Better than new! Totally remodeled and expanded Midcentury Vacation Home Rental originally designed by starchitects Palmer and Krisel. Now nearly 2,800 square feet of Palm Springs decadence. Sprawling open concept floor plan. High vaulted ceilings. Walls of glass that let the light shine in - blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.
Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old at the time of arrival. No more than 5 cars at or near the property, no outdoor music or amplified sounds, Quiet hours are from 10pm until 10am. No glitter or holes, tape (except painter tape) on walls. Any violation of these rules will result in additional charges or fines and immediate termination of your stay with no refund. All payments must 30 days before arrival to avoid cancellation of reservation with no refunds

Our annual “girls trip” with 6 older ladies has many requirements for our comfort and fun and this property ticks all the boxes! Well equipped with everything needed to enjoy a relaxing weekend by the pool. Great communication and plenty of space! Thank you Rick and Jeremy! We will be back!

We spent our kids' spring break here with my husband's parents and sister. We had 3 adults working throughout the week and there was no problem finding a good spot even with kids playing. It was even more spacious than I had imagined. The pool is big and goes to 8 feet deep, which we loved. We always pay for pool heating in Palm Springs and it's always the way to go. It felt great. The house is so well organized and stocked! We had everything we could have needed, even down to a laundry bin and flashlight in the closets. There are specialty cocktail glasses, pencils, and games. They had all the little things that made everything easy and no unexpected trips to the store. There were helpful labels on lights and shelves and a great binder with restaurants. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time here. Great amenities. Bright and airy and super clean! Spent days lounging around the pool. Evening spa time. Too windy for firepit but it looked great. Kitchen was very well stocked with nice pots and tons of good plastic cups for outside use. Jeremy was perfect greeter. Very highly recommend this property! Thanks for the perfect vacation!

Our stay was everything we hoped for. The home and furnishings are mid-century modern, clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub are stunning with lots of loungers for sunning. The team are friendly & easy to communicate with.

We loved celebrating my dad’s 75th at this gorgeous home! It was perfectly located, clean, and extremely well-stocked with anything and everything we needed during our stay. Our dog especially appreciated the grassy park just a short walk away! Thank you!

We loved our stay at this property! It was very spacious, welcoming, and clean. Jeremy/Rick were incredibly helpful prior to and during our stay. They were always available to answer any questions and even gave amazing recommendations for where to go in the area. The pool was fantastic and the kitchen had everything you would need to make a dinner in and cocktails. We were extremely happy with our time at the house! Highly recommend.

Perfect time and house. The house was gorg and had an incredible open space. The property manager was quick and easy to communicate with. The view of the mountains at the house was beautiful. Our group did a 60 min yoga class outside. Would recommend this house in a hesrt beat

We truly enjoyed this property as a family. Beds comfortable, great kitchen well stocked with anything needed to cook up a feast. Living area outside was lovely, pool and fireplace area was large and if you needed to get out of the sun or have some peace and quiet separately from the main area there were nice seating areas. Would recommend and rebook in future

We had a wonderful time at the Dive In property! The layout and decor of the home are perfect and just as the pictures show. The backyard is lovely with the pool, hot tub, firepit nook, loungers and tables. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the games too. Property manager Jeremy was friendly with smooth and easy check in and check out processes. Thanks!

Had a girls weekend with 6 of us. House is spacious and extremely clean. We appreciated how close it is to being downtown, as it made for easy uber pickups, but gave the flexibility to park a car as well. Everything was logically situated and the kitchen was so well stocked and organized. Definitely would stay again, and felt it is a great place for a family to stay as well.

We had a great time with 2 families and kids. Well-stocked kitchen and grill were nice to have. The mid-century interior decor gets you in the mood for Palm Springs. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated. Location is convenient, 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. This place fit all our needs for our sunny getaway!

We had a great stay at this property. It’s spacious, with lots of social space. With a fully stocked kitchen and a great pool and hot tub, it’s the ideal spot. We’re planning on returning the next time we’re in Palm Springs. Jeremy is a great host too - very responsive with any questions we had. The main downside is location - it’s a 10 min drive to downtown and departing planes can be loud. This didn’t bother us, but if you’re sensitive to it you may want to consider that. I and all my guests would strongly recommend this place for a weekend or longer stay. For those who use wheelchairs: this house is very accessible. There are no steps, but the doors to the bathrooms in the main house are narrower than regular doors. The cabana has a walk in shower with space for a bench (no wand) and a restroom with a wide door. The hot tub has a lip to sit on at transfer level.

I recommend staying at this property. It is a beautiful house with an awesome backyard that gives you that MCM feel. The only issues appeared to be growing pains of a new property that I expect they are already resolved. The bedrooms are good size, the kitchen is great for cooking meals and making drinks, and the outside area is fantastic — just remember you cannot play any music outside. Note that one of the three bathrooms is not in the house, but rather in the pool house. The property managers mentioned future plans to add an en suite bathroom to one of the bedrooms, which will definitely further elevate the already fun property.

The home was amazing, spacious, clean, safe, beautiful, and fun! The home had everything you may need and more! Jeremy was AMAZING and ALWAYS available to communicate with to make any changes/ arrangements. Thank YOU so much Jeremy. Rick was amazing and also had great energy when checking in. Once again, the home was amazing and SO beautiful. There was so much room and our fav was the backyard/pool home (which you can also use as a bedroom) 🙌🏻

This home is perfect for a getaway with style. Host was graciously waiting for our group with a grand tour and instructions. The website pics are true to life. We have decided to make this a annual getaway and we highly recommend this house to others.
