the kitchen at 4am while eating race morning breakfast, plus the outdoor seating and the bbq was perfect.
